My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
The CSR, John, that I spoke with was very helpful and informative. He spent an hour on the phone with me to update our account to what we wanted. Yodle currently contributes about 35% of our phone leads. We have been very satisfied with their services.
Great customer service! We've had nothing but great experiences with the company. Our rep gets back to us within hours and updates the website the same day typically. Very friendly and patient when it comes to all of our questions. Online dashboard is very user friendly!
I had no idea that this system was so easy to use. Bonnie walked me through all the features of the dashboard in one hour and I feel that I now have a handle on it. Just in case, she left me her number for one on one help should I fall into the weeds. A very pleasant experience and I would recommend the system to anyone,

What a waste of money! I explained to Yodle my concerns and a conference call was set up, I wanted some changes and was told to give it time (even though the changes were clearly needed). CC date and time came and went without a phone call. Next day a phone call was received with all kinds of excuses and a promise that we would talk today at 10am. 10am came and went with no phone call. I sent an email-no response. I believe (as others have commented) that these people do not care about their customers. To date there $50 average lead cost is at $246.00. I am 45 days into a 3 month "test" campaign. I need to get out now as this is now the COSTLIEST advertising program I have ever encountered. Sam L.
I am a plumbing contractor and my business partner transferred a sales rep to me that started off by saying, I can explain this to you in a minute, 15 minutes later with him talking and no questions from me, he came to the end of his script. I asked for his company website, and like all good reputable company's advised him I wanted to read some reviews about his company. I dont look at all the bad reviews as part of my decision making, because I too am in business and understand that for every 20 customers 19 are satisfied and 1 is not. That 1 will tell more people than the satisfied people. When "Ryan Madding from yodle" heard this, he got defensive and didnt want to hear what I had to say. I was thinking about the service, however if this is the way there customer service works I dont want it! I asked them not to call me again!
We have used Yodle for a number of years. Basically we see incredible ROI. Yodle gets the phone to ring and it's a huge plus to have someone monitoring our ad spend, website performance, and SEO ranking. It feels like a partnership, not just like any other vendor. This is all not to mention the huge benefit in having trackable phone numbers and recorded calls, which is a service worth having all on its own for the training and management abilities! Yodle has helped us solve business problems, stay competitive and improve our business. We couldn't be more thrilled with them.
I was hesitant to join up with another web service company after the two previous experiences that I had had. Yodle has been different. Instead of signing me up and ignoring me, they have made paced calls to me to step me along in the process. So far I feel I am improving the position of my business based on the careful advice they are giving me. Also when I ask them to do something for me, they actually do it!

These didn't stop bugging me to sign up with them. Forget that they didn't get me any results, but when I tried to access to my domain name they sold me they said they own it and I had to buy it back from them. Then it took them over 2 weeks to actually complete the transfer of the domain to Godaddy. The support team had no idea what they were talking about regarding technical knowledge and kept saying it was Godaddy's fault.
I have been with Yodle.com for about 2 years now and it is fabulous! During all this time they have helped me to custom design, not only my website, but--more importantly-- my marketing strategies. And if that weren't enough, their service and support has been indispensable. Really, it has. Having utilized competitors to Yodle, such as 29 Prime, and then Yodle as well, I can definitively state that Yodle is far superior in every way. This company has exceptional customer service, and an amazing back office product for the customer to use.
I was quite satisfied with the results, and this was after going in very weary from a previous bad experience with 29 Prime. It was a pleasant surprise to see the level of professionalism and courtesy, coupled with a quality product, that came from Yodle.
I recommend to anyone in need of internet marketing to give Yodle 6 months to win you over.
Overall the service cost us more than any return. It was somewhat effective at increasing our presence to the smart phone user, however that tended to be more calls from telemarketers wanting to sell us more advertising and pre-existing customers and vendors who just used the convenience of a one click dial.
My experience was excellent! The first day my adversite went live, I retained a client who paid in full up front. I am continuing to get new clients each day. Yodle has paid for itself and then some and I only started 22 days ago.
Worst marketing scam ever. Not only did they charge a ton of money for a small, growing business, they generated virtually no leads. After I finally manged to leave them, they left an on-line mess for me to clean up with virtually no help from them. I'm beyond disappointed with this experience, I'm disgusted by it. Steer clear!
