My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.

They are also very responsive and prompt with handling my questions and concerns, and I like that.
I have been using Yodle for my website and seo services for four years now. I am very satisfied with my results. Many of my competitors ask me how I get listed all over the internet... I am not telling them its Yodle:-)
Signed up with Yodle and for the money I paid I could of done so much more in other advertising. Signed up with Yodle and wasted 2 hours on the phone for a website that does nothing and is hard to find. I paid less for my website and it generates more leads and clients in 1 month then Yodle has in 4 months. Save your money especially if your a small business.
She is very knowledgeable. She took me by the hand (through the phone) and walked me through working with Yodle. She knew exactly where I was all the time. When I got lost, she could find me right away. I learned so much! Thank you Bonnie!

We started out marketing our business just by word of mouth and referrals. With Yodle, we get reports on how we’re doing and where our leads are coming from. It’s good to see what we’re seeing success with and which areas and strategies we need to work on.
I used Yodle for several years to help grow my business. It was my first experience with PPC. It was a great, easy way to get into a working PPC campaign. Rachel our rep, was always available and did a great job helping with any changes or concerns. She seemed to care about the success of our overall campaign, which was important to us. Overall it helped grow our business to the point we needed to hire a complete marketing company to oversee all of our marketing necessities.
Needed to do something to increase business and my internet presence. Talked to Yodle and was impressed, but was worried about the money! Decided to try the 3 month trial. Went live and within 7 days had nearly enough new business written to pay for the entire 3 month program! Dashboard is very easy to use and the information astounds me! The ability to personalize my website is simple and can't believe how easy it is to connect to my social media! (If it sounds like I know what I'm doing, you're wrong! Yodle makes all of this work!) 2 weeks in and I can't recommend Yodle, their services and employees, enough! "Try It, You'll Like It"!

Do not fall for their "we will buy your domain name with a. Net for you". That way they OWN YOU and you no longer own that domain name. If you do use yodle, please buy your own domain name using godaddy or whatever. For tracking purposes they want you to use their phone number. That is fine, but here is my advice, on your website use a new phone number and merely have it forwarded to their number. That way when you quit using yodle after you get tired of paying extra $$$ for google ad words, you can easily stop their service. It is much harder if they own your phone number. Their service does work and it does bring in business, I give it a 2 stars because of their tactics to keep you as a client.
My Yodel representative was extremely helpful in getting my site set up. She walked me through everything and helped me make the changes I needed to make. I feel very good about my decision to work with Yodel and confident that it will bring my business to the next level!

I've been a Yodle Customer for 3 months now and so far so Great! The customer service has been extremely helpful every time I have questions or want to make a change. The results on new business for my company has been better than expected! I will continue to Yodle!
First month got one good lead in the 3rd month now nothing but sales calls and wrong numbers also the reps had a hard time giving me the right area code for the number that they put on the website she just had some random area code not a great experience
I arranged a 20 min. Telephone pitch with a salesperson. It was a pretty good (1 hr.) presentation and I was considering signing up, but I explained to her that I do not make decisions on the phone and I would not be signing up yet. She was determined not to let me off the phone without a commitment and got very pushy and aggressive. I finally told her that I would get back to her later and hung up. The next day, I followed by email with questions, but there was never any response. This was over a month ago.
Tip for consumers:
Do not be pushed into anything you are not ready to commit to.

I called Yodle the other day and had some questions about my new website. I spoke to Thomas who was a great help... He was very eager to help me with my ideas and helped me up load a photos to my web page. He also spotted a few things that were omitted and added them to help me make more adjustments to the site and make it more appealing. Very good, very thorough. Hoping that the flexibility to change the site helps generate business. Staff is always friendly and took lot of time when I call to walk through and explain. Initial walk through call with Beth was great. Great personality, patient and positive.
The ease of use for the Yodle dashboard is going to save me hours! By posting an offer it translates right to Facebook, and across the web. No more spending hours sending out emails to customers. WIth this system you type your email, and it automatically sends it out to your customers.
I asked how we can get people to do Google reviews. I learned Google took away the option to leave reviews for local businesses on their Google+ account. He added a button to our site but the link sends the user to our about page with no way to leave a review
Yodle has the best team of advisors we have ever encountered as far as business development. We are HVAC contractors and from beginning to end the team help set us up to be visible on almost 60 different search engines. We love the ability to keep our name out in from of our industry by creating offers and email campaigns set up through Yodle. Our favorite part is being able to go over our sales calls critiquing each one to improve on. We give Yodle 5 stars and recommend them highly to all our friends that are business owners.
