Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!

I received my goods but 149 trainers were missing never been able to get a answer from customers service since a month

I ordered some yeezy boots, that were discounted to 360 euros for black friday. The size didnt fit, so i asked for an exchange, they emailed me that the size i wanted will be reserved for me. I sent the package back, and today i received an email that my order is cancelled because the size is not in stock anymore, which should've been reserved. I email them asking if its possible to send another colour of the same product, which was available in my size. I receive an email saying that this is not possible and that my size is back in stock and i can make another purchase with the regular price of 580 euros. On the same day they were out of stock then back in stock, suggesting me to make another purchase that wouldve cost me 200 euros more. So convenient, right? I ve ordered from so many websites before and this never ever happened to me before. SOO dissapointing. Such cheap method to gain a few euros. Disgusting!

I just recently received a call from YOOX telling me that I could no longer buy from them because I had returned too many products in the past. In fact, I have many Yoox clothes, but do return those that don't fit or I don't like. STAY away from YOOX - there is something really strange going on with this company!

Returned two pairs of boots three weeks ago, they received them two weeks ago. I have not received any refund or confirmation email. The people in customer service will not help, they are blaming the "return center". When I asked them to please call the return center to resolve the problem, they said the return center doesn't have a phone, there is no way of reaching them. How can this be? WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I read reviews and was hesitant to shop, until I saw the shoes I COULDN'T resist.
Hoping for the best, I did place my order on 09/04/2016 (over the weekend) and after fast feedback in regards of my purchase, I received the box on 09/12/2016.
The shoes were PERFECT as advertised.
Overall, my shopping experience with YOOX was GREAT!
I feel more confident now to come back and buy something else.

I brought few items from YOOX, this is my first buy no sure how good they are, but boys... items came in really good especially the men t shirts and i can tell you they are " NOT " fake, and they are all brand " NEW ", shoe, Belt, and others, so sorry to hear some negative comments.

I recently ordered a pair of booties from a company called strategia. Beautiful suede boots waited over a month to receive them and instead. Got a box with dirty filthy sized 12 sneakers. That's someone exchange for my new boots. I called customer service various times to let them know what happened sent pictures. I have been shopping for Uber 6 years. Spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on products with youks, clothing and shoes. And what do I get from customers service? I get an email back stating that they are returning my dirty sneakers to me. These are not my sneakers. They were somebody who worked in the warehouse in New Jersey that took and stole my boots and replaced them with their filthy sized 12 sneakers. I have never been so shocked and disappointed. Then to add fuel to the fire. They decide to ship me back the disgusting sneakers and won't take responsibility for anything regardless of my history and my purchase history. And the integrity of my purchases. They refused to give me back my money. I filed with PayPal I will never, ever shop with them again. Think twice before you do and by the way there was no quality tag. Check in the shoe box. The shoe box which was actually a different spit brand of shoes. With filthy sneakers that somebody was wearing when they were packing up. My boots disgusting customer service with no results. At least a phone call. Nothing just an email stating that they decided. It was not their error or problem. And they are returning these filthy sneakers to make. That was their solution. I do not recommend shopping with them. Think twice before you do

I recently purchased two pairs of "Made in Italy" ankle boots from Yoox. I was comfortable purchasing from the company based on the information on their website and Yoox being situated in Italy. The website assured that products were authentic. The product description said the boots were leather and leather lined. I looked up the companies the boots were to have been made by and saw that they sell to upscale stores. I figured I was getting last year's or last season's stock at a good price.

What I received was garbage. Not worth even the discounted sale price. Junk boots made of plastic, they smell like cheap plastic, look horrible, are a weird and ugly fit. AND after I received them I did some digging and found them on a Chinese wholesale site. Shameful. I called customer service and told them they were selling counterfeit goods.

Reading online reviews customer service seems to be lacking. Apparently many people receive a fraction of what they are owed when they return goods with many not being reimbursed at all. I'm not impressed. I would not have bought these boots had I known they contained any plastic or synthetic materials as I'm allergic.

Yoox is selling counterfeit goods and misleading people with their messaging and product descriptions. Shameful!

Tip for consumers:
Unless you like cheap counterfeit knockoffs stay away!

Placed the order, payed and after 1 day recived order canceled because their bank couldn't operate the transfer?! It is my normal Mastercard, used daily and the money are not in my account!
The only aswer I got: please remake the order (differet prices of course) and choose a different payment.

YOOX JUST STOLE MY MONEy. I've tried to return or to exchange my items, but they told me that it was "final sale", but that wasn't true. I talked with them many times and I tried to explain nicely and asked them to help me and at least exchange the size but they keep says "there is nothing we can do about it". If I can I was going to give them 0 stars. When you sell high-end stuff you need to try to bring your customers back, not just fish and bite, let's take that persons money and forget about him/her, there is more fish in the water. STAY AWAY!

I am so pissed right now; I need a level head before I knock someone in the face. I ordered a panty for my wife using the YOOX size guide. Apparently, the pantie I ordered was a size 8, which translated to a US-Large. The pantie came, and the tag said it was a medium. My wife was upset that I didn't know her size, but I knew I made the right selection. I called the customer service only to be told that YOOX does not guarantee product sizes; WTF! As if that was not enough, the guy on the phone said to me in my face that the size I ordered is what I got, and it was a Medium. TF! Now I cannot read and see too? YOOX is f'up, and I did not believe what other consumers used to say until I experienced this predicament myself.

Dear YOOX, you just lost a loyal customer thanks to your stupidity.

My experience with YOOX is, poor quality products, inefficient and self-righteous customer service.

I bought two pairs of shoes on YOOX at the end of Nov 2014. One pair arrived within normal frame of time, though on the website it says made of leather, but in fact man-made material. I liked the look of the shoes, made compromise and accepted the unsatisfying quality.

The second pair arrived very late. Since I ordered two pairs at the same time, I knew when it was late with days of delay. No explanation. Just a pair of shoes showing peeled marks on both heels, and whitish spots on sides of the shoes. It looked like being worn, or at least carelessly handled. I immediately returned on the same day. I contacted the customer service, sending pictures of the defect goods, later also sent UPS return delivery evidence. No response. I had to open a dispute on Paypal. Then the response came, someone named Marco said you have to close the claim in order to get refund. This is ridiculous. I escalated the dispute to claim. Also called the company customer service, telling them as soon as they refund me, I'll close the claim. The customer service people on phone defended Marco guy, said it was my fault that I do not get refund, because they tried to refund me and Paypal blocked the transfer of money. I called Paypal and got explanation how refund as well as claim works. Seems to me YOOX employees are trained to position themselves as the right side, with the customer on the wrong side.
I will never, ever deal with this company again. I just hope Paypal will eventually help me get my refund.

This company creates shipping labels and then claims items have "shipped". They have untrained and unpleasant customer service. Don't waste your money with them!

I bought two items from YOOX and returned before Christmas. I have still not received any information about what is happening with my case - I just repeat the process of speaking to the customer service team, they make an excuse based on UPS/YOOX communications post-Brexit, and tell me someone will get in touch/process a refund. This has been going on for almost FOUR MONTHS. I am beyond frustrated, and confused as to how two companies operating at this scale are unable to find a solution.

I tried to purchase a coat on YOOX and was gobsmacked when they added an extra USD152.00 for duties and taxes on checkout when the coat was LESS than AUD1,000.00! When I enquired they said they use 710USD as the 'add taxes point'. All the conversion rates I checked on Google brought my coat in between 945 and 978 AUD. So, if you're shopping internationally watch for this and don't press the 'confirm order' until you've double checked there are no extra charges. This is robbery!

Order was cancelled by yoox but the money was withdrawn from my bankaccount. Still no solution after two weeks. I will never buy there again. I was a very satisfied customer since 2014. How sad.

I have purchased at least 10 pairs of shoes and 5 garments from this site. First time skeptically so and with reason after purchasing after seeing all their negative reviews. I also have had the need to return most of the shoes for an exchange or refund because of euro size conversion, which even buying in store can be an issue between brands. I followed their return instructions and have done so without any problem on their end. The $6 return fee does make me grumble a bit but I figure if my shipping fee was free that it's still saving me gas and time. While I pretty much assume at the prices that I am not buying from Nordstrom and assuming some greater stipulations of purchase, I promise if I do have a not so great experience with them I will update. Also, don't know about the counterfeit accusations. I have serial numbers on some of the items I have bought and they all are legit. I also have inside knowledge of high end fashion manufacturing in my career to know that even the non-brand-name goods are of superior quality material and construction. I wish everyone else had these same experiences I have had with Yoox. It's sad to see they have reports they didn't.

Stay away! Horrible customer service. Sizing is WAY OFF! No way to get this right. Horrible customer service, takes long time to ship, you have to pay to return items (NO FREE RETURNS - BEWARE!) Will never use this company again.

Stay away! Plenty of other options. Don't waste your time or money.

Don't waste your time and money with this company. I NEVER write reviews or complains BUT HONESTLY THEY ARE THE WORST. I ordered a few times from ( third time and final) them and you would think that they would Meet me half way when they didn't send the whole order I payed for. No. They won't send the missing item of the Moschino pajamas set Although it was their mistake.

I'm more than dissappointed, they have the worst and rudest cistomer service! I ordered pair of shoes which the where really expensive and they sent me the wrong Size! I ordered again( I've paid twice and yet not receiving the Money!) and although i wrote 10 mail like: please be varefull this time! It's important, it's urgent, it's a present for someone... They sent me the same wrong size again!
I have to take two times off to go to the post office to post them back!
They even dont apologise!
It's the Most Stupid website n shop i have ever seen!
PLEASE BE AWARE N DONT ORDER!

I ordered a pair of Dr Martens on Thursday and got it today on Monday. I live inin Holland and it had to come from Italy so very quick delivery with UPS.

Also the packaging was excellent and of course I'm very happy with the product, excellent webshop and I'll surely order more from here in the future.

I was very excited to discover this site as they have a number of high-end apparel options, many of which at a discount from other retailers on the web. Unfortunately, after giving my personal email and having to explicitly allow them to use that information for marketing purposes I was dooped into thinking I could combine their offer for free shipping by sharing a product I was interested in to a friend as well as a percentage off for the aforementioned personal info. Alas, I was wrong. Yoox WILL NOT combine multiple offers on their site. Though that may be their policy, in my experience companies generally will break policy to accommodate customers in order to secure further business. This was also not the case with Yoox. I was quickly denied my request for the free shipping I gave my personal info over for (though they had already taken quick advantage of my email through spam mail already in my inbox) and was told this is standard procedure. No where have I seen a disclaimer that Yoox does not allow multiple offers to be combined. Will not be bringing any future business to the site.

Order placed to be delivered to the same address as previously. Address on the order was correct but parcel never arrived as apparently wrong country was selected for ordering
Why YOOX sent to invalid address in that country was never YOOX to me. Why YOOX prevented DHL to redirect to correct country where that address existed when they initiated this action was not explained to me.
No remedy from YOOX after a month from payment - not even refund processed after they organised return of the goods by DHL to their warehouse.
Customer care emails are automated at YOOX, no one is interested in resolving the issue or sell -
The worst online experience so far - unreliable team and service even when customer confirmed payment/ delivery address/ DHL willing to delivery they are hopeless - dont deserve a single star rating
