Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
I've bought here since 2011. I did a purchase once a month or something like that. The first problem happened in august 2018 I bought one model of boots6 the shop sent another one. When I wrote to service, they offered me 20 discount as a refund. On 20th October, I bought sneakers and shirt. The shop sent my order with EMS. My parcel came to my country, was accepted by custom and was returned to Italy! I was shocked and wrote to customer service and got an answer they were so sorry, but I had to wait till the moment when the shop would receive my parcel back and then I would get my money back. On 13 November, the shop got my order, they returned me money for one position. 24th November. The sum of money for the second position hasn't been returned

Negatively surprised when I saw the price difference on Yoox when shopping from Latvia(EU country in Baltic states)compared when shopping from Germany. Prices for the same items are much higher for Baltic states customers

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Yoox for US$424. The shoes were horrible (defective) and not made-in-Italy as advertised. They reimbursed me only US$302. I have just been ripped off big time.

I've used Yoox for over 3 years and have found every aspect of their service of the highest standards. Never once have my returns been disputed, however refunds can take up to 2 weeks upon reception in Italy, especially during the holiday season.
As for their products (I'm a male living in France), almost impossible to find equivalent quality/price clothes in bricks and mortar shops, and other online retailers are either outrageously expensive or sell junk. The vast majority of their brands are Italian, and the mid-upper range names rarely distributed outside of Italy are especially worthwhile.
Ordering clothes online means that you have to be more than ready to send back if the variables: size/fit/cut/fabric/appearance don't suit. A useful technique is to order more than one size of the same article and a number of similar items and then make an appropriate choice.
To summarise Yoox is a large company (turnover in excess of a 500 million €) quoted on the Milan Stock Exchange, they're deadly serious and professional.

I placed a few orders end of last year at YOOX website, I kept some items and returned the balance. Their customer service dept made an international call informing me my return rate was too high, they made a decision to close my account. I reasoned with the rep, how could a multi-million dollar business not honor their "Return and Refund" policy, and expect their customers to keep every item ordered. He said he will review my case with his supervisor. The following week, they called me again with the conclusion to ban me from shopping on their site. Warning potential customers that is tempted by YOOX discounts, DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE!

The 650 euro suit I bought was too small (very inaccurate and confusing international size guide, btw). I returned it and the tracking system tells me it got to Bologna on September 22. Two weeks later, still no news about a refund. The customer care center won't respond to my emails. DON'T BUY THERE, IT'S TOO RISKY.

I've purchased from the YOOX for more than a year already. It's truly a gamble. Every second- third parcel contains an unpleasant surprise. Shopping there is always a risk, you never know what will be delivered. One parcel is brilliant, the other is complete loss of money. I purchased a leather bag, it arrived absolutely spoiled (all in dark spots, scratched and wrinkled- customer care didn't care)). Another purchase- wrong colour of the shirt ( can live with it, but still unpleasant). The third time - wrong size( too too small). Got the parcel a few days ago - pants have a faded line along the leg and the jumpsuit has a white defective spot on the back which is dark blue. No use sending them back because they charge money for the return shipping. YOOX has a huge choice of clothes which mesmerises their customers, but they never care of the quality of their service. Customer service replies within days, gives general useless answers. YOOX is a gypsy market. They play with you. One time you are lucky, the other time you lose. Think twice before purchasing from them.

I ordered an Emporio Armani blazer which had struck me as totally unique (gray mesh semi-synthetic). The item was exactly as ordered, fits well, and is extremely cool. There is NOTHING in Canadian stores like it. Got it on sale, and the service was very fast and efficient. It is a great piece, and adds a lot to my wardrobe. It becomes whatever color you wear under it, which is way cool. I like to pair it with a dark violet or neutral shirt and faux leather or a knitted tie - looks great and makes me feel like a million bucks.
As a cancer patient, dignity is a very big thing to me, and this item fits the bill 100%. My girlfriend (who is blind), cannot stop running her hands over it. It was a very good experience, but unfortunately (fortunately?) women are drawn to it, mostly for the texture and unique design. I've had several complete strangers (9 women so far) come up and want to feel it; good for a few laughs, although my girlfriend is not so impressed. Not bad though, for an average-looking 57 year-old guy.
I highly recommend YOOX for unique or high end wear. Lots of choice, don't be shy, have a bit of fun. YOOX is a mandatory stop 'n shop for the gentleman looking for a bit of flair in his look.
I think that pretty-well covers it. This was a very good purchase.

Fabulous clothes be careful watching prices they can change before your eyes they take items out of your cart then in a week they reappear at a different price

They did give me a 50 dollar credit to have some of them ironed

I normally don't bother with reviews but this time I feel obliged to do it. I was looking for beautiful white summer sandals and found designer sandals on YOOX that I fell in love with. It was the only pair left my size and I combed the internet believe me. After I ordered them, I checked the reviews of the website (I know it was supposed to be the other way round, but hey). So many bad reviews, why? I lived in fear until delivery which was, by the way, less than a week from Italy to the UK. The sandals are GORGEOUS, and I got them for LESS THAN HALF the original price! Naturally, I did not have to return them, so cannot comment on the return service, but the return labels were enclosed in the box with clear instructions.

I was a very happy customer and odrered a large amount of clothes from them, but I'm afraid I won't be shopping there anymore because of my last experience. I bought two same items, because the price dropped down, and returned first one. But YOOX refunded me for wrong order, second(with lower price). They even made a return request for that order themselves in my profile! I wrote to Customer service, their responses were some generic copy-paste answers, and in every mail I had to explain the situation all over again.In the end they even confirmed that they received the return I really sent and will refund me, with the correct amount, but days have passed and nothing happened. I wrote them again, but they have ignored several of my e-mails. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Hard to imagine they don't mind losing their loyal customers. After I left review on Trustpilot, customer service contacted me and asked me to send them a code from the item. I asked them why do they need it and what is the problem? They didn't respond, but finally refunded me for the correct return(price difference). I decided to return both of those same items I bought, but I can't because return request for non-refunded order is blocked-they made it themselves, so when I try to open it, it says I can't return any more item(and I haven't returned any). I wrote to Customer care again, and they asked me for photos of item and code. Although I didn't see point of that, I sent them. After that no response again for days, and ignoring my e-mails. I can't believe they continued in a same way after the first strange situation.

I felt compelled to write a review which I have never done before, because my experience was so unacceptable and I think others should know before they choose to buy from yoox over other companies.
I purchased a pair of sunglasses as a birthday present and after receiving the initial confirmation of purchase email, I received no other communication from them about my order. When the date of expected delivery passed, I tracked the order myself and saw that it had been cancelled. I was never notified nor given a reason. When I called customer service, they simply confirmed that my order had been cancelled because the product had never been available in the first place (so, false advertising, not updating their website). No apologies. When I suggested I receive some form of compensation, I was told no, thats not their policy.
Imagine the embarrassment of telling your love on his birthday that you have no present for him.
I am appalled at the way I was treated. I suggest not shopping at Yoox if you want to be sure you will get what you ordered.

I ordered a pair of boots from here. I specifically ordered a size 10 (US) and they shipped me a size 9 (US). When I went to the site ti fill out a return form it told me:
"Sorry, we may have made a cataloguing error which prevents us guaranteeing you a correct exchange... If you received an incorrect item, we recommend continuing with the return procedure. If you want to keep the item, send us a photo showing the error and we will offer you a suitable solution."
Ok first of all they didn't spell "cataloging" correctly. Secondly, if the size is not in stock, WHY IS IT STILL LISTED, LET ALONE SHIPPED.
This site is fishy af. The fact that they have a message like that explain why you got the wrong size means they did that s**t on purpose. Make the sale, deal with the consequences later. Smh

The customer service $#*!ing sucks. My order number is 3007Y*******, I've asked thier customer service to change my shipping address before the package has been shipped.
At first I was told the package HAS been shipped. Which was a lie. When I have sent a screenshot with tracking number that proved the package was not shipped they have said they couldn't change the shipping address for the security reasons. Which also turned to be a lie when I contacted EMS and they've told only the sender can change shipping address... for guess what? The security reasons.
All in all yoox has been a $#*!ing dissapointment. The customer service just tries to think of a reason to not do anything instead of helping.

I have been a loyal yoox customer for over 7 years already and have spent thousands of dollars on their items. The first ever problem I encountered that happened couple of days ago was handled poorly and extremely disrespectfully. I have been accused that the original label was missing along with the seal, which is a total lie and I was shocked to hear that. Talked to the customer service representatives and one of the managers, which were extremely rude and not willing to help resolve the issue. They only gave me automated answers unwilling to help resolve the issue. I ended up not getting the refund back despite the fact that there was no damage to the merchandise I returned. Multiple times I have received wrong and damaged items and was charged the shipping fee, even though the mistake was not mine. Felt very badly treated and will not continue buying products from yoox.com anymore. I highly recommend AVOID buying items from this online store. If you want to shop with a company that treats frequent customers like utter garbage and complete disrespect, then feel free.

Someone bought me an item from this website as my birthday present but when I opened, the item was damaged, not even in a sellable condition, metal parts had so much hair line scratches and the leather was in an awful wrinkly cracked state. (Costing £140!)
Contacted customer service, an automated email saying that please reply to the email with the images attached so they can give me some compensations, so I did with images attached, no reply so emailed them again asking why I haven't had any update and still no reply. I called them up and could not understand a word the customer service supervisor was speaking as he didn't speak English very well, he just said how the policy only covers 6 months and there's no evidence or on their system the email I've sent out!
Absolute nightmare and so much stress, I feel like my money was stolen away and been cheated. The worst online shopping experience I have had and for a company dealing with so many expensive brands, I feel disgusted how their system is operated and outdated.
NEVER shopping from YOOX ever again.

I have been shopping at Yoox for 20 years. They get beautiful products. The sizing can be off (WAY off in some instances), the descriptions about the products can sometimes be innacurate (a wool shirt will be described as cotton, etc.), and sometimes things arrive that appear to have been used. AND their customer service is horrific, as in: their apparent hiring strategy is to employ hungover Parisians in the customer service department.
That bein' said, I have scored some amazing clothing at AMAZING prices thru Yoox, which is why I have been shopping there for 20 years. AND if I buy a pair of non-refundable jeans for $5, and the jeans wouldn't fit a toy poodle, I can generally find a starving student who could use a new pair of jeans.

UPS delivered a recent Yoox order, but lost a box of shoes in transit. UPS are denying they lost it, so Yoox have refused to refund me. I am out of pocket, frustrated and angry.
