They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!

Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.

What a joke! Great sales people over promise under deliver. They essentially create a shell of your own website market that site and hold it hostage to keep you on the hook. Unless your company sells services that are more than $1000 than your likely just going to throw away money. No refunds given for underperformance. They pretty much do nothing. 3 phone calls all from other solicitors.
Listened to a high pressure sales pitch that was much longer than promised. If this service is so great why do they need a 6 month commitment? Also many of the five star reviews are bogus and right off the sales script I heard earlier today. If people truly gave 5 stars they would identify their business. Stay away.

Paul was really helpful. We went through the dashboard together and he gave me simple instructions about what I need to do to get myself out there with potential clients. 2016 will be the year my business takes off.
After delaying for far too long, I finally answered my start-up/intake call and got started on the Yodle platform. I felt very well informed and I'm happy to keep moving forward with what will be a great opportunity.
You would think that as a lawyer who has practiced for 24 years, one would be treated somewhat respectfully by any salesperson seeking to sell fairly expensive online advertising services. Not a chance by this outfit. I was badgered and nearly berated because I did not immediately "sign on the dotted line" but instead wanted to consider my options for a new law firm. Totally bad experience. Stay away. I think these folks are basically working an ugly script in a boiler room. Sad--I was actually interested until I talked to a salesman.

After 3 months and almost $1000. 00 the only requests I got were 2 from India wanting to sell me the same service. Nothing else. What a Waste of set up time and money that could have actually generated business

Can't believe I allowed their sales guy to sign me up. Alarms should have gone off when he said 'if this doesn't work, you will never trust another salesperson again'. Not the end of the world but they are asking more for cancellation of the contract then it costs to stay.

Yodle sucks. 3 months commitment of $750/month advertising budget, $200 start-up fee, and $69/month maintenance fee returned 1 lead, 30 total calls and emails (half of which were complete duds). I'd say that's not even near to the $50/lead that they promised me. Bottom line: don't use them unless you like being ripped off.
It's a little early in my experience, as I haven't had any business come thru as of yet... but they are very communicative and set the right expectations. Hopefully my money will be well spent eventually...
I've never had less than an excellent experience when calling into Yodle for assistance. All representatives are very knowledgeable, patience and sincerely want to provide superior assistance. Today specifically I worked with Jeff and I can't think him along with the entire staff there enough for demonstrating what great service really means. Thank you!
Being that we haven't worked with Yodle for very long we've seen some good results so far. A lot of the customers I'm now getting are first time customers finding me online through Yodle. It was pretty easy for us to set up our website and things seem to be working out well.
Asking for reviews and staying in touch with clients is so much easier through Yodle's email marketing tab. I really enjoy the custom email option and I'm excited to start sending out monthly newsletters soon.
Yodle staff were easy to work with, responsive to my needs, and helped me generate clients almost immediately. I have more business than I can reasonably handle because of their efforts!

Literally, within hours of my signing up with Yodle, a new client was established. Staff has been very encouraging, helpful, courteous, and willing to take the time to answer any questions about the marketing for your company. Seems very personalized, which feels good.
Support in getting my internet presence optimized has been very good. Yodle reps are knowledgeable and very patient when helping me get through the set-up process. I can't wait to begin realizing the benefits of this customized multifaceted business improvement program.
We've been using yodle for just a little over a month and have already recouped our initial investment. This is amazing, considering other companies we looked at claimed you can't expect much of anything in the first 90 days. Our rep has been fantastic - kept in close touch and addressed all of our concerns. This is by far one of the best ways to spend your marketing budget!
For anyone reading older reviews, please take into account that they have changed their models dramatically over the last few years. (We worked with them briefly about 5 years ago, but their new system is much improved.)

My bottom line was not positively impacted at all. They did not deliver the type of calls or "clicks" I requested. Total waste of money. They string you along with continued promises that they are able to do better and will. They never met those promises. The company even made a last ditch effort to keep me on board by making additional adjustments. Yodle was a day late and several dollars short. Needless to say, their last minute efforts also failed. Never again. The only reason I gave Yodle one star is because it was the only way I could submit this review.

After numerous failed attempts interacting with their software, I called and asked to break contract. Not only did I allow myself to be pressured into the initial subscription, but when I called to see what options were available they tried to squeeze me for more money. When I got not no help or any relief from the contract I was forced to file a dispute with my credit card company and cancel my card so they could not keep making charges to it. Stay away from this company their high pressure tactics will sucker you in as well. I am disgusted at the way they handle their "customers". What a joke! If someone isn't satisfied get over it and move on! Don't try to make them pay additional money to exit the program.

I spent over $8,000 over a three-month period and got lots of wrong numbers, calls from out-of-state who cannot use our service, and they continue to charge my credit card without my authorization for the fourth month and refused to refund the money. Very aggressive on selling but fall short on result, and in general bad business practice. I do not recommend it at all.
Sales rep outright lied about the amount of traffic coming from my area - claimed 400+ searches for, specifically, masonry work. Not possible since the area has a population of about 2000, low permit issues so far this year. Told the sales person the numbers can't be real, that her boss is lying to her. Decided to try the service anyway, with lower expectations, because I had been thinking of expanding my part-time workload. Got two calls for $100 repair jobs from 200 miles away. Modified my area to nearby only and got spam phone calls only. $1200 for these results.

Normally I would probably only give yodel one or two stars but isn't it always determined on how a problem is handled & not necessarily the experience overall? Such as the case. I tried Yodle. It lacks performance. They gave me a full refund. They also took great interest in why I was not pleased. I believe in time they will upgrade the functionality of their dashboard And provide a much more user-friendly experience with many more options that are considered normal in 2016. Because they handled my dissatisfaction so well I decided to give them three stars.
Please keep in mind that it is very possible that the service they provide might work well for you and your business. It did not for mine.

Over the past year & half there service. Knowledge, caring about your business has deteriorated greatly.
They do not help your business grow or increase your seo or organic ratings.
When you call & question them they become rude beat around your question.
They say one thing & do not follow thru.
They were bought out by web.com about 1 year ago no improvement.
Look else where as I now have signed up with another.
