Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
I've tried ordering 3 times and items were canceled due to "fraud alert due to me being a firs time customer,,, I am very skeptic of this fthem due to them having all my information and they may come back to make the purchase after they themselves cancels all 3 items,,, from both of my cards, I was advised that someone will be calling me by the end of the day to make a purchase? Who does this?

I bought a purse and wanted to return it in it's original package and 2 days after the arrival.
I returned it following all their procedures and 2 weeks after it has been returned still no refund. Also according to European law, consumers have the right to return a product in its original package, unworn etc up to 14 days since they receive it. The company should refund the shipping cost also unless the customer requests express delivery. Yoox.com answered me they refund the cost of the purse and never answered me clearly if they will refund me the shipping cost also. I have all the mail exchanged and 6 years of electronic purchases, never met such an awful eshop...

They don't send your order out until you prompt them to. Blatantly send the wrong size yet I can't get refunded until after the product is back in their hands. Oh and now the product is no longer available in the size I ordered, yet it still shows on their website... One month later I make a paypal claim for my refund (the website shows they have the shoes). Yoox tells me they can't refund until I close the paypal claim and this is 100% again paypal policy! I close the paypal claim to be done with it... it's so annoying and STILL no refund. Avoid this site! I do a lot of online shopping and this is the owrst experience in years!

I bought a pair of Giuseppe Zannotti heels they were too big I returned them three days after. I received a email from Yoox stating they have received and processed my return
It's been almost a month I still haven't received my refund. I contacted customer service several times and was told the same thing over and over. They don't know when I will receive my refund I have to wait.
I tried contacting them to find out my number had been blocked. I used my partner phone to contact them after being the phone for over 20mins trying get a answer as to when my refund will be issued I was told that the matter had been escalated but they don't know when I will receive my refund. I have now contacted trading standard. Stay away from Yoox...

I found YOOX about 4 years ago when I was looking for a new pair of Armani jeans for affordable price. I got my pair in about a week and was absolutely satisfied with my first purchase. I have also discovered there a good selection of boots. Now YOOX is my favorite place to buy Italian jeans and cool boots.

I ordered what appeared to be and what were advertised as leather bags. 2 bags for a little over $120 both on sale and then I used a 20 percent coupon code. I was excited about a great deal. I got my shipment on time - no problem there. But what I thought was a great deal on a quality purchase was really a shipment of 2 bags that looked just like the photo but were clearly NOT leather and had cheap hardware, sticky zippers (usually lux items have good hardware and YKK brand zippers. The packaging was cheap - just like off a booth from some stall in China. I just couldn't believe they tried to pass this off as leather! I was stunned and angry. Now I got to return this crap and get a refund.

It's my second order from Yoox where I having problems with boots. First one zip gone after feve months so I didn't contact customer service andubz that could help me to avoid ordering any further items from them. Next one boots ordered from Yoox they split after 5 days of delivery. Customer service helpless with my problem. Send pictures with shoes they can't spoted problem. Never again i will do shopping on they Web side.

I ordered a pair of pants and was sent a completely different pair. Customer service asked that I send a picture. The pants I ordered as viewed on their website were cropped and cuffed. The ones sent to me were 3 inches longer than floorlength! Customer service response to me was "you have to roll them". PS: I own a Similar pair from the exact same manufacturer and they were cuffed when I purchased them. So Yoox expects their customers to go out and have a newly purchased item hemmed on the customers own dime!

Employees are very unprofessional and when they don't like what you say about the customer service they will hung up the phone on you. Also, they never connect the customer with their supervisor. I hope YOOX is reading this review and talk with Jihani who hung up the phone on me.

I was a customer for few years with yoox.com but not any more. Looks like the company is practicing the misleading to trick customers. I ordered a beautiful envy blue color bikini but received the washy grey color. When I tried to return it or exchange for the color presented on the website I was told that the item is not refundable. It is so poor practice! A day after I complained the item was not longer available on website for sale in this color :)) ) I was told that it was sold out hahahahaha… Before I bought it I had it in my shopping bag for month and when I made a complain suddenly gone. What the coincidence! Any way it alway was luck of size, most of the item were wrong size. I will never shop with them again!

The jacket was easily TWO SIZES below what it should be (XL fit like a Medium). And very light cheap material. Probably $5 to make in China. Listed at over $500 and on sale for $100. I bought it, and then when it didnt fit was told there were NO REFUNDS. Wow, expensive mistake to deal with these crooks.

If You are from East Europe or Baltic states (members of EU) before purchasing in yoox, change your IP (f. E. into Italy or Netherland) and check prices. You be will be pleasantly surprised when see that prices for You are 40% and more higher than for members from "big" countries of EU.

I made a purchase later part of last year, a pair of Marc Jacob gym shoes. The shoes arrive and they were lovely but very uncomfortable. I returned the shoes via their return policy. On 1/3/2018 my return was received and accepted. As of today 1/18/2018, I am still waiting for my refund to be credit back to my account. I have sent a email everyday the status of my refund and no response. The entire experience has been very stressful and taxing. I would NEVER EVER purchase anything from YOOX again. NO DEAL, is worth the hassle.

Made a purchase on a grey purse and was sent black purse. I saw on the website that they have didnt have it in stock only to find out a few weeks later that it was back on the market. They have messed up a few more items that were sent my way (incorrect sizing, whole different item).
I have been a Yoox consumer since 2011 now I will have to sever ties with this scamming company. The employees have to be high on paint and they do this to many other consumers. Hope they get shut down very soon...

I'd like to express my displeasure with your customer service. I sent in multiple messages and called to inform your team that YOOX processed an expired credit card on my account and was sending the package to the wrong shipping address. I spoke with Steven who told me the package could be rerouted to a UPS facility where I lived and then the call dropped. I called back and spoke with Brandy, who abruptly told me no options were available to me to receive the package at all. Yoox processed an expired card and all I can do is wait for the package (which hasn't been shipped yet) to arrive at the same facility where it is now so that I can be issued a refund. Brandy refused to tell me what the timeline for a refund would be and then suggested that I should wait for the products to be relisted on the site and buy them again! Terrible customer service. Never again.

They had wrong advertisement so that I purchased. In the website, the scarf that I purchased was said Emilio Pucci so that I purchased it. But when I received it, it was not an EmilioPucci product. So I contacted the customer service and then I returned it. And they took the cost for the return shipment from me! And they said that it was not their fault as the information that they received from third party mentioned that it was Emilio Pucci product. So that they just mentioned it in their website. It is a crazy customer service. I will never purchase anything from YOOX!

I copied the same title that another customer wrote because I had exactly the same problem. If Yoox doesn't like how your data match, then, they just cancel the order without explanation. Despite I called them when UPS sent me a notification that my package was intercepted by the sender (YOOX) to return it. The package was in the same city I was at the moment, so, just some hours to UPS deliver it to me!
Yoox thought was "suspicious" I live in one country and deliver the package in another country, they didn't understand I am travelling and I need the clothes in the country where I arrived. They didn't give a solution, just said sorry I can't do anything...
But, now, reading all the complaints I think they did me a favor!

Was looking all over for this yellow designer hoodie, all the other places were sold out in a large but yoox came through with the item. Got what I paid for and it is as what it says in pictures. I was worried that it wouldn't come considering I did not get a tracking number for a week but it came when it said it was supposed to and handled it beautifully!

Missing refund of 878 EUR. Horrific customer service.
For 3 months I am trying to get a refund of 878 EUR from Yoox for the items returned in compliance with their return policy.
I have the proof of postage from my side (using pre-paid UPS labels provided by Yoox). 2 tracking numbers show lost deliveries by UPS in December, but since then in 4 months Yoox didnt issue my refund, nor bothered to investigate with UPS.
I've been a loyal client of Yoox in the UK and in PT for many years. They managed to lose me due to horrific customer service.

Their items are almost too good to be true - so many beautiful european designs, a lot of high-fashion options, and a myriad of different products. You'll definitely have no trouble finding beautiful things to buy. The problems I've encountered are: misrepresented item details and difficulty with processing normal transactions.
The details on a bag I purchased were not right: The photo of the item showed one detail, but in real life, it was completely different. By documenting (with my own photos) and submitting this information, the item was actually refunded even though it was final sale. This was a positive turnout.
The other situation just blew my mind. I submitted an order with a credit card that we use for all things. It never gets turned down, in my experience. When the transaction was happening, all things were fine; I did not see anything unusual. My own fault: I did not remember to keep checking my email for a confirmation, and forgot about this. 1 week later: The order never happened. The bag I was buying is now sold out. I was so frustrated, but this reminds me that you just won't always get a good turnout with sketchy business practices. You can see, based on these reviews, that Yoox has a lot of room for improvement.
I won't be banning the site, but I will be extremely vigilant with purchasing. Please be aware if you are using this site: Check your email for confirmations, keep everything until your purchase arrives, don't remove tags until you are 100% sure that you have the item as described, and use a payment form that protects your purchases.

Overall, a company with amazing items. However, not sure what problems behind the scenes are causing so many different issues that are reported so often. In my case, my problem really is their problem, because they are the ones who lost out on a purchase-- all because their transaction failed to happen. Bummer.
