My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
We've been with Yodle for years because we get plenty of leads. I'm impressed by their system of building so many different campaigns for us along with the algorithms for placement and keywords.
Many SEO's have offered to manage my PPC but they all stop asking when I describe the Yodle value equation.
I have been working with the customer service team at Yodle to create a website for my Auerbach Chiropractic Arts and Science office. In 45 days we have created a website that is contemporary, factual and relevant to the practice of Chiropractic. Yodle has a great understanding of the ways of the internet, and I am pleased to be working with them to establish a greater market share for my presence on the world wide web.
Like Yelp, they claim to be an expert in getting you new customer. For $500 per month, they claim that they can increase the number of phone calls you can get for your services. They start off by asking you what the typical value for job you perform for customer. That is gross value not your net profit. From there move on to calculate how much money you could potentially with the number of new customers they can get you. The reps will not take no for an answer, and will keep calling you and try to be your best friend, trying to give the best deal you will ever get.
I read reviews that said it was useless, but the salesman caught me at a weak moment and I signed up. Lo and behold, 6 months later, it was though I flushed $1,800 down the toilet! I even forgot about I had signed up.
Find a better outlet for your money.

I am really disappointed for Yodle's service. I signed up for the service two weeks ago and I haven't heard back anything from my sales rep yet. The sales rep was very aggressive in the beginning to have me signed up for the service. However, the first thing that he told me right after I signed up is "Call me tomorrow". It makes me feel very uncomfortable. He only got back to me once for my 10 emails, no return call and I don't even have the login for my account. What kind of company is it? Are they trying to cheat people for business? Where can I complaint? They charged my credit card already and do nothing.
Yodle called me about four times before I decided to check out their website and see what they’re about. We weren’t doing any online marketing and it sounded good. Decided we would try it and see how it goes and we got 3 new patients for our chiropractic office in the first month, so I think we’ll stick with it.
Like many other people very poor results, I canceled my account in Oct. They said they would give me a free month and see if they could enhance my listing, sure enough the following month there was a charge. Again it was refunded and they said they would review and see of any enhancements that they could make. Again more charges. They will not refund the past two months that I had 1 email come through and of course no one returns phone calls
Dawn was very helpful in setting me up with my marketing especially as it pertains to e-mail contacts and reviews. She also answered all my questions.

To be honest, at first we were a little nervous about signing up with Yodle afraid of the risk we were taking to commit to an expensive 90 day trial period with access to our already existing online listings being granted to Yodle. It turns out that even with having a little technical difficulty with on of the online listings within that first 3 months, we still had calls pouring in! We couldn't keep up, it was crazy! Yodle has definitely proven to be worth every penny, not just in the successful results we have had with the customer leads alone, but also with the professionalism and wonderful customer care we have always received. They worked diligently and quickly to resolve the technical issues we were having. We are now opening another location for our business in the neighboring city and will definitely be calling Yodle to set up another advertising campaign, without hesitation. Yodle blows any other paid advertising we have tried out of the water!
I"m not very tech savvy, but I knew enough to know people were always using their phones to search stuff. So I joined Yodle and I"vebeen really happy with the results so far. I started getting calls and the recordings of the calls even helped me realize i needed to change the message I use when I put people on hold. I have experienced good customer service.
We have been using Yodle for about a year now and have noticed an increase in our amount of new patients coming from the WEB. Yodle has an adversite, ads placed in various locations, and a Google + site that they assist us with managing. Monthly they change and tweak the Ads and the adversite to show case different treatments we offer in our practice. I would say Yodle along with our main website page has greatly improved our web presence.
I only recently hired Yodle to promote my business, so I can't comment yet on results, but I would like to comment on their customer service, which has been outstanding! While I very much like Yodle's content, I am very particular about personalizing what is being published on my adversite. A few days ago, I emailed customer service requesting some deletions and additions, and completely rewrote the "about me" page. Within just an hour or so, I received an email stating that all the changes had been made. When I looked at my adversite, I was delighted to see that each and every request had been done perfectly! I discovered that, while Yodle's content is very good and appropriate for my business, they are very willing to work with me to personalize my site, and do so very quickly. So far, I am very pleased with this service.
Tip for consumers:
Don't hesitate to request changes, or write your own content. Yodle customer service will work with you to make your site exactly the way you want it.
We have made changes to our landing page and website with the help of our Rep, Kate. We have also had an increase in the lead flow. The call recording feature is helpful for training purposes and as a check and balance for our business. "
I have to say that I expected the teaching session on how to use the dashboard to be more in-depth and difficult, but I couldn't have been more incorrect! The instructions were clear, and we were finished in approximately 30 minutes. I have absolutely no issues with making this apart of my tasks. Just started with Yodle and have been very happy so far. I got a few calls already and I know that I'm getting good exposure. I like how fast Yodle accommodated my specific needs, including customizing the website for me to better show what I do. I'm not very good with the computer and they've been super awesome and patient with walking me through the basics, they've helped me to market myself better.

The response from Yodle has been more than what I expected. We're getting great calls and we're having an overall great response since being with the program. Though we were skeptical at first, the sales person that contacted us was very good at explaining the services and it was nice that we weren't stuck in a year contract. We were offered a month-to-month package that suited our needs. The customer service has also been perfect for us.
At first I was really nervous about joining another website, but after being with yodle I can see it was all worth it. They are very experienced and have very good customer service skills. I am getting leads and acquiring more business. And that's all that matters. Thanks Yodle I really appreciate it.
I gained a few clients through this service, but ultimately the fees were much MUCH higher than the income generated. Near the end of the service they wouldn't take no for an answer and charged me for an additional month that I didn't want.
While I was using the service, the majority of the calls I received were from competing companies - I did ultimately transfer my advertising to one of those competitors.
Too pushy salespeople, not worth the money.

My experience with the dashboard has been great, thanks Yodle for all of the help and support. As a small business owner that handles all the administration and other areas of running a construction business you have made this easy for us to get reviews, upload photos, send offers to new and existing clients all within a few clicks on my smartphone.
I called Yodle with some serious questions about my particular ad campaign and was prepared to cancel. I spoke with Megan Reed and she was wonderful in her assistance and honesty. She proposed a possible resolution which convinced me to stay with Yodle and to determine whether or not the issues are on my end. She was very professional and courteous with me.
I utilized yodle, was not impressed with the results, obtained no new identifiable business from this advertising spend. Their initial presentation is impressive and convincing, however their follow through is not impressive. When I finally decided to cancel, they significantly dropped my rate and promised to deliver on some additional promises. They never followed up. I went month to month for a while at an aprox $20 rate per month... I never heard from them and kept meaning to cancel. Even when I cancelled they wanted me to pay for the last month. They ultimately waived this charge.

I had a great set up experience. I've been in the business over 30 years and I can see the value of this service. The representative was very knowledgeable of the insurance industry and gave tremendous support. The mobile access and all of the tools available have created a very positive vibe and we're excited!
Just trust the feeling in your gut that says STAY AWAY, and do it. I've been with Yodle for 3 months (due to my agreement), and have gotten ONE lead, who did not show up to his appointment and wasted my time. I've dealt with numerous spam callers, time lost dealing with Yodle, frustrations over my Adversite being shown in search rankings rather than my actual website (which I spend a lot of time on!). I knew I should have stayed away, but was tempted by the alluring promises of the sales people. Don't lose your hard-earned money!
