Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
Average service. The website is not comfortable to use, but the discounts are okay. Hopefully, they will improve soon because i don't know if i will use them again in the future

I ordered 2 pairs of Guiseppe wedge sneakers in white couldn't tell the difference between the 2. Received them and figured the difference out but they didn't fit. Returned the products and reordered the same items in a smaller size. Just recvd my order today which I should have received over a week ago due to free expedited ship code that they didn't honor. Found out today they're sending me back 1 pair of sneakers because of their policy. All items were eligible for return, I only tried on 1 of each shoe. Submitted a dispute through PAYPAL. They won't let me speak to anyone in the "warehouse" to find out why they're returning the item back to me. Even though I repurchased the same items in a smaller size Clearly indicating the shoe was the wrong size... BEWARE THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR POLICY... SCAMMER LIKE BEHAVIOR

Someone from NYC refered me to this site I checked it out found a couple of items of my interest decided to make a purchase as I'm going thru the purchase process they start asking for account #'s transaction id #'s etc so I asked why they said policy so I started doing research smh the things that I found do I immediately called my bank and PayPal they got rite on they froze everything and called and told me these people were trying to withdraw 1000's of dollars out of my account without my knowledge

I've seen a PRADA shirt 2 months ago at 588 e minus 30%, I didn't buy because it was too expensive for my pocket. Then 2-3 weeks ago they offered a 40% discount. NoW they offer it at 611 including a 35% discount. So they are NOT serious and reliable. BE CAREFULL THEY SHOULD SHAME.

Ordered some boots from Yoox, been a customer for 17 years, for a trip away. Boots arrived and are completely different from the product I ordered. Having ordered these boots when a promotion was on it was now going to cost me more to have the equivalent boot as they refused to price match the original product as it was 'not procedure!' Refused repeatedly to put me through to a manager to make a compliant about this policy for their error and expect me to be financially out of pocket for their mistake. So sorry Yoox you have lost a long and loyal customer, luckily I have discovered HEWI London so will be using them from now onward. Will be returning the boots for a full refund when all I wanted was them to exchange the boots for the product I had originally ordered or failing this the exact same boot i a dull leather as opposed to the shiny (this was going to cost me an additional £71!) which was a compromise on my behalf as I preferred the slightly shinier leather. Have had issues with the delivery and collection service previously as well, they use UPS which have at times provided a shocking service.

Purchased a Celine White Classic Shirt (supposedly for Men as listed on YOOX) from them which turned out to be a Ladies Celine White Classic Shirt
Before I made the purchase, I enquired with the Customer Service for its specific product code to avoid any confusion as there are 2 different cuts for this Celine Shirt i. E. "Skinny" or "Classic". The listing on YOOX does not state which of the 2 different cuts this shirt is in.
Their reply was that "it does not indicated on the product details" - which leaves me partially clueless. The reply also added that "In the event that you purchase the item and it does not meet your expectation, you may process return". So it is clear that they are not going to provide me with the product code (which I requested for in the first place to avoid the possible confusion above).
This is very unhelpful. I made the enquiry in the first place because of the listing which lacks of essential details and to avoid the hassle of me arranging for the return should the product turn out to be not what I wanted (and it is all due to YOOX's very sloppy listing in the first place).
To my horror, when i received the product, it was not even a Men's Shirt.
This could have been avoided if (1) the listing was accurate (and had greater details) and (2) the customer service was more helpful.
Now I have to go through all the hassle in returning the product to them all thanks to their sloppy listing and unhelpful customer service. And they will probably take days for their refunds.
Very unpleasant experience.

It took me years of YOOX shopping to figure out what the heck their crazy system is. Yes, the descriptions are woefully lacking, and I'd much prefer that they allowed customers to leave reviews on items until they're completely out of stock, but the thing that's made me stick with the site is the fact that I've figured out how to end up with goods that were made in Italy or other parts of Europe, from shoes to clothes and bags. They don't always have the lowest price, but they do always have unique European pieces that you're never going to find at American department stores (they also sell plenty of stuff made in China, so it's not all high-end). If you like shopping through a site that has a high amount of stock for all of the merchandise being sold, that has a lot of photos of the items from every angle, that allows customer reviews, and that doesn't deal in a lot of past-season pieces, then YOOX probably isn't for you. But if you like to hunt down distinctive pieces that you're not going to see on anyone else in your town, YOOX is definitely for you. I've never had customer service or shipping issues in the several years I've been a customer, even when one of my shipments came all the way from Italy.

Every time i return an item, when they receive it they send me an email:
We were informed by Customs that the Proforma Invoice is missing: it was probably lost in transit.
We therefore need to provide Customs with another copy for your return to be released and arrive safely at our warehouse.
Please email us a new copy as soon as possible. Should we not receive the form, we will be obligated to refuse the return which will be reshipped back to you.
EVERY TIME YOU RETURN AN ITEM THEY WILL SEND YOU THIS EMAIL. AND EVEN IF YOU SEND THEM AGAIN THE PROFORMA INVOICE, THEY MIGHT NOT REPLY TO YOU, THEY MIGHT NOT TELL YOU THEY RECEIVED IT, THE WORST SHOPPING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE.

If yall here to find the truth about if Yoox is legit or not, here it is. I consider myself an expert on identifying fake goods and decided to give yoox a try due to them having lower prices than other sites.
I first bought a pair of jeans that came in pretty good quality and looked real ( buttons were legit YKK Zipper, material were good quality, stitching wasn't rushed and looked clean, distress was also professionally done, most legit designer garments have a heavier feel to them then fake garments)
So i decided to give Yoox a another try and bought a sweatshirt from moschino, i then learned about the negative reviews, and when I received my sweatshirt I immediately saw how fake it was, the tags seemed legit but the logo print on the shirt looked so fake and here is the underlying aspect... it was made out of 100% Polyester, one of the cheapest materials... Designer companies do not use this Material for sweatshirts, they make it 100% Cotton, and i confirmed this by going on Moschino's official website.
In Conclusion Yoox is a gamble, like i previously mentioned the Jeans i got, which was a pair of Versace jeans was indeed 100% real, but the sweatshirt was fake as hell. Buy at your own risk and ask yourself if you willing to spend money on a possible fake garment.

They send out incorrect products again and again and again, year after year after year!
I see they constantly reply that they have resolved issues whilst never addressing why the problems happen in the first place. Nor do they care to fix them.
I have returned an item (the sixth mistake by them in the past few years), they sent me shorts instead of trousers.
The item was returned to them last week (Oct 3rd) - it has tracking on it - but NO REFUND yet. They originally said three days for the refund, I rang after three days then they said four days. I rang and emailed again after four days, they then said a week. It's been a week then they said one or two days more. I rang and emailed them again after 9 days and they just keep fobbing you off with give us another few days. They're still doing NOTHING. You'll ring after a few days more and they'll say give us a few more days.
TOTAL JOKE of a company. AVIOD them. They do not care about customers. They have zero set up to check correct items are sent out or not. They have zero set up to have proper stock controls. They make it difficult to contact them, their online email system doesn't work. Their response on the phone is generic and untrustworthy. You just know when the phone goes down ZERO actually happens with their customer service.
They will reply to this saying with a generic fake answer saying it's being looked at whilst doing nothing.
I'm going to contact PayPal to get a refund from them via PayPal now.

I have ordered of Yoox for many years, so have a deep understanding and experience with them, spending thousands upon thousands in that time.
For the FIFTH time they have messed up an order with me. It's becoming so frequent it feels like a gamble every time I order with them now.
1) Years ago I ordered some Dirk Bikkembergs boots from Yoox. They arrived as severely used, the soles were worn down by hundreds of hours of use. It wasn't just a casual customer trying it on and returning it, they had about half a centimetre of wear on parts of the sole, the upper leather was deeply creased and dirty. It was shocking that such a deeply used pair of shoes would be sitting in their stock and then packaged and posted out.
2) Another item ordered was a pair of Alexander McQueen b&w trousers in mens size XL. I received the trousers but in woman's size XS. They were more than half the size expected. Really weird how they can't organise basic stock control.
3) Just over a year ago I ordered some Raf Simons red & black trousers. I received a white & black one instead. No basic checks are done in stock control, no checks are done when sending the packages out. Really shocking yet again.
4) About a year ago ordered a Raf Simons jumper with red shoulder details. Received one with bright blue shoulder details instead! The items come in clear plastic bags, they are very easy to see that the item is wrong if basic item control was in place when putting the items in the package to post.
5) Just ordered another pair of plain black Alexander McQueen trousers. Received Alexander McQueen shorts instead!
Time and time again they send the wrong items out, wrong colours, wrong sizes, wrong sex, used items, the list goes on, and year after year after year this continues.
Each time it takes about 5 days or so to arrive from Italy to me in the UK. I usually work at home the day I receive a package, So a wasted day. Then repackaging, going to the post office, waiting about 5 more days plus for them to get it back, and then from five days to several weeks before a refund is issued. Some times it takes just short of a month from beginning to end for me to get a refund.
For an online retailer with such a prominent website they have an alarming disregard for basic stock control, or basic checks to see correct items are sent out.
Their online Chat Page to contact them doesn't work either! It hasn't worked a few years ago, never worked last year, and doesn't work now. They have zero care for offering communication channels. Their email *******@yoox.com is useless as well. They will just send generic replies every time, and at no point care or bother to answer specific questions.
Attempts to arrange for them to keep the same item back for me (if they still have more of the same item showing on their site) when I do a return is met with a firm No. They won't ever try to rectify situations that they caused or try to help out with any resolutions.
I've been told many times when posting back items because of wrong items being sent out that I shouldn't re-order the same item as it will likely take three weeks for them to check the stocks, so don't reorder it as I might get a mistaken item sent out again. My logic would be to take that item down from sale immediately if that's the case then to prevent other customers potentially getting the wrong item. Of course they never do and just don't care. Also why take three weeks to check as well!
For balance I have got orders correct from them as well, and when they get it right it is great as they do stock a wonderful range of out of season designer items often at great prices if you wait for their many sales.
I'd love for them to just put in the time and cost to sort out their stock controls, stock checks when posting, and communication access and response with customers. They have a DEEP DISREGARD for any of this and no concern for rectifying any of that as the issue have been there for many many years now. It's a huge shame to be honest.
It's a BIG gamble if you order from them. Be prepared to have your money tied up for a month or so if the order is wrong.

I ordered a pair of Lanvin sneakers. They arrived quickly and the order was correct, but I didn't like them as much in person, so I was thinking of returning them. When I went online to do this, I saw they were on sale for 30% below what I'd paid (about $430), with free shipping. I sent a message to customer service, saying that I was going to return them, but that I would keep them at the lower price, if they could refund the difference.
They confirmed that I could order a second pair at the lower price and return the first pair, but they wouldn't just refund the difference. Would have been a win-win, since they were paying for shipping. I was really annoyed that they wouldn't do this, since other retailers do it (especially retailers that sell high-end products), and was ready to just return them and forget about it.
After some back-and-forth, and letting them know that I'd written a negative review about the experience, they agreed to credit me the difference. The credit came through pretty quickly, within a couple of days. I'm happy with this result, am keeping the shoes.
Glad to see them step up to keep a customer happy, so this is an amendment to my initial review. Look forward to shopping with Yoox again.

I've been buying great stuff from Yoox for years, even reached Super-Star status at one point. The down-side has been that they do not refund tax & duty when you return an item.
Much more disturbingly, however, something has recently changed - they have not refunded my money on several returns I've made. They send the email acknowledging receipt of the returned item, then confirm your money has been refunded, BUT THEY ARE NOT PROCESSING REFUNDS.
This has forced me to file disputes with my credit card companies, which is frustrating and time consuming, and not the way I expect to do business.
Their stock prices took a plunge in November - is this the reason? Are they in trouble? Continuing to sell, but not processing refunds is one of the first steps in situations of instability. Too bad, because that's also the first step in losing your loyal customer base who made you successful.
They have lost this loyal customer, and that goes for The Outnet and Net-a-Porter as well, owned by The Yoox Group. I no longer trust these folks.

I will never recommend this shop my friends and will never use it again.

THEY CLAIM YOU CAN USE YOUR OWN CARRIER BUT IT'S NOT ANY LESS COSTLY AND YOU THEN HAVE A SINKING FEELING ABOUT YOUR RETURNS BEING PROCESSED. Purchased a pair of sandals that looked beautiful on the website. The return policy clearly states that it may be returned within 60 days of purchase. I received the pair and the size was not correct. I was able to exchange it for a different size however upon receiving the sandals, the size and the fit was still not correct. I called and explained that the sandals did not work and would like to return them or exchange them for a different pair. I was told that I was unable to do so because they are final sale. On the website it only stated 20% off, NO WHERE IN SITE DID IT SAY FINAL SALE. As I called and explained to the customer representative the issue, he was not willing to assist nor find a solution. I told him that I would dispute this charge with my credit card and he said he would not recommend doing that because I would be banned from using this website again. Really? That's awful customer service and somewhat a threat. Who says I would shop from them ever again. I want to share this experience so customers are aware of doing business with this company.

I have been bying for Yoox for a very long time and have been haapy. But now its been a disaster. I have 3 orderes with them 2 from french yoox, and on from USA. The orders from french yoox are horrific. One back is a poor quality FAKE. Could not believe when i opened the package. The other one was deffective. The pair of shoes was deffective as well. Dont know what is going on with this company but its definetely gotten worse over the last couple years. So sad. Their cusstomer cervise, stopped responding to me after i sent them all the pictures of the fake bag. Will have to stop buying from them. As 3 out of 3 orders ended up being a rip off.

Oh, the issues I had when trying to resolve an issue with this company. For a high-end distributor this company is the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I purchased two Doucal wing-tipped shoes and a pair of Santoni blue shoes. I received the Doucal shoes with scuff marks on the bottom of both shoes. They sent me WORN shoes. When I contacted customer service about it they told me no supervisor was available to speak to me. "Chloe" emailed me and offered me 10% discount on the shoes for my 'inconvenience'.
Then, I received my other Santoni shoes. I slipped my foot in and felt an immediate pain. I took it out and my foot was bleeding! I reached my hand inside the shoe to find a small NAIL! After my tetanus shot, I contacted customer service to speak to a manager. Guess what? No supervisor was available to speak to me. Then I received another email, stating in part: "based on your inconvenience, we recommend you return the shoes." No one seemed at all bothered, even after reviewing the photos I sent of the nail sticking up from within the shoe.
DO NOT purchase from this site. I don't care 'how cute' something is. If anything is wrong with your order you will have to deal with the worst customer service on the planet! DON'T DO IT.
