My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
Love my experience with YODEL, I have the confidence now to know my advertising dollars are really working for me, the results are immediate and the support from yodel is great. Recommend these guys highly

I had a great experience with Michele. I have not been happy with Yodle so far, but between her and Emma. They have settled me down a little. She talked with me for about an hour or so to help me understand things I was confused about. She also redid some aspects of my website I was not happy with. Overall she did an excellent job. If Yolde works as well as Michele... I'll end up very busy and happy.
I’m a one man Locksmith company and I don’t have a retail store or a lot of money to spend on SEO. Yodle got me on the first page of Google which makes me feel like I can compete with the big guys without paying big guy prices.
These guys are on top of things. They never give you attitude and are very responsive and friendly. They are awesome at customizing your internet presence to fit your own personal style. And they generate BUSINESS!
I had an appointment with Yodle today for initial presentation. The rep., Chelsea I believe, was friendly and explained their service. After the presentation, I was switched over to a more aggresive, high pressure type sales person. I explained I was not ready to commit today, as I wanted to do my homework and investigate Yodle for my own peace of mind. This did not sit well with the Yodle high pressure salesman as he became demeaning in his comments and derogatory. After this continued and it was obvious he didnt want to hear what I had to say, I got off the phone. Been down this road before... not going down it again.
I recently got a call from Yoddle and my experience has been horrible... they have calls coming to my personal cell... not my business... they seem like they read from a script and when I ask questions they seem lost... they do not hear what I say. On the 1st set up call they were so lost. Could not get system to work and I actually was seeing the Yoddle reps screen when they attempted to log in to my computer to see what to do. 2nd attempt to complete set up Yoddle came thru as Google on call id,,, so I did not answer
I think they just took my money and ran and now im left with poor service... they simply don't hear what I say and call right back and ask same Q again... its such a comedy of errors now... they have damaged my reputation and my business... do not use Yoddle

Our plumber repaired a toilet and pointed out water damage to the subfloor. So, we asked around and were referred to RJ's Linoleum Service in Fresno CA. A week later (the linoleum we wanted had to be ordered) it was in and looks beautiful. It was a very skillfully executed performance. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. I would not hesitate to call them again should we need this service.
My experience with yodle has been wonderful. Bipco has been up and running for just a short period of time and the amount of leads have been great. Im very pleased with the site and the customer service is Awesome!
My business has at the very least doubled in the three months I have been with Yodle. Many companies have made many claims that I have advertised with, unfortunately none them performed close to their claims. Yodle has exceeded their projections many times over. I would reccomend them to everybody looking to increase the bottom line.
Kaitie Roberts was my Account representative, all I can say is in the initial presentation was stopped as soon as she heard that I did not have the few hundred dolars it took to get started... she was no longer interested in helping me. I'm a Single dad with two kids who is freshly divorced, I work from job to job just to have enough money to feed my kids and get by, I would love the opportunity to have somebody advertize for me and help bring in more customers, and would gladly pay for such a service once it was proven to help.

Very Good. Levare covered alot of information in a very efficient manner. I feel much more comfortable with Yodle and all of its features, whereas before the phone call with Levare I was somewhat confused.
I was contacted by Yodle who initially I believed was a company to send me qualified leads. It was not revealed to me that this company would bundle my website and request for me to load contacts until I read their email. When I mentioned to the rep. That I had recently contracted with a company, 220 Mtg. To move my website to them, the rep just glazed over this objection, not really clarifying that they were the same type of business. Their sales people are very concentrated and pressuring. Their prices are quite expensive and they will cut the price just to get you on their chasey. Their sales person could really go on and on about how great they were, but left me in the dark of exactly what the whole program entailed.

Spent a couple hours reading through this site and it seems my exact situation has been explained here MULTIPLE times by so many dissatisfied people. Same thing; got a call from "Yodle Healthcare" regarding "new clients"... saw the presentation, said no thanks... representative "puts me on hold to speak with a manager" lowers the price... i say no thanks then the rep "gets his manager" again and comes back with another lower price
I say no for a final time, get insulted by the glorified telemarketer tough guy on the other end
I see ** repeatedly responding to the SAME ISSUES over and over again... poor guy, probably has pre-types responses that he cut and pastes to reply to all the angry customers

I needed to make some changes to my website. I had sent in some change requests via email and was told that the changes wouldn't be as easy as I had assumed. I called in and Felicia was able to help me recreate the changes to the website that I wanted and them promptly added it to the website exactly as discussed. I had a couple other questions relating to a zip code I wanted to add to our SEO that she was able to answer effectively and then discussed the options available to achieve exactly what we were wanting.
I had a terrific experience working with Emma in crating my adversite. She listened to my suggestions and was able to quickly and efficiently implement them. She was also able to explain why certain things had to be done in a certain way to optimize accessibility to my site.
Emma, listened thoroughly to my questions and concerns and was able to process large amounts of information quickly and efficiently. She was a pleasure to work with. My Boss had me look for ways we can increase our calls so I called yodel. I called about the calls that we not getting... They than say look on your dash board these are the people looking at your site. I won't even begin to talk about the site I had them build for me... I even looked at the keywords they made for me to find my webpage and the keywords the customers they claimed was clicking on my site keywords... I Bing and Google the words and my site didn't show up...
The told me, because I was a Veteran, they would only charge my a reduced price for 6 months. They didn't mention the month that I signed up, 27th of the month, would be the first month. At the 6 month, which was the 7th month according to them, they charged me fill price. Also, they promised my company will be listed as the top 10 on Google, Yahoo, Bing and mobile searches. I received 5 replies and all from other marketing companies telling me that I'm not being found on any search engines. What a waste. This company took advantage of a US Army Veteran and business owner! When I called, at 10 am, to cancel I was told there were no managers available! At 10 in the morning on a Wednesday!
