My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
Ryan was absolutely wonderful; he was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Ryan went out of his way to assist me with how to re-size pictures so I could successfully upload them to the Yodle website - something out of his job description, I'm sure. Ryan was also extremely knowledgeable with client reviews, and gave me suggestions for how to upload prior client reviews onto the website. I had asked two other Yodle Reps how to upload prior reviews, and neither had a suggestions; so when Ryan offered a suggestion, and walked me through how to do what I needed, I was really impressed. Ryan was so helpful and great to work with, that I asked to have him call me for the next follow-up. Thank you, Ryan! Five stars for sure!
I have been into remodeling business since 2007 and hosting my website with yodle since 3 years but I noticed that the price has been increased to $49/mth from $19/mth. Then one of my customer referred ADVANTON and its been 7 months now since I've been using them for my local marketing and online presence. The online presence is free and local marketing works which is also dead cheap compared to other provides.
Michele Burch was positively amazing! I could tell she REALLY knew her job and how to get new clients with a wide range of computer backgrounds up and running with the Yodle dashboard. It was easy to understand that she cares very much about the success new clients have with Yodle.
Tamika called me to see how Matt Driving School was doing? She was very professional and kind. She helped me through some questions and find out an easy way to my problem where I was stuck.

The features of their offering are outstanding including a super adversite and of course the Dash Board that keeps me up-to-date with how I am doing in the Sales Department. Getting listed prominently on Google and Bing is something we could never have done alone! We are a very small company, but with Yodle's marketing skills getting us good leads, we are certain to be succeddful.
After a visit from their 'Senior Client Services Manager' Leonzo Cuiman, I was disgusted with how little he knew and how little he had to offer. The man, like the websites offerings, was empty and lacked serious knowledge. Rambling and dropping buzz words was the only accomplishment of our meeting. I wish we never worked with this company, and I hope they find a manager that is at least somewhat competent for future client meetings. If i were his boss, I would be embarassed to send such a representative to other companies

I didn’t know how we would get leads or if it would work, but having Yodle provide the customers information- I really liked that. Now that I have been with Yodle a while I can see and track the leads and it all makes sense.
I am starting a new business and they got me in a moment of vulnerability. I tried to cancel and they THEN told me that I owed them for the setup fee- another 400.00. They never told me about this. They've said they'll "review thier call" and get back to me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! The website is atrocious from some third world outsourcing, they don't stay in touch and they're just after your money. JUST SAY NO
I began using Yodle around November and lawyers usually know that November and December are the worse months in a lawyer's life because of the shopping expenditures for the holidays. However, Yodle made those the two best months in our existence, and that's why we are still using them.
If I can just throw a laugh out there just know that I am doing that! This was the phone pitch in the beginning..."Hello Dr.?, I am... with Yodle Chiropractic looking to find chiropractors in your area to take on patients in the month of June. Is there any problems with your schedule that month that you would not beable to service these patients?" Ya, right you are just going to give me patients because you are too busy. Then to actually get more information out of this guy, he is not a chiropractor and he is trying to find a way to increase my website traffic? What... the hell, this is not right. Come on that was not the way to get me through the door!
I own a small home inspection business in Pearland, TX and I have used several different online ad companies over the past nine years. None have come close to matching the level of support and performance I have enjoyed with Yodle. With the results I’ve seen from Yodle so far I feel confident enough to quit my day job to do home inspections full time.

I'm not very happy with Yodle. Their service was expensive and didn't produce the kind of results I was good money for. To top it off they hi-jacked my website and now their cloned version of my site ranks higher than mine and the Yodle phone number is still there. I canceled my account and went with www.topwebsolutions.com they're getting me better results for less than what I was paying with Yodle..
As a small business owner and just staring out, every dollar means a lot. Every time I have called to speak with someone at Yodle they have been very professional and understanding to my concerns with what I need or want to change. I called today about some of the info on my web site that wasn't correct and the lady I spoke with was VERY concerned with helping get it right.
At this point I can't be happier with Yodle and my experience with them.
They built me a website for my roofing business and gave me a web name that no one can find unless you know the exact name. I've had it for alittle over 3 mons now and only had 6-7 calls for repairs. Only got 3 repair jobs... I complained about it and they said it takes 3 mons to start getting more interest. They didn't even use my own business number... That's when I shoulda ran. They STINK... Asked for a refund and they blew me off twice. The dashboard is STUPID. Stay away, far away... I wouldn't take free subscription... and then they send poor Gina out to apologize... And Gina doesn't do squat for you..

From my first interview with Karissa to my setup with Michele I was truly amazed. I have had all kinds of contacts from advertising companies but none as professional as these people. I was impressed with the first presentation with Karissa and how professional she was and the videos were eye opening. Michele took me through the setup and explained everything well and let me know any time I had any questions I had a direct line to reach them.
I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the whole package. If this work it will be well worth the money.
After a3 month trial I wasn't getting much from the service. I paid 195 monthly.so I then called and canceled. Then 2months later they took 195 out of my bank account. I called and was told it was canceled but I had an outstanding balance. Really don't know how 3 months equal up to 4 payments. I would never use them again. Now going to the bank to see if I can get my money back. Stay away from these crooks

I was very happy with the results of the drywall and interior trim work performed by Vaughn. He took a bit longer than planned, but the work was excellent and his fee was very reasonable. I would hire him again for future work.
The dashboard features are great for the small business owner who needs to market the business, but lacks the resources (time and expertise) to accomplish the task. The courteous and friendly staff listens to your needs and creates a website customized to your business. The easy to use email templates and customer lists allow you to reach out to your customers and stay in constant contact. The online chat allows the business partner to quickly get questions or concerns addressed. No wasting valuable time waiting in long phone ques or days for an email response.
Advertising is an unfamiliar sphere for me, because I believed that my business can easily be run without any advertising. Of course, I was mistaken, because avdertising matters a lot, especially nowadays when the sphere of online marketing and online advertising is developing and already have plenty of results. I decided to apply to special services which could help me with advertising. I applied here and asked this company to hlp me with advertising. They explained me everything and set up advertising. I have already got plenty of customers and this service is awesome.
I have been with Yodle for several months now, and I have yet to get one lead. I call once per month, they never call me to give me any kind of update. When you call you always get someone different and they have no idea who you are, they have to look up your account. I should have canceled before it came to this point, but I hate to just throw away the money I have spent. I was hopeful that they could help me but they have taken my money and I have received nothing for it. The web site they set up for you is very generic and when they gave me a site to pick a new picture, it was a site they no longer used so I looked through hundreds of pictures for nothing. It has been very frustrating.

Yodle has been very helpful with setting up my adversite. Scott Rappaport has been very helpful with ideas and always responds to my questions quickly. Scott takes the time to understand the needs of my company and adjusts my adversite where needed. I have gotten a lot more phone calls and business since I have been working with Yodle. I think it is a great opportunity for any small business to expand.
I'm attorney who signed up for Yodle last week. I was very skeptical, but took a chance. I was on the phone with the Yodle representative putting the finishing touches on my Adversite. The representative finished what he had to do for my adversite and then he told me that it went "live". A minute later my secretary came into my office and said there was a new client on the phone and that I must pickup. Mind you, I was still on the phone with the Yodle rep. Long story short, it was a new client that called from the Adversite and I signed up the new case the next day. I could not believe it!
