My small business was struggling and I knew that I needed to do some marketing and online advertisements, which was an area pretty new to me and didn't know much or very little about it. I have done some FB ads and that's all. But I guess it was not enough. Since I had nothing more to lose I decided to ask for help from professionals. They seemed to know the business pretty well since just after a small research I found them. So they have pretty good marketing which was a good sign in the beginning. I contacted them, we scheduled an online meeting, they gathered all the information they needed about my goals and my business and in a week they came back to me with an offer. I am glad that I accepted that offer even though it looked a bit high price to pay at that time, but it started showing results immediately. Now my customer base has grown significantly. They saved my business I think and I am endlessly grateful for that. I can't recommend them enough!
After 5 months of 1250 per month I received ONE lead (Giving them the benefit of a doubt for one) Yodle is really good at stringing you on for more payments. Every time we called customer service they found something that should be changed to fix the problem. DON'T waste your money. There are legitimate companies out there that will yield results. Clay Blakemore finally called and made more empty promises.
We are a small Marriage Coaching business and Yodle has effectively been driving clients to contact us and after follow-up to become clients. As a small business with limited clients slots, we have gained a reasonable number of clients thru Yodle's marketing strategy. TOP NOTCH! After only a few months, I can see that Yodle performs better than other SEO companies I have used. There has been a gradual increase in quality calls over time and the cost per lead is far below the average of other marketing venues we use. The customer service has been great at keeping in touch and fine tuning and improving our marketing.
Today I called to have some changes made to my web page. I worked with Javier who was very helpful with completing my changes. He also made some suggestion of other things that I can add to the page to make it a more productive site. After talking to Javier I now have a better understanding of how some of the system works. Alright! So this is kind of a crazy story. The very first lead with Yodle has generated over $190,000 in profit just in the last 4 months. I know that sounds crazy, but it did happen. We setup a google ad words campaign with a 20 mile radius for IT Outsourcing and the first generated lead was this new client. I was blown away. I think the thing to remember is that it can be a hit an miss with advertising, but that's with any company. The important thing is to continue fine tuning your ads and Yodle is always willing to work on that to make sure you get the response that you need. If you don't advertise and position yourself, don't expect to get business online. Such an important need for small businesses. Kudos Yodle for what you are doing and thank you for that first lead :).

I am fairly new to yodel and already I am very impressed. They have one of the best customer service departments I have ever dealt with as a business owner. They are not only helpful but they are knowledgeable and have excellent follow-up.
I recently joined Yodle and have nothing but great things to say about their customer service. Today was my third follow-up call with my rep. And I must say (Levar, the customer rep. I spoke with) was easy to understand, knowledgeable, extremely patient, and pleasant through-out my training. Learning new technology isn't always easy and generally I will try to do anything to avoid it, but have enjoyed getting familiar and exploring Yodle and look forward to growing my business with their help.
To this point, I have been very happy (and surprised given past experience with others) with your responsiveness to my questions and the level of knowledge possessed by your reps. This applies to every one I have dealt with at Yodle so far.
Scam, they built my website and promised to maintain it for a nominal fee, after being ripped off $1500. 00 for their "we will get you leads proposal", they said if I ever was unhappy and wanted to cancel, that the domain name that belonged to me would be handed over. Well, didnt happen, they cancelled me with no notification, and when tried to find out why, they said that I actually cancelled the service. He said she said ordeal. So I asked for my domain name and information so I can get my website back up and Yodle said sorry, you have to go elswhere and purchase it. I can go on, but am getting frustrated just mentioning this whole ordeal. Stay away, from this company, this is one reason the U.S. has problems, dishonest organizations. Thanks for nothing Yodle.

But it was a joke.
I could not have chance to discuss for web-site.
They set up pre-made sample web-site for my business and said don't worry
Yodle will take care of it.
But yodle they do miky mouse job and wrong information.

I own a landscape company that has been in business for 20+ years and to this point have been strictly a referral business. I have hired on a few new workers and decided it may be a good idea to get the phone ringing a little more so I decided to try yodle. The last 3 months have been good and I have my phone ringing more and have added a few very good clients to my company list. I'm interested in seeing how another few months works out right but I'm pleased with my results.
I needed to change my add campaign back to Family Law and Personal Injury. I also wanted to change my website. Felicia, the Yodle Rep, was very prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. She made great suggestions and explained every step in the process and made it clear for me the difference between the ad campaign and the website.
I received a sales call from Yodle and made the mistake allowing them to do their pitch. It all sounded reasonable so I signed up. I should have known that I was in for a bad experience once they offered a significant discount for pre-paying, but I proceeded. Yodle set up an adversite for me based on my website, but the site was awful. I spent hours getting it better with better text and pictures. All of this was a total waste of time because the few calls I did receive over the 1.5 months I was with Yodle were terrible. I canceled my service and have not looked back. I'm sorry I ever did business with Yodle. Stay far, far away from this company.
I have been using Yodle's so called "service" now for 4 months. In that time my rankings have never moved. I find myself having to call and notify them of mistakes they are making (if they were diligently working on my SEO like they said they were, they should have caught the mistakes themselves). Needless to say I am now done with this company and would seriously advise AGAINST using them.
My experience working on the Yodle dashboard was enhanced further by talking with their representative (Bonnie). She was very patient and well versed on explaining the ins and outs. I'm looking forward to working with it in the future to help me with my business.
Terrible experience with Yodle. I used their services for one month, then decided that my advertising dollars would be better spent elsewhere. I called to cancel my account several days before my month was up. They put a high-pressure salesman on the phone who became more and more rude, patronizing, and disrespectful. I finally insisted that he cancel my account. He said it was done and hung up on me. Several days later, I see a charge on my credit card for another month's service. I called Yodle customer service and was told that yes, their records indicated I had cancelled, and that they would reverse the charges. That was several days ago, but the charge is still on my account. I have now had to dispute the charges with my bank. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB.
So far, everything has gone well. Tools seem to be easy to use and I hope to become more proficient. Photo upload didn't work this morning but it was going to be reported by the employee I was training with.
So far I have had great communication with the customer service staff at Yodle! They have answered all of my questions and have scheduled repeated phone appointments with me to help me get my account set up and show me how to use the tools and resources that are now available to me! Today I worked with Tamika and she was wonderful in explaining certain features and walking me through the features that I need to focus on! So far I am happy with my investment!
Jared Farris was a great trainer! He is for now the voice of Yodle for me. His patience and clear descriptions were essential to my navigating the Yodle dashboard. I believe I am in good hands and off to a great start with my relationship with Yodle.
Our practice has increased new patient visits with yodle. The online portal is great for checking out our stats instantly and tracing our leads and the support team is great and getting back to you when you have questions and helps you every step of the way.
I have a small carpenter service, when called to sign up the sales rep. Said there was certain amount of people in my area looking for the type of service I provided. I signed on to yodel with a 2month payment. Now it is 6months later I am still paying but no results.
We had our first training session with Beth this morning and we really like how easy Yodle makes their sites. They are easy to get around in and easy to use. We are thankful that we were contacted by Yodle to help us grow our small business.
With the website was only up and running for 30 days and we received 5 calls already, great job. We look forward to see how many calls we will receive after the 3 months it takes to be fully up and running. Keep up the good work.
