My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
6 months service. All I received were sales calls. From companies trying to sell me something after clicking on my ad. After trying to cancel the service I was told I'd get a call from a specialist. I did, he left a voice mail explaining how he was going to fix my problem. I called him back for a week straight, twice a day. Meanwhile they got my money. I called the 877 number on my bank statement and was told that they made a mistake and would give me a free month. The sales pitch continued. I told them that that was great and all but it is completely opposite of what I wanted.
Tip for consumers:
The truth is that the per click pricing is very expensive. You might pay a few hundred dollars for a few days on the front page. There is a lot of work to keep you webpage attractive to Google. With anything the more you pay the better service you get.
You might have the fortune of read this review before the pile with several "good" review in top. That is how to manipulate the systems.
If you read carefully the same happened to every one. The promise lots of leads and you get solicitors calling you all day long.

I am a small business owner and was contacted by Yodle to see if I would be interested in using their services. It has been a year and a half later and as a small business owner that did not want to spend a ton of money to create more presence on the Internet, I have been extremely impressed at the reaction my business has got since using them. They have delivered prompt, curtious, and professional service the entire time I have dealt with them.
If you are looking to increase you web presence I really suggest you talk with these guys before you make a decision. It will make a difference in your business, it did mine!
I started with Yodle about 2 months ago and I am very happy with the results so far. People are very nice and professional, they really care for my business success. They have been constantly in contact with me, about the website, the leads, bad calls, good calls. They were able to create a wonderful website. They offered me a variety of options to increase my business sales, and come up with an affordable package for my business. So far my business has been showing some positive results. I'm able to see and track results on my dashboard. Hopefully it will continue increasing my business.
John was extremely knowledgeable about Yodles' services and how they helped our business grow. We needed something that is unusual and others said it could not be done but Yodle came through for us. John was professional and polite but friendly and helpful.
I have been a Realtor for 14 years and have purchased and dumped many systems but yours is the best. I purchased the system because it was all encompassing and I am not disappointed. The level of attention from the staff, especially Ryan, is exemplary. Always helpful and I need the reminders. Love the fact that you do not simply dump everything on me at once. Got off the phone with a sales rep and this was over an hour of my time. They want you to hand over bags of money with out really proving what they can do. They should offer a base price than commission for real sales. They should also give you the sticker shock at the beginning of the call to even see if this might even be something that you might want. They said that they are designed for small business but they would be my largest monthly expense. If they can really bring in the type of sales that they are talking about than I would not have a problem to share the pie than.

Their sales team is trained to perfection in overcoming nearly every objection you can think up for not getting Yodle marketing service. I should have known better, as you can hear the call center rambling chatter in the background. Their demo (yodle demo) was pretty convincing and high tech looking, so I fell for the sizzle, when in fact all I got was a gross and disgusting overcooked slab of Omaha steak.
They got me for roughly $600+ a month for 3 months, and though I did get phone calls for service I provide using Yodle, in the end when I calculated everything I actually ended up losing a lot money.
To the Yodle public relations team trolling the Internet, No apologies or investigation is necessary, you flat out are a total ripoff and scam.

Yodle personnel are highly knowledgeable in website development. They offer one of the most professional website development teams I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Fees can be on the high side, but the end result is a highly respected website with professional ad development for your site. I highly recommend considering their services.
When I first started with Yodle, I was very discouraged because I was paying a certain amount of money and was not getting a return on it. The company worked with me and assigned an outstanding Marketing Consultant named Matt Dalpini who had some really innovative ideas to get me more exposure and they worked. I have started receiving calls that are pertinent to my business and have actually closed a few loan applications in the last two months. I am happy with Yodle and plan to use it indefinitely.
Chuck Ashley is a billing specialist for Yodle. I called in having some billing question to ask and he answered them to a tee. He looked at all of my concerned then look at all the service I had and made sure that I was getting the best for my money. I highly recommend this company!
Prepare to be over promised, over sold, over charged and under served. There are lots of bells and whistles but no noise. I was very disappointed and then when I cancelled they charged me for an extra month.

Be prepared that when you want to get out they will try to over charge you.

Bonnie was stupendous! Explanations were patient, clear and well-directed. Each coaching experience was comfortable and I learned from each of several coaching calls. Bonnie was personable and encouraged questions that lead to further learning. I only wish that all service providers had employees with her personality, etiquette and knowledge.
I’ve been getting more and more customers with Yodle over time. The longer it’s been, the better it gets. They have great customer service and I like their transparency. I can see all of the leads I’m getting on the dashboard and I enjoy being able to track that.

Absolutely terrible. Please do not waste your money. They do not help and you will have to fight them in order to stop them from charging your card. Their standard for a lead is low; any warm body that gives you a call is a lead. All but one of my 49 'leads' was a sale call and they thought that was good. Save your money!
Everything that I would run around and do on my own as a business owner or hire someone to do, Im able to do with ease, speed, and efficiency thanks to Yodle! They have really made "keeping connected" with my clients easier. (:

Sales rep called me multiple times with SERIOUS sales pressure tactics, though I'm used to this he was very very convincing and guaranteed success with their SEO services. He claimed that they are the SEO experts but it takes about 2-3 months to get me to page 1 on google or bing. He further claimed that only then I'll be seeing a huge return on my investment. Well... I didn't receive not 1 lead call. NOT 1 CALL after paying $199 per month for 6 months. THAT'S $1194. I. Could have been on the beach. Every time I called asking why I wasn't receiving traffic or calls I was brushed off, "give it a little more time it will work". I asked "will I get my money back?" They replied "We'll consider it after 6 months". This was a total BS just to keep me calm for the six month period while they charged my card. This has been a total loss for me and as far as I'm concerned this company is a fraud. This is no BS no exaggeration. I'm a full time Re/Max agent in DC metro area.

We have seen our small dental practice take off in the past few months while using Yodle. They are easy to reach when we need them and they make the process of marketing a breeze so we can focus on what we know best, TEETH!
Talked to their representative for a while because I wanted to check out what they had to say. The representative would never answer my questions directly. He was very pushy. I ended by indicating that I would check them out and if they wanted to follow-up with me later they could call back.
They did and was extremely rude to my customer service representative and my wife. He ranted and made demands. No customer service skills what so ever. I checked them out and I would stay away. Same scam different name.
