“Great for small business”

My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!

After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.

I just want to make a comment regarding Yodel company's presentation. My experience with Isaiah was not pleasant. His introduction was awfully done. He was insinuating not to waste his time if I wont sign up for the service. I think the best approach was entice your customer of the service you provide and win his trust. Unfortunately, that didnt happen but instead insulted me if I can afford the service that was never explained to me. All I heard was their business has been helping real estate agents since 2005 and they were good at it. Im sorry but Im not buying that, give me details about the service and how it is done. After reading the horrific experience of others with Yodel, I'm glad that the presentation started that way... at least I was able save my money.

Hi. I manage a psychological practice in San Francisco. I'm disappointed to report that after three months, and significant money invested in Yodle, I had NO return. Yodle did not successfully promote my practice online, meaning that I received no clients despite the heavy cost for that purpose. More disappointing, they were unwilling to explore partial reimbursement despite the lack of metrics hit. Based on my experience, I recommend AGAINST using Yodle to build your practice's online presence.

Your service has been wonderful. I am new to working on the Yodle site and your company has been extremely helpful to me. Very professional and patient with me. I would like to make a suggestion about the dashboard. It would be very helpful if I could see my account information (ex. Name, address, emails, contact info, etc.). I have no idea what it is and if it should need updating or if new information needs to be added. I don't necessarily think it should be editable but at least visible.

We currently use Yodle for our internet SEO & PPC marketing efforts. Zach Blew is the representative that I have worked mostly with, I know he has recently switched roles. Zach was most helpful 100% of the time. He was always willing to go into more detail if I did not understand something, he would always check in to see how I felt Yodle's services were helping us and he always did it with the most positive and upbeat attitude. We even increased our budget by $500 because we have been so thankful for the business Yodle has been helping us get and Zach's willingness to go above and beyond. We hope to find it in our budget next year to increase this number even more.

Yodle is one of the best online promoters of your business I have seen awhile. From step one though the final product they guide you based around your business needs. Their customer service aspect is definitely world class and they are very motivated to help their customers. Bravo Yodle!.

Tip for consumers:
The will work with any size business, but you get the biggest benefit with their full package.

I am thrilled with the Internet advertising that Yodle has done for my business. I know exactly how many new clients I've gotten and the amount of revenue that has been generated through their advertising campaign. They have done a great job for me and I highly recommend them.

Very friendly but could not deliver local leads anywhere near what was touted.
A total waste of $3,400. I had to hire an attorney to try and recover the cost of
Their misrepresentations, but unfortunately to know avail. I wouldn't recommend them.

Yodle scammed my new small business out of $498. Even after contesting it with the bank/credit card company... they eventually got their money. Congratulations, Yodle. That's $498 less that I have to legitimately market my business. Or $498 less that I have to provide for my family as they support my business venture. Your "success simplified" is based on the small mom and pops that you take for that initial investment and the iron clad 6 month agreement. Congratulations. I will be following up with the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General and any other avenue that can be pursued to hopefully make you realize that you should not only do things within the law, but perhaps run a respectful and morally ethical business. I hope you take those $498 and have yourselves a Happy Holiday.

I signed up my air conditioning company with yodle back in December and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Unlike anything that i have read on here so I thought it would only be fair to post my experience too. I started getting phone calls about a week after signing up with them and they haven't stopped coming in yet! They built me a website and had it up within a couple of days. I can track all of the results easily through the website. I have already recomended this company to two of my relatives. I can honestly say that signing up with Yodle was one of the best business decisions I have ever made.

I’ve been screwed by 3-4 other SEO companies in the past but yodle is the first one to show me results. They got me to the front page with almost every keyword I asked for. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and I opened up a second listing with them because I know they deliver what they say they will.

It was great. I had Yodle a few years ago and wasn't to impressed back then. I tried it again and everything was a complete turn around. They really stepped everything up. Before they used to offer packages that you had to purchase into to use and now you just pay the fee and decide on your own budget. Also managing the social media and email marketing through the dashboard is a big plus. I really enjoy having a one stop shop to do my marketing. Only thing I would like to see added to the dashboard would be twitter, linkedin, google plus, and stuff like that. I'm sure Yodle is well on there way to excellence. Thanks for the great customer assistance also!

The salesperson calls my business claiming to be a member of an elite professional organization that I am involved in. He then attempts to sell me his service. I declined.
He calls me up weeks later as if he forgot he had called me in the past. I confronted him about his claim to being a member, and he denied it. I would not give these fools the time of day.

I have been using Yodel law for about three months now and they have delivered what they promised. The website they did for me turned out great! It fits my practice and they are very interested in highlighting things I feel are important to my practice, while at the same time making suggestions to improve my visibility. I have received some great leads through Yodel and plan to continue with them.

Yodle was a HUGE waste of money and time. I did everything that they recommended and did not get one lead from the site. I did get a lot of inquiries of marketers wanting to sell me more marketing; they must know "I would buy anything if I subscribed to Yodle." Do your homework.

I agreed to a 20 minute overview today that lasted for 1 hour and 28 minutes. Finally I said I had to go to the bathroom, and the woman still kept on talking so I hung up and she has called back 3 times since. The long and the short is that I said I would forgo todays $199 sign-on in order to do some research on my end and if I was still interested I would pay the full $499 as my penalty. Guess what? I cannot find ONE positive review. As a double whammy, all along I thought I was talking to Yelp. LOL

When I signed up with yodle, I was looking to get more customers that were upgrading/remodeling-a harder segment to reach in my field. Yodle helped me boost my business by getting more of those hard to target customers as well as light commercial work too. Best thing is that it’s affordable for my business

I too got the hard sell from this company. When I asked for an example from my own industry, they claimed privacy issues. When they finally did give me an example, the example did not come up in the first two pages of a Google search. If you know anything about SEO and Wordpress, this company is not for you. BTW, I never write reviews.
