Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
Very incompetent customer service staff... they don't even know YOOX offerings - they offer (as an apology! Go figure!) free return while they offer free returns for all of their standard orders! Plus this genius reply came after 4 days delay from their promised delivery date... they didn't even care to reply prior to that. #ShameonYOOX is a logical hashtag to add here

I have used this site on several occasions. They have great deals on designer items, and I have been pleased with their customer service. I only returned an item once. I didn't like it after trying it on, but I didn't have any problems sending it back. I have always been really happy with the products on this site.

I think Yoox has improved alot over the years. Customer service still lacking, but if things go wrong the returns are free (free postage label included with your order) and they do refund you in full as long as you keep the tags on and the item is unworn. There are many out of season items, some from years ago, and some items are overpriced, but... with so many items to choose from I always find great bargains and unique pieces too! Can't really fault them to be honest

Poorest customer service ever. I am a frequent user of yoox.com as I like the choice, however lately I have been very disappointed with the way they treat their regular costumers. I placed an order for over £150 and I was entitled for an upgrade to express delivery. I placed an order at 7am Monday morning and they only dispatched in next day via standard delivery. I wrote them and never heard back.
Also, couple of months before I ordered expensive Italian jeans and after wearing them twice they ripped apart. I could not be bothered to send them back at my own expense so left it as it was. I don't think I'll remain as loyal as I used to be.

So here is a company who misshipped a Mother's Day gift. No problem mistakes happen right? You respond to your customer, you make sure that you get the package located and sent to the right address and maybe say we are sorry about all the hustle. But no not YOOX owned by bunch of private equities firms who think that they can have 1 customer service guy Hugo! Answer millions of orders put through in a day. This company is out of control and frankly shouldn't operate in the states if they cannot run like a us company that has something called customer service and yes in the weekends. This is absurd. I love to know how to file a consumer rights report on an issue as such when they simply refuse to answer phones, fix a problem or respond to customer problems.

The I purchased a necklace by 8 by YOOX and the pendant broke on the first wear. There was a Pearl in the heart. Apparently the super glue they used wasn't strong enough. I contacted support and they responded saying take the necklace to a jeweler. This response is simply unacceptable. I was planning on purchasing more from this site but I would never give them another dime.

I have never in my life shopped on this site, let alone heard of it until a few days ago. I got a notification on my phone from my bank that my account had gone negative, and when I looked at why, this site had taken $177 out. I immediately called my bank and let them know that this was a fraudulent charge. Everything was resolved, but I figured why not let people know about my experience.

Poorly made, human hair on them, no swede left on the toe and lobbed unwrapped into a rain damaged box.

Wanna be cheated - register on Yoox. They will ship you second-hand, defected or faked goods, very different from the description on their site.
International shoppers - stay away from American Yoox! These guys acquired an insatiable taste for cheating and dirty business, and there is no way to stop them when they see the payment comes from abroad (it means they can and DO ship you any crap they wish knowing that the Client will never be willing to return the parcel since international shipment there and back might cost up to $200, which is a crazy idea to pay for NOTHING because after you send their defected crap back and pay for a return, you will have to start the process from the very beginning).
Judging from over-the-top amount of the negative reviews, this business should be out of law. It dishonors the USA online shopping.

I bought a dress and tried it on and looked fine and put it in my closet for Spring. Then when I took it out- being UNWORN with all the tags on- and my husband saw a big ink stain- they refused to even exchange it! This is not a good company. Look elsewhere.

I ordered a Jacket fews ago and got a problem with the delivery. So i contacted the support of yoox, they said they are going to start an investigation and i should wait 8 days. I waited patiently to finally receiving an email that say they confirm that there is a problem with the delivery but won't refund me. Lost 330€. Don't order from Yoox, they will steal your money and time!

It is 14 working days since they received my return parcel. At the client service they admit receiving it but say that they cannot help me with the information when I will be refunded. All they they can do is to send the letter to the second level office and maybe they will reply me within a week or two. Horrible shop. It's a scam. If you do not want to be in this situation do not use them.

Ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from the same brand but different colors. When i opened the box i got the mismatch colors. The first pair they sent me wrong color, the second pair they sent me different colors each of the shoe, one grey one white. When you call them customer service is no help, they dont know anything.

I have been asking for months about a language problem and thus far I have not received any normal answer. Language for region of Georgia is by default Russian. This is both cultural appropriation and offensive, as language in Georgia is Georgian and if it is not available, why not use English as default?

I have been a customer for 16 years. I was abroad for 2 years and came back to Europe and shopped again with Yoox 2 weeks ago.
2 years ago, I received my package within 4-5 days. Always great products and prompt service. But now, things have changed!
My order has been "preparation" for 10 days. Then today, I got a mail saying my order was cancelled because they couldn't get the authorization to deduct from my card. Then I checked my account. The amount was already deducted 3 days ago!
I called the customer service telling them that the money was deducted already. But what the man said was it looked like it's been deducted, but actually not. What does that mean? THE AMOUNT WAS GONE from my account.
I'm not going to waste my time talking with Yoox customer service. As I read the reviews here, I might not get my money back. I've sent a message to my bank about this.
I think Yoox is having a financial problem, so DON'T SHOP. There is a great chance that you'll lose your money.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and never received it. I spoke to someone about a refund and asked could I speak with a manager and it was nothing they could do. My money was never refunded. Please don't order from them. This is a scam.

Purchased a pair of Doucal's shoes on their website on sale. Doucal is supposed to have high quality Goodyear welted or Blake Stitched shoes. What I received instead were a cheap pair of cemented shoes that were very low quality. Of course, item was final sale so no return. Be very careful when buying from Yoox as their product descriptions are hazy or even inaccurate.

I ordered and pair of shoes that I had my eyes on for about a month from this site. And before even receiving my shoes, the price dropped $60, so I asked for a price adjustment and they said No. So I told them just to cancel the order, before it was sent, so they told me to wait to see if they could work something out as far as the price adjustment goes. After a few days after I get the item. They tell me it's still nothing they can do, and now make it more stressful for me, as far as processing a return. I have never heard of a company that wouldn't do a price adjustment on an item, that was bought with then 7 days of an purchase, let alone before they themselves didn't even ship the item yet... Bad business practice for retail.

I ordered a Fendi bag with express shipping Monday before their close of business. It's Friday not so much as a tracking number. I called their so called customer service & they say it'll be here Monday. Express does not mean a full week. I have ordered things from way bigger sites that do much more volume with ground shipping & gotten them quicker. Not so much as let us refund your express shipping costs. "We can't do this... We can't do that..." Well what can you do? Apparently nothing so I canceled my order & will not have a gift on Christmas as this was my gift from my husband.
