My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
I have been using Yodle since I opened my business in August 2012. They have been a significant source of lead aquisitions that have helped me grow my business. I have tried other forms of marketing, but for my business this search engine optimization has been very effective. In addition I am pleased with the dashboard that you are given to analyze your businessn and the availability of Reps for conference calls to discuss ways to market the business. Everyone is always very responsive to my requests, and overall I am quite satisfied with the service.
We used them at a practice I worked at a few years ago and the cost was quite reasonable with great results. Now that I'm starting a new office Yodle has a one year minimum and from what I can tell it's much more expensive than before however, a colleague in another state uses them and the OM says it is working very well so we'll probably try it out; it has to be better than the direct mail we did but there is really no way to know since we couldn't track the return on the mail-out except that it cost thousands thanks to ever increasing postage and print fees.
I paint at a studio in Florida... painting with a twist in wilton Manor. Yodle advertises this studio as closed and with a bad phone number. Who the heck owns this company? The owner of this studio has never worked with yodle
The customer service at TRG is great. I called to look at some property, I work out of town and could not get to Killeen until 5 p.m. The staff stayed after closing so I could view the property. One of the staff drove over to the property with me, because I didn't know my way around. Thank you TRG for all your help.
Yodle has definately streamlined their marketing platform to allow even the most basic of users to engage in a stress free experiance with the tools provided. I've yet to eperiance any problems! Great Job Yodle
Paul was very helpful with helping me get set up to complete the next steps for my account. He was very knowledgable and showed many great tips and pointers. He took the time to explain and answer my questions and made sure I was happy before concluding our call.
Our company was looking to join Yodle. After speaking to the very rude Andrew Lampron we will not use Yodle. Andrew only cared to make a sell. Andrew couldnt shut his mouth long enough to answer any questions regarding my concerns or the package deal they were offering our company. Yodle is over priced for the services they offer and with only a whooping 3 zipcodes. Our company has joined a company for half the price and a much bigger radius of territory.
Purchased a 6 month account and paid upfront, service was HORRIFIC! Called and canceled after the 1st three months. This month I get an email from them that I owe them money again! Even after canceling, they said at the end of the contract I needed to call and cancel again.
This is one of the biggest waste of money out there with horrible service.
Sad to think things like this really go on!

They've been charging me forever... they never call me to check on me, never emailed me, never sent me a letter, just kept charging my card w/o my consent--and then they did nothing worthwhile for my business. When I tried to cancel, they made it hard on me to cancel too!
Yodle has performed well for me. One thing that was promised at the outset I had to remind the Yodle advisor about today - that we be promoted in Spanish language internet locations, w/ Spanish key words (SEO) added.
I am very pleased with the exposure and communication from YODLE. We have seen a increase in calls & business! We feel that YODLE is a far cry from some of the other companies we have encountered. Two thumbs up!
The technician that called helped significantly to address the concerns I had with the limited access and broad brushed approach in the web content Yodle provided for my business. His service was excellent.
As for the Quality of content:
My concerns were the limited features in grouping contact information, i. E, separating commercial customers from residential and to easily do two separate mailings. Also, the lack of access to homepage content, i. E., changing homepage photos and banners.
They are a scam 650.00 later not one call requesting info on my service I am from New York White plains area. I plan to visit them this with my demand of 650.00 with sign in tow i will stand for three days to help weed out this kind of company i am gathering more people to stand with me june9 to june12 **************

I was having difficulty getting things moving with my account. I understood the technical side of using my dashboard but just didnt have enough activity. I was at a loss of what to do and feeling like I had paid a lot of money for a service that was not generating result. That was before I spoke to Bonnie. She made sure I knew how to use the different aspects of the dashboard in the beginning of our conversation. Then, she took it farther and gave me some more specific information on how I can improve the information I already had on my website and create more activity. She gave me ideas of different offers I can make too. All of this was very exciting and I feel hopeful now that I can generate the activity I need to move up in the google rankings.

I wasted a whole hour on the phone with a salesman who said a lot of yada yada about SEO. But he refused to talk about cost. I insisted but he said he wasn't going to tell me the price unless I "was ready to commit today to the service." What a douche! But he received some "love", he got yelled at for being such a loser.
If you are in sales, always keep this in mind: if you're not upfront and transparent about your fee structure, you deserve NO trust -- you deserve NO business.
Stay away from this company. Period.
I encountered a problem and Lavar was beyond helpful. At least two times, he literally would place me on hold while he walked to a co-worker to help resolve my issues immediately. He wouldn't let me hang up the phone until he had tried everything possible to fix the problem. He also stayed with me on the phone even after it looked like the issue was resolved to ensure that it was. Excellent customer service!
Before yodle, I used another SEO organization that couldn’t show me measurable results and didn’t have the customer service that yodle has. Their customer service is astonishingly good! My salesperson follows up with me regularly. He reminds me to post my reviews on the inquiries I get to make sure I’m satisfied with the service.
Lillian from Austin Texas called today and tried to get through to one of the partner's and I fished around to find out why since NOONE talks to the partner's without telling me why first she started arguing with me. I told her I would let them know she called. I hung up and she called me back to let me know I did not take her number and I said "I know because they are not going to call you". Well she then started freaking out and eventually told me that a specific attorney referred her to this office. Well I called the attorney and to my astonishment - She lied. Very rude people work here and think they are clever but they really are not.
