I appreciate the timely delivery of my sneakers as promised and advertised. I plan to make another order in the future.
Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
I was a long-time Yoox user, but now I have problems with the sizes recommended on almost every order.

I have been customer for more than 12 years now. Since then and now a lot have changed. During the years service now losing quality and tracking the time 80% of the goods are 5-6 years old lines. They add new products of course but there's no actual discount on old products. Many of the products are being used already or returned and resell is on the main price. I hate the option they add more products from boutiques as in this case they are being shipped from different stores. General prices have been increased in the last 2 years, you can find most of the products from the disigners websites in the same price or better, but for sure you will get a better customer service when you shop directly from the designers.
Internet offers more and more competitive e-shops, I find it challenging to be kept as customer in YOOX. Ten years ago I was treated as a customer on my birthday with discount on 1 order, this option is not available anymore. Management got worse, this is for sure. My advise DYOR and you will find better options for shopping.

I would like to warn if you are ordering from the UK from this website "YOOX".
I am going a very horrible experience with YOOX & UPS included. I order 2 pairs of shoes more than a month ago. I had to return both and till date the packets have not reached YOOX. The shoes were worth £400. I have had to contact YOOX customer service literally everyday and they have been trying to tell me that I need to wait few more days as the order is still in transit. I sent 3 copies of the pro-forma invoice as well I sent a scanned copy of the pro-forma of the invoice to their customer service. Just after a day of sending the scanned copy of the pro-forma invoice, YOOX customer service has informed me that the packet has been disposed by UPS and I now need to check with UPS. Such a nice way of telling a customer that we don't care about your parcel and we have no responsibility for this and I lose my money in the process. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't order from YOOX if you are in the UK.

I have been looking for the perfect pale pink heels to wear to my son's upcoming wedding and I thought I had found them on Yoox. I placed the order during a sale, but I would have purchased these beautiful shoes whether they were on sale or not. The order came in on time, and I couldn't wait to open the package, but low and behold the box I opened contained a pair of black flats - the complete opposite of what I ordered. The order form clearly stated that a pair of "pale pink" heels should have been in the box, but instead the shoebox information clearly stated the color was "tobacco". I quickly went online to see if I could reorder, but of course the shoes were sold out in my size. And my guess is the shoes were already sold out when I purchased them, but Yoox did a bait and switch and promised something they never had. I called customer service and the only thing I was offered for my wasted time and disappointment was "free shipping". What a crock. They had my money - at least until I return the "tobacco" shoes - and they seemed completely unconcerned about my disappointment. I think I'll go back to Saks, Nordstrom, and Neiman Marcus who might have slightly higher prices, but who have never, ever shipped me anything other than what I ordered. You get what you pay for, or in the case of Yoox, you don't get what you paid for, and you don't get customer service representation that cares.

Reading some of the previous reviews I have to ask whether they are bogus reviews to simply discredit YOOX
I have been a customer since 2014 and have found YOOX to offer exceptional customer service. Thats not to say Ive not, on the very odd occasion, received faulty items but YOOX has always handled the complaint professionally and refunded my money in full
The same applies if I have to return an item if its too small or large. Its a very simple process not to mention the fact that shipping is pretty fast considering the fact that the goods have to be shipped to Hong Kong from Italy first before being shipped to Sydney where Im located.
All in all its the best and most reliable site Ive found to buy a variety of excellent clothing, footware, handbags as well as a variety of other items.

I purchased an item that I did not realize was final sale. I'm pretty careful about seeing these kinds of red flags, and am certain I didn't see it.
What I do remember is going to their website to check on the return policy and seeing nothing about written about this. I purposely went there to look to see if they accept returns.
And now going to their website, this is confirmed. When I click on "Returns & Exchanges" in the lower area, a pop-up comes up that simply says:
"Returns & refunds
You can return or exchange one or more items within 60 days of the delivery date.
Fill out the online return form and contact our courier to arrange pick-up.
Discover all the details on how to return or exchange in the Customer Care area.
You can check the status of your return or exchange at any time in MYOOX."
So I called their customer service on the phone and the lady there kept going on and on about not accepting final sales items. And about how their website policy states that in detail.
So I told her to go to the website and see what it says in the pop-up... nothing about this at all. I'm not sure where their policy that says final sales items cannot be returned is, but if it is not accessible directly from their own website, then what good is it?

The cost of the item is a good deal, but shipping at $10 is a bit pricey. And the return label also has a fee.

I am a first time and last time customer. Yoox has. Terrible customer service. Your concern will not be handled professionally and will not be handled at all by staff or management. Yoox doesn't offer price adjustments once the item is purchased and if the price is found to be significantly lower within time frame. As well, Yoox will not give you the contact information to their corporate location or executive in charge. Furthermore, the items do NOT come from a warehouse in Italy. These products are knock offs and they are NOT authentic. Look at the soles and insides of the shoes. These items from Yoox originate from China and made in China and sold on the streets of NY, and sent from a location in NJ. The company name is legit but the products and company itself is NOT. Take heed, and DO NOT purchase from YOOX. Its just not worth the time, money, or headache. Shop only at reputable places like Neiman Marcus, Barneys, or other reputable stores. If these vendors can't order the out of stock item it means they"re out of authentic Items and it means Yoox can't either. Yoox buys fake items from China and sells fake items to U.S.

I had many bad experiences with YOOX. I made an order 10 days ago but they have not sent the items out yet. Then finally they contacted me to tell the item is sold out. I could no t believe that it happened to me. I have been waiting for the item for over a week then suddenly it told me the item is sold out. In general, it should be told when I made an order. Then I contacted with CS over the phone but they kept saying it is because of their inventory system. So, there is nothing they can do for it. That's what they said. CS is useless and I asked them to pass this call to Manager, but they are trained not to connect to Manager from the customer call. So, I could not even talk with manager regarding this issue. The other time, I received the item with security device. I think YOOX is such a poor management company and they do not consider the customer well. That's why I received such many bad experiences with. Yoox thinks they provide luxe brand products at cheap prices so, they think we should not complain because we can get luxe products at those prices. Although the prices are attractive, the services are not acceptable. A horrible service.

I used to buy a lot starting in 1999 the customer service were American they were great very helpful and all my complaints were handled professionally and the benefit I deserved the last couple of years between the horrible customer service that don't understand English and hang up on you when you got them committing a scam or trying a bait and switch to the lack of quality in the clothing I remember when you were able to get a used code and then take whatever percentage that was and apply it to already a percentage that they had and you got a great value no more does that exist when you catch him in a bait and switch they give you a ridiculous unprofessional dumb answer that has nothing to do with the problem that you presented to them you can't speak to a supervisor they told me that they're all sleeping now yukes should be ashamed of yourself I don't know how they're still in business they went way downhill if I could give this place minus 10 Stars I would

Honestly so disappointed with Yoox. Used multiple times over the past year but it seems their customer service is not what it was.
Firstly I was charged a totally different amount to what the checkout price showed and I only realised once I checked my bank account. After multiple calls and emails I was told to just send the item back for a full refund as they couldn't honour the price (which I even had a time stamped photo of). I organised the return with the suggested courier. Once I had organised the return Yoox refunded the price discrepancy. I replied to say thanks but I was now returning the item.
After tracking my item I can see it returned to Yoox on 17th after I posted it on the 10th. Well within the returns timeframe. I chased up my return as I had no confirmation. I have now had a message to say they won't be refunding me and are sending the item back without giving a reason. Now obviously no one is replying to my emails. Totally unacceptable customer service. I have no choice but to raise this issue with my credit card company.
To be clear, item was returned in the received condition (I bought mens shoes as a gift so as a woman I've obviously not worn them). Also sent back two days after receiving them as that's when the courier was available to collect them. Even the tissue paper sleeve was still intact for the wrapping.
I would advise to shop on the outnet instead who have excellent customer service. If you do decide to order with Yoox do so with caution and be sure to use pay pal and a good credit card so you are covered.

I was a customer for more than 5 years-high quality products, super fast shipping. My order was placed on November 21 and credit card was charged on November 28. On December 9 I checked the status of the order and it was still getting "prepared". 2 pairs of shoes getting prepared for shipping for 18 days. I requested order to be cancelled and refunded, yoox refused. Order was shipped on December 10th and email message said that "your card is charged today", which is a lie-it was charged on November 28th.
Brokerage part-it was 32% of value of the goods. Ontario HST is 13%. Why am I paying $20 to submit $16 to government? This issue was addressed by many US internet vendors who offer many different shipping /brokerage options and charge way less-Purolator/US Post are the examples.
Quality part-if I want to buy 3rd World made products, I can do it at my local mall. Last few orders more and more (insert East European or Asian country name)-made Italian shirts have been sneaking into my orders. This must be clearly disclosed in the product description, considering premium price asked.
I was surprised to see such a low rating here.

This shopping experience been a nightmare. I ordered one item from Australia I had no idea I got in yoox Australia. Next thing I know they don't ship to my country than I gave them the address to ship it in Australia. They held my item in Hong Kong for no reason. I called DHL, DHL express in Hong Kong in Australia Custoner service in Australia and in Hong Kong at 4 am my location time frustrating and annoying. The customer service is not helpful they are constantly lying. The item is getting shipped back, the item never left the wear house, the item is still in the west house, delays delays we apologise 3 weeks later we are waiting for this item to arrive return to us your credit will be processed 5-7 business days? Waste of time, energy complete nightmare of an experience people in Hong Kong are rudest ever, mean angry and disrespectful. I got nowhere and all I was trying to do is to get my $500 item. This company has no future in customer service. I will never ever shop with them again. Horrible unprofessional and waste of time. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them. Stay away.

His company are absolute RUBBISH. The boots I bought lost the heel tip within an hour of wear and they reassured me I would be reimbursed the cost of repair and a refund of 30% of the cost of the boots. I have spoken to customer care about 7/8 times and each time get someone new who tells me something different. From being told the above to being told I would get 30% of the cost of the repair! 30% of £9! Absolute disgrace. Won't put the call to anyone senior and each person lies to get you off the phone or worse cuts your call off! The cobbler who mended the boots said the quality was appalling anyway! He said don't drive in them don't dance in them don't go out in them and laughed and said in fact just send them back! So after fixing them and yoox have told me they will only refund now the repair I am sending them back but nervous they won't give me the promised refund. The inside sole has also totally rumpled up making them awful to wear. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Worst customer service and quality goods ever.

I noticed a credit card charge on my account that wasn't made by me of $91. Also, tried logging in and my account was completely cancelled and I couldn't log in. I called them and asked what was going on and she responded that "it happens all the time". This is a complete inside job and the people that work there probably scam people for small amounts of stuff all the time. DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM, AS YOUR CREDIT INFO WILL GET STOLEN. The only way an account can be cancelled is if you call them to cancel it. Obviously, it wasn't me.
