I appreciate the timely delivery of my sneakers as promised and advertised. I plan to make another order in the future.
Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
I tried to return a pair of john Galliano shoes, and I barely wore them, fresh out the box and I sent them pictures. They said they looked worn and I barely wore the show and the lady over the phone had a rude attitude. She said "if they dont fit why did you where them". I rather shop other places that offer better customer service. Please stay away from this site

I did not receive refund for accepted return, after 2 weeks of waiting contacted customer support, two weeks later got the answer that they did not receive my money, but send me the product. My bank says that can not do anything and that it's Yoox responsibility to find where money went.

Horrible cuatomer service! I bought a pair od Lola Cruz sneakers that were badly sized, One shoe is smaller than the other, defective! They do not want to refund my money! Do you believe in Karma? You better do! Your rudeness will hot you back! Making money with defective products is totally unfair! Your questioning methods belong to the poorest I have seen! How do you want me to take a picture of the inside tip of the shoe to prove the bad sizing! How dare you tell me that I am talking non-sense! Making money by using these poor methods will only bring you the bad reputation you deserve! The comments of your business are terrible! Dont buy here! Stay away!

My parcel didn't arrive and UPS advised me that it had been lost. I contacted Yoox and was promised that an investigation would take five working days to resolve. I received no communication from them whatsoever. After many phone calls was promised a deadline of Friday 26th July. I contacted them and was advised that now I have to wait until August 5th! Absolutely and utterly disappointed with this company and would not recommend them at all. They have the worst customer service ever. Until now I haven't received any email or call from them.

I expect to pay a small charge for a refund, when I discover an online purchase isn't suitable or doesn't fit. Usually there is a postage cost. I was very disappointed to discover that I was out of pocket for AUD $69.96 for returning one pair of shoes plus $42.16 for returning the other! That's a lot of money to pay to receive nothing at the end of the transaction! I don't recommend Yoox for this reason and warn you to be careful about exchange rates and bank charges on top of their $15 return fee. Remember it's USD not AUD! I've just done the sums and I'm horrified. Never again.

It was fine for several years, and they didn't seem to mind me returning a lot of items - which certainly makes sense, considering that the items I kept are worth several thousands of $, probably close to 10 grand.
However, my last 3 orders were cancelled without any explanation. Attempts to get one, either on the phone or via email, did not result in anything - they say they'll get back to you, but never actually do.
Here's the actual full text of the terse email notifying me that the order was cancelled:

I bought an expensive Dolce & Gabanna leather jacket for US$1540, after less than three weeks the price went down to US$960. They refused my return because it passed the grace period although I told them I will buy again at US$960. I'm their so called 'Superstar' customer and I'm treated like this. They will soon lose all their loyal customers. There are so many online websites available with better customers service to choose from. I will in future buy current season goods from other websites than buying cheap goods at off seasons(at least 2 and more seasons behind)from Yoox.

I bought a marc Jacobs bag recently because it was cheap. I had it shipped to a friend's house to avail of lower cost of shipping. It was just this month that received the bag. To my disappointment, the bag was FAKE. All the signs of being fake are there- poor stitching, the handle has plastic wrapper, there is marc Jacob logo on the outside flap and inside the logo is not metal but just written. I wonder if I can still return it. Beware when buying designer bags from yoox

I have been a customer of yoox for 10years. Then suddenly my last order was cancelled (without my notification). When I called and emailed to find out why, I got a response that "your account was cancelled". When I asked why, I was told they did not need to respond to that question and "had a right to cancel the account at any point without explanations. It's in our terms and conditions". My further multiple attempts to find out why were futile. Nobody answered my multiple emails and messages through the site. I also never received an official letter stating my account was terminated. I will never shop on yoox or their affiliated websites (OUTNET, net a porter) and I am informing all my friends using it to stop as well. And advise you to stay away as well.

Wanted to purchase an McQ sweatshirt from them, but they simply said that specific item was not shipped internationally. I offered to pay additional and i basically told them to state a price because they were the only website that carried that item in my size. They turned me down flatly without explaining their stance. I am utterly disappointed with this website.

I've purchased a Prada bag on this site. It has arrived without dust bag, proper packaging (just thrown into the shipping box, as is), and authenticity card. When I contacted the customer service department with my complaints, and asked for the authenticity card to be sent after me, they told me they can't do anything. So, now I have a bag of questionable identity that I payed $1050 for. I will never return to this site again.

Shipping costs are REALLY high. Returns cost $15. The pants I ordered ran really small and that was not listed on the site. Also, they were really thin material, not very impressed. I am out about $36 bucks after initial shipping and return fees. Not happy.

Have been a customer for many years. Recently I purchased several items on sale, and one of the items came damaged. Several times was trying to contact customer service through an e-mail which was unsuccessful (all I was getting was " something went wrong try again later). Today I tried to call, first customer service rep sent me an e-mail that I needed to attach the pictures of the damaged item. I send a reply with the pictures. Later I got an e-mail stating that they did not get the pictures. I sent it again. Later I contacted customer service via phone and the representative just hung up on me, I called again. And again and again, but they just pick the phone up and hang up on me. There is no other way to contact the company.

My recommendation is to consider if you can afford to lose the money you will spend for items that are marked as final sales because you cannot return them. Some of these final sale items are top brand names and if you are familiar with the brand you could chance it but those weird names like BT 22 or GHXX, do not buy them. Buy at Zara instead or Totokaelo or Ssense. I ordered an 8 and size is a nine. Wasted money.

Start a website selling too good to be true bargains, get the customers come flooding in, but... when they pay for the items don't actually send them to them, just pretend that you have, when they demand for service and the items, only give vague responses (the less contact the better) and then totally ignore them, then my friend you have money for nothing! I didn't know about this site until recently. They carry a huge selection of higher end clothing, shoes, accessories, etc. based out of Italy, and they often have sales with low shipping costs. I'm thrilled with the experience. I have yet to get my fist orderr and will update this review when i get it!

I ordered a pair of shoes from this site. When received I noticed it was the wrong size. I immediately called customer service and told them what the problem was. They said I had to return the shoes I had and reorder them again. I explained that the shoes were marked 38/7 not 38/8. I asked if I should order a 9. She said no no don't worry. Sure enough after jumping through all those hoops they sent the same size again... 38/7. Don't use this site they are so disconnected from their warehouse they really do not know what they are doing.

I have placed three orders in total amount of 450 USD and they cancelled my both orders. I called them twice and they just purely lying to me that they couldnt verify my credit card while they already withdraw the money from my account. Terrible people and customer service. I need to figure out now to get my money back in total of 900 USD. Totally scam company.

Purchased a dress online. Charged immediately for it. They provided a UPS NUMBER but UPS says they never received package from YOOX. Called them 4 times... THEY DO NOT LISTEN! All they say is... "It has defiantly shipped". There was only "1 left" and there's still "1 left". Cannot get help... Now fighting for credit. Never again

Purchased a pair of Tantra sneakers from them. They were sized wrong, their error. When I told them I did not expect to be charged for return shipping, they essentially told me "tough s**t, you'll have to pay it anyway." Buyers beware, I'll never purchase from them again!

They charge credit card very quickly but then when it comes time to refund, they take their time. This has happened on several occasions. One time they took 7 weeks to refund over 1000£ of goods.
They have the worst customer service of all the Net-a-Porter group companies.

Have tried to get refund on an item that was sent that is nothing like the photo and site wont allow me to log in or update password which the site states is incorrect.

I am stunned at these negative reviews! I have been buying designer clothes from YOOX for years and never had a problem with authenticity or shipping! Before my eyes they raised the prices of what I and in my dream box waiting for the time (4 hour sale) to buy it. It is no longer 45% off but only 10% They do this constantly.
This practice is illegal in the US.
