My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
I handle the marketing at my dad’s dental practice and I know there is no way I would be able to do all of our online marketing on my own. So we’ve been using Yodle now for almost 3 years and I think they’re great. We’re getting without question a ton more calls to the practice. We used to get a lot of union work, but the new patients we get with Yodle are full fee patients. I was definitely skeptical about giving them a shot, but I’m happy we decided to go with them. The results have been excellent and I couldn’t imagine doing all of this without them.
I recently started a new business, and agreed to use Yodle's internet services to identify and obtain new customers. The results greatly exceeded my expectations. Over the course of two months, I acquired enough customers to fill my time availability, and I have had to farm out other good prospects. I am very pleased with the service provided by Yodle.
We have been with Yodle for several months and we are receiving calls from new clients every other day. It has paid for itself several times over. I would be happy to tell anybody who is interested in marketing this is the route to go.
We have been helped by several of their professional staff members. It seems like every time we email or call in they are quick to respond. Jordan was our most recent Yodler who helped us quickly add some new information to our site.
I have been so impressed with Yodle. Their customer service staff is very knowledgeable and patient with new clients such as myself. Their marketing tools have saved me many many hours. It's very user friendly. I would recommend Yodle to any one wanting to promote there business.
I haven't been with Yodle long enough to see significant results but their follow-up and customer service is exceptiponal, they always call when the appointment is scheduled and are super helpful with anything needed.
I received a call from Tamika a specialist of Yodle just to check up on my progress with the ability to use the portal and dashboard. The one thing about this company is they are genuinely interested in you receiving all the training it has to offer. They truly want you to succeed with their product. Tamika was very detailed in training me to what I should be doing on a daily and weekly basis. I really feel that they care for my success. So far I am totally pleased. Bert P.
The cost of this service is $5,500 and it is a complete waste of money, if not a scam. After having this service for 3 months our practice has been inundated with callers calling the wrong number, calling from out of state or calling because they are looking for providers who take DSHS/State ins/Medicaid (we do not). Yodle claims to help and fix it each time, however we have seen no difference. It only gets worse. This has not generated any revenue. Save your money and look elsewhere.
I've been working with Yodle since December of 2013. We closed a transaction in February 2014--which is quite fast in my line of work and not during the busy season. The reps have worked to maintain my success and leads are coming in via phone and email. There have been several other leads that have come in and I have closed a handful of clients from Yodle. So far it's worth it and profitable. In addition, I find local awareness of my brand has been increased and I am easier to find online. All good things so far and Yodle has continued to work to maintain and improve going forward. I recommend scheduling a monthly call with your rep to ensure you are getting the most out of the service and that you know the functions of the dashboard since Yodle is adding functions etc.
I signed up about a month ago with the expectation that if they could provide two additional "real" leads per month it would be worth it. In the 3 weeks the site has been live I've had 4 calls and 2 converted to customers, so the service has met my expectations. My customer rep is very helpful and seems genuinely interested in my success. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is that it has only been 3 weeks. So far so good.
My experience with Yodle so far has been excellent. In terms of dollars and percentage we make more money using them over the other two companies I work with. The quality of the leads I get is better and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service. No matter who answers the phone there they know what they’re talking about and the rare times they can’t answer a question, they find out and get back to me by the next day.
My Account representative, Dede was very helpful and courteous she also even had a personality unlike so many people who are ironically in customer service jobs. Yodle's product has given my business a much needed presence on the web. It offers many useful tools and is very easy to manage and more importantly, easy for my customers to navigate.
Fortunately, I did not sign up. I went through the online pitch with the sales person. When I said I was going to take a couple days to consider how this would fit into my marketing plan and budget the sales rep turned on the high pressure sales to try and get my credit card number then and there. When I said I would like to discuss the service with my SEO guy, she said "Isn't that like asking your wife what she thinks of your new girlfriend?" That pissed me off.
I have found that with all these high-pressure internet company cold calls, if you tell them you need to take a couple days to do some research and consider your overall budget and marketing plan, they will freak out and try everything possible to close you before you hang up. Don't do it. Do you research and give your business to a local company or someone with a good reputation.
We were convinced by Yodle representative that they could help us generate internet contacts.
We complained several times in the first 6 weeks that the site they set up was not working very well.
10 months and $2900 later the only things Yodle sent us was 2 contacts trying to sell us other internet marketing.
My advice: Stay Clear. You'll get more attention Yodeling in your front yard than paying Yodle.
TA G.,
I'm sorry to hear you had a poor experience, I'd be happy to find out exactly what happened here.
I'll send you a direct message with my contact info and we can talk further!

I echo the sentiment of most of the other reviewers. It sounds good up front, but you get nothing for your money. They "pretend" to help you, but it does not improve. The few calls I received were wrong numbers, or calls after hours who did not leave messages. I suspect that they could have even been calls from bogus callers, as well as emails from bogus emailers, set up by Yodle to make itself look better. When I returned calls or emails, I never received a response back. Stay Away! Run, don't walk!
Waste of money. They Sell you on service, then ask you to do all the work in their customer portal. Not one iota of valid marketing or value. DONT DO IT! There is a reason they are on the forbes list. For making money and locking people into contracts, not for service and real results.
Tip for consumers:
Dont use Yodle. You can do all of these things for free on your own.
Yodle has been my right hand in this journey of been a business owner! Their professionalism, and dedication to the customers has been a key factor for their success! They work to the extreme that you feel confident in closing the circle of your business development and growth. I really feel encouraged and empowered to continue with this amazing service. I will recommend Yodle to any entrepreneurs as part of their way through the successful business experience!
I couldn't be happier about the increase of clients since signing on with Yodle. Each step of the way was supported by terrific staff. Response to any questions or concerns I have are answered immediately by real people. Lovely.
I'm very impressed with Yodle so far. It's a very well-organized and simple service to use in managing my web presence and full of great tools such as contact management, social media, etc. Very pleased so far
I'm just two weeks into using Yodle and have already begun receiving inquiries and orders. The system really works, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly to work with. I'd recommend them to any small business!
When you are told delivery will be on a specific day, ignore it, delivery will be up to 2 days afterwards and could be at any hour until very late. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend using them.
If I didn't have Yodle I’d be in trouble! Twenty to thirty percent of my business comes from Yodle. It really has helped increase my volume of business and profitability. And, it’s given me some great clients.
Yodle sucks, don't waist your money I highly urge you. I rad this reviews before I sign up my plumbing business so I can't really blame any one but my self. The sales man Erich sang me a very beautiful sung and I fall for it. I dare to say he lied to me. So, I started with $500 budget which he told me would be about $15.00 a day and will generate me about 30 calls and they will build me such a professional website. As it turned out they spend my $500.00 budget in 2 weeks which means $500 budget designed for 2 weeks not a month and of course I did get a 1% of promised calls 1 from some kind of sales man and 2 from same person asking me if they fixed a plumbing properly and if not how much would proper fix cost them by the way almost forgot about so called professional website www.upstatescplumbers.com. Also when I called Yodle and complained they told me that they never told me it will be $15.00 a day because there is no way to control CLICKS.
We are getting a lot of calls, but few are quality. Most just want some quick, free legal advice, and are not interested in hiring any lawyer. Still, we have had a few decent ones and have actually picked up a few clients. On balance, the jury is still out on this one. We are not sure if it is even paying for itself. If it is, it is not by much. We are hoping to land some good clients that can be great repeat business, but we will see.
We tried Yodle a few years ago but ended up canceling after the first 3 months because we it was not working for our market. We signed on again and since revisiting this time around everything is going really well. We get a lot of leads and the majority is true leads – about half of our calls turn into customers.
I took a chance on Yodle because there was no long term obligation so I felt that Yodle had to produce leads or I would no longer us them. They told me to give them 90 days so I did... exactly 90 days later I got a great customer from the first lead. Just a few leads after that I got one of the best orders I ever had! I am in love with Yodle and it has been less than a year. I expect even greater things in the New Year!
