My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.

Didn't want to sign up but gave me a big discount to try. Can't imagine if I would have paid full price. These thiefs don't care about small businesses and suck at communicating with the owners and managers. Don't make the mistake I made with my A/C business and sign up for any services with this thieves and liars.
So far so good! In 3 weeks time they have made my business visible on Google. My company is now listed 30 times on first pages in a relevant search for services my business offers. I was skeptical at first, but if they can do this in 3 weeks, what will they be able to accomplish in 3 months?
Total waste of money! No contacts in 6 months... They had everything set up for the commercial side of real estate and we do residential. They said since less people have commercial in their optimization, we would have a better chance showing up. Since we don't do commercial that is useless. They promised us over 100 Contacts in six months, we got none.

When I was first contacted by salesman I was told there was a specific no. Of people in my area that were looking for my services. I have had my company with Yodle for 90+ days and only one lead for service but four calls with people wanting a job.No return for amount of money I have spent and hard to cancel contract.

I get calls all the time stating "we have discovered that your Google listing needs to be updated, blah blah," so today I pushed #1 on my phone to talk to someone. I got the company name, their name and phone number "in case I need to call them back." Then I asked him how they found out out my listing is "outdated". I said "I am with Yoddle, and they keep up with all that." The guy said "they are behind. Yoddle is using last year's platform and Google has moved to a new platform, blah blah." Then he directed me to a website and as I was challenging him he hung up. I called your customer service and made another friend! I found a spelling mistake on my home page and it was fixed right away. Thanks. Hope to get my picture in to you soon.
I have been working with the Yodle platform for the last two weeks and I love it. The platform is well-thought, quite comprehensive, easy to use with a friendly interface (dashboard). They were able to place my landing webpage high up on Google Search and a host of other search engines although this is a very short period. I received six calls and this is just in the first two weeks.
The customer service and marketing consultants genuinely care about the success of my business and they are very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They will answer your questions and explain the ever growing features of their platform to help you market your business and receive quality leads.
I recommend the Yodle platform to all businesses that need competent marketing in the 21st century.
After having a few bad experiences with lead generating companies, I was very hesitant to commit to yodle. But, Carly was very patient, understanding and without guaranteeing me vast amounts of income, she made me feel comfortable and unpressured about building my listing and I'm looking forward to great things happening with my company. One of the worst services out there. I was cold called like th rest of the people on the site. I am an attorney. They promise you the world new clients new leads and what you get are totally moronic calls, sometimes on things you dont even do at your firm. On top of that I got at least 10-20 solicitations for other services via email and phone. Other companies see what a sucker you are and then also start to call and email you based on the Yodle site... horrible horrible. I made a complaint to the Attorney General because I see a pattern of promises not met.

I have worked with many marketing companies in the past with very little success. Yodle has surpassed above all others in delivering a knowledgeable staff that is very helpful and always ready to answer all your questions. They become part of your business team working hard on your behalf. Yodels marketing system brings all of e-mail and internet marking into a great automated system that is easy to use. This is a company that delivers on their promises, this is a nice change.

I own a cleaning service company and have only been with Yodle for a little over 2 months now. In that time I have already received many phone calls and acquired 3 new clients and I have also gotten 2 one-time specialty cleaning jobs. For the short time that I have been with Yodle I have been extremely impressed with the results I have received. Having business come my way this fast, after my business had been stagnant for so long is amazing to me. Signing on with Yodle has more than paid for itself already.

I was going to start with them paid my 100 to hold it then my wife n I had some things to come up in with changed our mind that was more then 5 weeks ago n we still have not got the 100 dollars back yet
After getting no results for four months tried to quit, was offer a free month, then charged for a month. Tried to quit once more and was told I would get a refund, well that didn't happen. Had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

When I first got a call from yodle I was pretty anxious about joining as many young new business owners are. The second call said it all! We talked for over an hour about how yodle operates and how much they can help me. The representative was very knowledgeable about any question I asked and had an answer almost immediately, if not they would get the answer within a few moments. They also helped me with their price which was a huge selling point to me. Since then, they have held their promise to help me get more calls and prospects for my business. The yodle team is very knowledgable about their product and will help coach you through everything to help make you, the business owner, more successful. I am very humble for everything yodle has helped me to achieve and recommend them to any young small business owners I come into contact with.
Our company decided to change administrators and leave Yodle. We had a new site built and when we went to retrieve OUR 5 star reviews on Google Maps, we found out that they were missing. We called Yodle and Sarah, said that they did not do that. We then called Google and after an hour of research, they told us that yes, Yodle did delete your reviews. Why they would do that was unbelievable. We worked so hard to get those 20 five star reviews. No one in our town has that many. Now, it's like starting our company all over again. No one sees us on Google Maps and no phone calls for 2 weeks! It is obvious that all they care about is the money or they wouldn't have did what they did to us. At least a phone call or email asking us. We already paid them money to give us the domain and files. It doesn't take much thought to realize that reviews are very important!
When calling the customer service department, the representatives are knowledgeable and helpful when getting our questions answered. At times, they are offering suggestions when we are in need of help too. Thanks for your support.
I had used them for over 2 years paying $200 a month as suggested to my by their sales guy. They provided me with a domain name that I chose for my company's name and setup a website but since them I've been just waiting to get any calls from the customers who are looking for my services. Then I came to know about a similar service Advanton and they gave me a new domain, a new website and the marketing that's really working for me now and it's all free. I am back into business that seemed all lost. I couldn't ask for more. What I had lost with Yodle, I had recovered in just 3 months and a long long way to go.
The girl I spoke to was arrogant, obnoxious, and clearly must have been the CEO of Yodle, because she was apparently all that and a bag of chips. I was already sold on this company, I needed someone to help me sign the deal, and all she did was help me see that I was WAY better off with this company not representing my best interests. There are far too many companies out there offering this type of service to settle for Yodle. I wish she would have helped me care enough to know her name, because Id have the company know who she is in a heart beat. If she was removed, there revenue would probably double by years end. She literally unsold the Sale! How is that even possible? I own a carpet cleaning company in Santa Rosa Ca. And I was on the phone with her for 15 minutes around 3pm on 11/1/2016. Unbelievable!

First of all they tell you one thing on the call and another in the contract, which makes it hard to cancel service. I was told that I could cancel anytime with no additional charges, but now I'm told that the contract states that their is a cancellation fee,
The major issue that I discovered is that they want you to pay for service for at least 3 months (although they try to sell you on six months) before you see any results. WTF! Why not charge you when the results pour in?
I'll let my AMEX card deal with them. AMEX has always come through for me.
