My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
Ryan was great and took that time to give us great suggestions. Walked us through email creation and creating a promotion. Helped us edit our contacts list.
He did this all on the fly since we had to call in ourselves for our scheduled call... (not Ryan's fault we didn't get called)

This so called business is the worst! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! So here goes, this place called my small business 2 to 3 times a day saying they could increase our customers base. They continued to harass, and was a very, very pushy! They told us nothing but lies to sign on in a contract! They could not even get my business address correct. Once they had us they forgot about us. Could not get anyone from the company to help us, we was pushed under the rug! We received no business calls, except their competition telling us what a bad choice that we made. Boy was they was right! Zero leads I mean zero! This place only cares about their monthly payment that's it! Please save your money!
I’m personally really happy with Yodle. Our law firm in Colorado has been using Yodle for most of this year and we’ve already secured about 100 new family law clients from online marketing. We’ve had great value for our money.
Yodle works. I’ve had excellent results. One sale by itself that I got through yodle could pay for my yodle service for years! We were able to gear our advertising to one particular segment and it really gave us an opportunity to target that one type of customer we wanted. It also helps that I can go back and listen to the phone calls. I can critique what was going on in the conversation and learn from it.
Scam, please don't waste your money on this company, Just finish my 3 month try out and it got me 4 lead for $1500 and I make $450 in total sale, really bad on creating your web site, they call and call for you to sign and after they had collect the money it is hard to find them. I was never able to find my company ads in any internet site, for the price you are better going and advertise direct with google.

I signed up with Yodle in February and was told by my sales rep that I should give it about 3 months to really take off. The first three months were very slow but almost immediately after that time, my business took off! And then by June 1st, my business and client base has increased by 20% almost overnight! Although it is pricey for a smaller business, it is WELL worth the investment. My account manager is Liz, and she is amazing!

A telemarketing sales guy went over the product online, he was one of those top closer after I told I have tried similar services and it did not work for my services in my region, he could not take no for an answer. Finally after 30 minutes I asked him to send me his contact information and some of the presentation material for me to review before making a decision on a $2,000/month contract but he refused and said "the ONLY thing I can send you is contract for you to sign". That was when I hung up on him! Stay away big scam!
We’re a small business that doesn’t have the luxury of spending a lot on advertising. We NEED it to work for us and yodle does that. No question about it-yodle paid for itself. We were mostly known for facials and peels so we wanted to broaden our market. Our yodle rep helped us focus our campaign on our laser hair removal service & it’s helped us move us higher up in ranking for laser hair removal. I also love that I can monitor all calls. I have a log of who called and what they wanted so I can even follow up with potential clients if I didn’t get them the first time.
I never had a website before yodle. They set it all up for me then changed it to suit me. My business has increased significantly. They were too expensive for me to join so they lowered their rates to make it affordable. I was skeptical at first, then the day my site launched I received my first call. I expect to get calls now that I would not have received otherwise. Great customer service. Many of my new clients tell me how they are impressed by my site.
The way Yodle has combined all the aspects of web development and contact management together is awesome. The dashboard they have put together makes the whole process streamlined and so, so simple. If i had to do this in my office with staff, it would take more than one person and many hours a week to get this type of reaction to my web presence. They really have thought of everything. I am very glad I am a client of Yodle and will be for a long time.
Scott has been working very hard to make us happy. Follow up is outstanding. We have only be active for less than a month and the phone traffic has already picked up. We love the notification we get when a call comes from Yodle. So easy to track the calls and the customer gets that message before we answer that this call will be recorded. This helps our image. Roy, Omar and Erik have been the easiest people to work with. Usually when a company is trying to get you to advertise with them, they're persistent and annoying with their calls. These guys were very understanding, patient, and very professional and friendly. I highly recommend these guys if you're interested in advertising your business. Easy, affordable and fast.
Starting a new in real estate so I wanted to get my name out as wide and efficiently as possible. The customer service is super nice but they just keep saying the same things about it takes time and the first 3 months you won't see results and on and on.
The end of the day I thing there are a number of more targeted ways to get your name out than to have a company like this broadcast your name into a bunch of useless and irrelevant websites. I will try someone that is more in line with getting actual business. Lesson learned I burned 6 months of time and 6 months of subscription for ZERO return. No calls, no business, no nothing!

My supporter was Dawn and she clearly explain the process I got myself into. And I'm excited to continue on due to her explanations and descriptions of my dashboard capabilities. Recommend this to all business owners who know how to run a business but not knowing the best online marketing technique. Leave that to the experts who been around the block a few times.
It was the most tremendous online experience that I have ever had. The showed me the objective on what they were going to try to accomplish. Modified my website within 3 days. I had 10 sales within 4 days later that pays for the service for the next 1 yr. By itself. Highly Recommend this team and process, very large bang for the buck!

Since we partnered with yodle we’ve seen a boost in calls and clients. The biggest benefit to us is being able to monitor our calls with yodle’s dashboard.
