Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
My goods failed to arrive over 3 weeks ago and for which no signature was secured. I was told it would require an investigation taking up to 8 days despite UPS calling me quickly, recognising the error and saying they were surprised I hadn't been refunded already. Every email gets variations of an ongoing 'investigation' by a different department. I can only assume they think I will eventually go away and they can keep my money.

I felt that I needed to write a comment after having read all the lies that vilify the name of Yoox. I am a happy customer all my orders came smoothly. Regarding some comments about fame products this is bull$#*! as Yoox works directly with the brands. It is listed company on the stock exchange they have no interest in distributing fakes if they did many brands would stop collaborating with Yoox. Finally Yoox is for real fashionistas who understand the brands maybe those who were disappointed had mass market expectations...

Couple of weeks ago I ordered two casual shirts. I was totally wrong item and other one has wrong size tag. I returned both shirts same day I received it. One of the shirts I ordered was still available on their web site and I asked them to send me that but they refused to price match stating it has different price code and we can can exchange for the same price. People in customer service does not understand the issues they are running their business totally wrong. I hope there is class X suit against them.

I've purchased from yoox at least about a dozen times and never had any type of issues. I never had to return an item so I wouldn't know how well they go about that. Do pay attention when buying final sale items since they aren't returnable. Also, info on products is not abundant so a little research elsewhere is recommended before buying. It is best if you already know the brand you are buying.

I ordered a pair of AGL boots that were $284 - last pair in size 6 - before they arrived I noted that they were reduced to $206. Customer service said to order another pair and send back the ones when I get them to get the reduced price. I said I bought the last size 6. They said there was nothing they can do about it. 1. Yoox doesn't refund sales tax that was applied to the original purchase which is not only against the law but also against their own return policy.
2. Express shipping (3-5 business days) took much longer to receive.
3. All return shipping labels provided by Yoox had misprinted bar code.

This site has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I placed an order last week, it got cancelled immediately without any reason, I got a message that says credit card charges are cancelled. I'm trying to contact with customer service to say that charges are not cancelled but they keep sending me the same automated response even though i quote the previous same automated response. Stay away.

Returned an item and kept getting the runaround from YOOX. They gave excuse after excuse, both on the phone and via email. Finally, I filed a claim with my bank and got my money back. Will never order from them again.

Seems like there is false propaganda going against yoox on internet, theses reviews are so fake and ridiculous, obviously posted by their rivals, I have ordered many times on yoox all their items were authentic, new and not used at all, never had any problems with their customer service either, not with refunds, returns or exchanges, i think yoox should take action against these scam reviewers, they are misguiding people!

I ordered Valentino boots and sent me wrong size. I returned the item right away and sent so many messages to the customer services however 24 hours reply is bullxxxx. You will hear nothing. How stupid simple works to find the size! Sent me Size 36 instead of the size 38. Someone must need to wear the glasses. Furthermore there is no customer services call number? Unbelievable... I got So upset and already contacted my credit card company. Told them I got cheated and need to get the return whole amount of money back progress. It has been my most popular shopping method for years now, everything is as described, courier service is on time, packaging very caring, and in fact I have used the return and refund service many times without any stress. It works perfect. It takes some time for the refund orders to go through but they do go through after all! Every time I contact their customer service I have either robotic answers or they can't help me.
I received a damaged shoe box from my last order, and when I contacted them to warn them, they told me they can't do nothing…
When I pay 230€ for a luxury product I expect to receive a shoe box that is at least decent, not completely destroyed! Slightly damaged would be okay, but the box can only be thrown away in that state…
Extremely disappointed as usual of their CS.
That's a shame because they offer great products, sometimes great discounts and the shipping and returns are free from France.

I'm very surprised to read about bad experiences with their after sales service, since i've returned goods more than once and every time i got an exchange or a refund prompltly, according to what i chose. As for what i'm concerned, i never had the slightest problem with them. And i'm very satisfied with the quality of the goods i ordered and decided to keep. It's not very cheap but it's designer pieces and if you have patience you can find very worthy promotions with codes they provide often and reductions when it's off-season (but still wearable when fashion neutral)

After 10 being a member and customer, I'm done! Horrible customer service care! Very unprofessional on the phone. I simply needed to return pants and exchange for a bigger size and the woman on phone that hardly spoke English told me the item is the last available and you can't exchange or return. I told her that's bull because I saw they had 3 available sizes and there is limited availability. She lied to my ear and said I'm a doing something illegal!?! Wtf I was so upset. I called 7 times and finally another customer service representative helped me to exchange the pair of jeans. I was on the phone with them for an hour, i immediately deleted my account and will never buy anything from Yoox ever ever again!

Was Hesitant on ordering from Yoox, as I have never heard of the company. But I can honestly say was impressed by my order arriving within 23hrs. Well done UPS the delivery firm who brought my parcel.
I even choose to do cash on delivery as didn't choose PayPal or debit card. So what a service I received. You have made me a happy customer & will be ordering again soon. Was amazed by the price I paid aswell. Because much cheaper than our high street stores.

I'm very sorry I didn't read those reviews before my shopping... I have ordered Manila Grace coat and I was shocked I've got a second hand piece. I wrote many times on customer service help address but nobody answer. I'm afraid to send it back, because I wouldn't get any return of money back I suppose.

The Express Shipping is a scam. Because Yoox states that it takes " 2-4 business days to ship" But no. That 2-4 business days is more like 8-10 days.
I would rather you stick with the free shipping instead of the "Fast 2-4 day Express Shipping"
And it has been 4 days but it still it says " In preparation"
In one of my Yoox orders, it took 6 days to ship. I ordered it on 8/18 and came on 8/26. Even though i chose express shipping. As a matter of fact, it shipped on 8/24 and arrived 8/26.

I returned my item for over 1 month and realized I was missing my refund and decided to call and check on my refund 4 different times. I was finally connected to a supervisor who told be I only returned one item when I sent 2! She said they checked the entire warehouse and cannot locate the item and said there was nothing she can do. The supervisor said my only recourse is to make a claim with my credit card company! I'm totally disappointed with YOOX as I spend thousands of dollars over the years with them!

Horrible experience. I've been a customer of yoox for many years. All of a sudden, my orders started getting "cancelled" with no explanation whatsoever, and that's after I received an email saying my order was confirmed. This has been going on since 2/2, almost a full month. I've changed credit cards and tried again. I've now had 4 orders confirmed, and then cancelled. The worst part is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot find out what's going on. No one has emailed me back in a month... I call every few days and no one returns my calls. And no one can tell me what's going on. I am beyond frustrated and have never written one of these before but I have no other recourse. It's totally unexceptable to run a business this way!

I bought a jacket from Yoox and paid $20 for expedited shipping, which the website said meant receiving the item between two to four business days.
It didn't come. Customer Service would do nothing other than redirect the package back to UPS, and then charged me $18 for that transaction. They lie about expedited shipping times and then charge the customer to correct their own lie. When I asked the rep what the words "two to four business days" mean, she said "I don't know." Assinine and inane.
