My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
Yodle has been lightning fast with its responses to my occasional phone calls or emails, and has been positive and helpful in every response. These days, that kind of customer service is rare, but not from Yodle.

What a joke… I tried Yodle but then months later, decided to change my business around. So I called to request it to be cancelled. They agreed to cancel the service and check back with me in a few months to see if I had got things taken care of. No Call ever came to see if i was ready to restart the service. They billed me for 2 months service without my approval. Then denied me a refund, because I had disputed the charges with my bank. If they call to con you into trying their service, hang up and RUN!
We were hesitant to sign up at first because of the price - we’re a small company with a tight budget. When Yodle called us (a second time), we had the sales rep on hold for over 20 minutes while we made the decision because it was really hard for us, but I’m glad we decided to try it because we are busier this summer than usual.
I'm really enjoying working with this company. They are very attentive and step with you through the whole process. Their "coaches" are very nice and helpful and seem just as enthusiastic about your success as you are. Although I have not seen any results yet, I know I am planting seeds that will prosper into leads and clients in the future.
Yodle is always very supportive and the staff is extremely helpful. Jorge was especially helpful with his incite and suggestions on how to improve my site settings. I have had tremendous success with my site, as a result of having Yodle behind me. I recommend Yodle's services to any and everyone who is looking to build an online presence for business.
As a business owner its hard to sit down and really look at where you market and spend your money... my sales are great and get better every year. I'm not worried about spending money with yodle because they know where and how to utilize my money to benefit my company... i've been with yodle now for a few years and will be increasing my budget with them again and look forward to increasing my business for 2016! I have and will continue to refer yodle to my friends or anyone that is interested in GROWING a business. By far the most professional staff i've worked with.

Our Yodle Rep is very attentive and quick to respond to any concerns. In terms of customer service, I would rate Yodle a 5. I appreciate the weekly reports I receive and the ability to rate calls. For the most part I am happy with the leads they generate though I do find myself questioning if I am fully getting my money's worth and if Yodle is the best platform for our company. This is something I plan to look at closely the next few months.
I have only been using the Yodle program for two weeks and I can already see the leads coming into my business from their service. I would strongly recommend this to any small business owner who is looking to improve or increase their marketing effort. The platform is easy to use and Yodle staff walk you through everything!
Yodle seems to be a great platform from which to do many of the mundane business task needed each day. From contact management to schedule emails just to say happy birthday, it is turning out to be a great information management tool. Looking forward to learning the in's and out's of the entire platform. Less that 10 days or so into it, but very pleased with the experience thus far!
The results I've seen are excellent. The first month was a little slow but after 3 to 4 months, it got a lot better. I've been with them for almost a year now. I feel like they care about my success and are there whenever I need them. They keep me busy all the time. My rep Steve Russell is there whenever I need him. Summary, Steve and Yodel rock!
This company has really helped me to put my business first among my existing customers and new customers. Lots of personal help was always available and they answered all my questions in a timely manner.
I had yodle for a little over 3 weeks now and it generated 3 leads. It's too early to say, but it's worth a try. They followed up & gave regular tips on how to get more leads. I think they know what they're doing. I just hope that that they will be fair in their dealings & deliver what they have promised.
This company can not manage their own employees. So how can they actually manage customers SEM. They also offered to pay me $200 for every positive review I wrote. However I have had nothing but problems with them. Keith said I would get 10-15 new clients a month for a budget of $1500 a month. Guess what. I only have gotten 15 phone calls from other companies looking to sell me something. When I call him he does not respond to often and when he does he feeds me a BS line. So if your a small to medium size business and your looking to grow your business not waste money seek a local SEM company. You will get first hand help. This company is a scam BUYER BEWARE.
Land Shark Shredding has been a Yodle customer for about two months now. We were searching for ways to increase sales and thought Yodle would be a great way to generate business, as well as enhancing our presence on the web. The call recording feature has been extremely helpful, as it allows for "teachable moments" with our employees. We have not been disappointed!
I was with them for awhile and they were ok but started noting a drop in calls over time and got rid of them. I made a HUGE mistake and called them a few months later and thought I would give them another chance. What a waste of $3,00.00. The web page I paid was vanilla at best. Going to dump them again and get some one else. Don't waste your money!
We've had 52 organic leads so far with Yodle. It's definitely driving business to us. The best part for me is that Yodle records all of the calls so I'm able to go back and listen to them which is really helpful. Customer service has been outstanding; everyone of the representatives that has contacted me has been very nice and very interested in making sure that I am happy with their product
I’ve seen excellent results using Yodle. I really like that you hear a Yodle jingle before the person is actually on the phone to let you know that the advertising is working. It shows they looked up the website and gave us a call. A lot of things out there – you don’t know if they’re working. With this, you get immediate acknowledgement that it IS working. That’s the most awesome thing for me.
They have been great to deal with on the phone or via email. Any changes to the website that I need to make are done pretty fast, and they help you with deciding if something will look out of place or flow good. The SEM part of it is great, has generated a good amount of business for me in the first year of starting a new company. I will continue to use Yodle with my SEM and website hosting.
We have tried other Online Marketing and SEO Companies and Yodle by far is the best! They stay in constant communication with you to make sure you are utilizing the system and provide any coaching you may need as they are working their part with SEO. Their online platform is very user friendly. We are able to send messages to our customers with just a few clicks of the button. All automated. I highly recommend Yodle!
I've been with Yodle a little over a month now and have received three good leads. The way they set up the website looks really good and I think it's a great idea to have the tracking phone number to monitor and record the calls. So far the leads haven't been a whole lot but at least they're starting out pretty good. I look forward to seeing how we do towards the end of the campaign.
I signed up for a six month term, prepaid of course. They were quick to set you up and go over dashboard stuff with you to no end. The only problem is that they lack on key search words related to my business, therefore very few calls to use their dashboard on. I made a few calls to them, good luck getting someone without waiting for ever. Once I did make contact and told them I had had only six organic leads in three months and was going to cancel at the end of term. Yodle has since cancelled my account after about three months one their own and has made no refund to me. The woman I talked to said there was no supervisor available at the time, but would have one call me about the refund. STILL WAITING no call no refund.
My suggestion, pay a SEO company a little more money and get results you can bank.
Prior to working with Bonnie I would have given Yodle 1 star. Her excellent, patient instruction is extremely useful and showed me parts of the program and dashboard that I had no idea existed. Now I'll give Yodle 4 stars. Bonnie actually deserves the credit, now it's up to me to do my part and wait to see if the program really works it's "magic".
I have tried several advertising, sales promotion, web site awareness, etc. companies for years to get leads and referrals. So far, Yodle is the only method that really works. I have received leads and converted some of them to new customers. The people at Yodle are professional, knowledgeable and really take ownership of my situation.
