Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!

They shipped wrong item, it's a different person every time that replies the e-mails and it takes ages until they reply!
They make you return the item even though it was their mistake!

I placed an order on July 20,2021 still not received it. The customer care is absolutely useless, they keep telling me they cannot find the order in their system. I have sent them the confirmation email I received from Yoox and confirmation of money deducted still no help. Save yourself the torture, Order from anywhere but here.

Bought a dsquared2 hat. It was fake. Contacted customer service. Showed them evidence of it. Ignored me. Just said return it. Worst service and website ever, considering the price you paying for items
I have purchased quite a few things on this site. They used to ship the items nicely - now they come all mumble jumbled in a box and so anything made of leather is completely scratched by the time you get it (or maybe it was scratched when it went into the box and they sold it to me anyway? Either way, not good).
Also, i have done research to see if the brand exists anywhere else on certain items - of course not! It's a yoox brand - therefore, original retail price is completely manufactured.
After playing with the web site for almost a year I decided to buy an Armani blazer. I used to buy them in an outlet when they were on sale and after more than 10 years they are still like brand new and sit on me perfectly. The one I received from yoox today looked like a worn piece of old clothes. It looked nothing like a picture on the web site and is just horrible. Very disappointed. Stay away from this store by all means.
I am buying from YOOX since 2009. It started as a great company. However my last experience with customer service left me shocked and appalled. I bought a silk top which was too large for me. I checked website and found that the smaller size was available, moreover, the price went down + there was 25% more off promotion applied in the cart. And I should have bought it and just simply return the first one. Yet, while going through return process I was literally tricked into exchange naively thinking the difference in price will show up. Nope! It didn't. Neither I could reverse the exchange. My communication with customer care was a nightmare. I was asked to provide proof that the top was on reduced price (luckily I had that), then I was indirectly accused in literally lying. Then I was granted credit for half of what I expected, and finally, even this credit never materialized. I don't know what happened with YOOX, but definitely I will never be comfortable with buying there again.
Bought 5 items from them. One of the item is on clearance and was marked "no return".
However, the product was a total wrinkled mess when I received them. I called up customer service and request to return the product, since I am buying a clearance "new product", not something out of a second hand shop. (honestly, the product is worse than stuff I've seen in thrifty shop...) The customer service staff just cite company policy and refuse to grant return even with the condition of the product. Anyhow, they just lost many customers including myself, my sisters and many other people that I am going share my experience with.
Same problem as another reviewer earlier a month ago in this sit. I shopped with them for over 6 years. I keep some, I return some. They say returns are no problem. Apparently they are - didn't receive an order recently, and had not problem with credit card and received "order acceptance" email. Product never came - so I called. I was just told they cancelled my order because "loss prevention determined I return too much" so they won't let me order anymore. No contact with me, no emails - I have to chase them to figure it out. No one to discuss it with. Something has happened to YOOX - and it isn't good.
Ok my rating is geared toward the customer service. In the past I've order items and have been satisfied with the products I've ordered, but for the first time ever I received a blouse with a nasty stain that appeared to be grease. I did not want to go thru returning so they said we will take 15%, I said 20% would satisfy me so I could get clean. They replied with no... I actually thought that was petty, inconsiderate, and not worth the challenge to a customer. I told them I will get that 5% back by not telling others about them... now satisfied!

I ordered some products from Yoox in December 2014, and returned some of them. All this returned products have been accepted by YOOX in the beginning of January 2015. Now, about 25 days have passed, but I still don't get my refunds. I have sent many e-mails to enquire my refunds, and they didn't work:-(

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Yoox.com while visiting family at overseas during my husband's deployment, trusting my order would be filled correctly and never worried about return policy. I just came back to the US and saw that one of the shoes are the incorrect size shoe according to US sizing. Immediately contacted to customer service. They don't accept returns or doesn't even apologize for their mistake. So unhappy and disappointed with my shopping experience. I'll take my business to somewhere else. They don't own their mistakes or accept returns. First and last shopping experience. I should have listened the bad reviews. Don't make the same mistake I did and shop from this company. Very bad customer service.
Still waiting for a refund after 6 weeks. Contacted customer service via email and no reply. Phones customer service and believe you me she was a rude cow. Will not buy from this site again, be careful
I just took advantage of their Sale! Got a Balenciaga Shirt for nearly half off. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the packaging was a bit trashed. I buy a lot of stuff online from designer outlets like Yoox, and their packaging is really disappointing. I want luxury start to finish!
I called the customer care line for Armani Exchange and these jokes over at Yoox can't get anything right! I verified they had the correct address after calling again to make sure since the first person couldn't understand. Two weeks later I get yet another notice from UPS that the package is being returned to the sender. I called to ask why and they could not explain. I again told them the correct address and the rep hung up! I got through to another rep and received an update with the wrong address! They must not know how to punch in numbers on a keyboard. At this point I'm thinking they are either a scam or doing this on purpose!
One time, I bought a luxury bag from YOOX, it took very long time to arrive and came even without a brand dust bag. The worst part is crystal on the bag was missing plus a 2.5 cm scratch on the leather. Guess what, they only agree to refund $5 for it. What an insult! I believe if I buy it from the official website, I will be treated as a VIP and will be replaced or repaired without a doubt.
Another time, the goods NEVER arrived and I paid $60 for the loss of exchange rate for nothing.
Lesson and learn. Definitely don't buy from them anymore.
I was skeptical at first after reading all the negative comments. But I went ahead to place an order in January. The item arrived within a week to California via UPS. I have since made three other purchases and all arrived within a week. It is true that we need to do some research to understand the different brand sizes, Italian/France/US clothing sizes etc. You can't beat the price and quality that the store offers.
A zero would be more more fitting,their customer service is horrendous. Contacted Alaa from from yoox not only did they send wrong sizes and I measured the items and sent them their measurement which corresponds to two sizes smaller such a scam. They also keep forgetting items from my shipment twice the same item! I have yet to resolve my refund, I have yet to have any sort of resolution for 1) missing items twice 2) wrong sizes with correct size staples on! Such a scam I can't believe yoox Italian let such people take charge of their customer service. It's been weeks and I email them every few days and no response!

I've bought nine different items in the last three months and have had no problems whatsoever. I returned two items, one was too small and the other was a different color to the description on the website. In both cases the money was returned to my bank account via PayPal so the returns worked great. The other seven items were good value. You can track the orders and returns on ups and yoox websites so there really is nothing to improve. Many people have complained but yoox has to be strict about returns otherwise they would never know the financial position of the company. Also if you make an exception for one person you'd have to make the same exception for everyone. Amazing service considering they are in Italy and I'm in the UK.
Items are misrepresented and advertised, incorrectly. Merchandise is sent in crushed and torn boxes, placed haphazardly in shipping crates without any padding and unsecured. I purchased final sale boots in which the sizing was not advertised correctly or accurately, sent in a crushed and cut up box, and placed, unsecured, in a large shipping crate which caused the boots to fall out of their box and arrive strewn about in the shipping crate. When I addressed this with customer service I was told it wasn't their problem and they were not taking responsibility, that according to their "investigation" the item was as pictured and described, which was absolutely false. Made no mention of the condition of the box or how the item was shipped, for which I provided pictures. What an awful company and shopping experience. Waste of money.

I am so surprised to read bad reviews. I've used Yoox for two years now and not only you can buy the top deigned cloths for the fraction of the price but the customer service is incredible! My favorite site by far and I am very picky
My experience with Yoox has been hit and miss. Lately, I've had more misses than hits. The site recommends my sizes in shoes and clothing after plugging in measurements and comparing them to various brands. Yet, they can't seem to get the sizing right. Many of the items were small even though I ordered a size 6 and I am a 4-6 at best. I even wear a size 2 in certain brands.
On occasion, Yoox seems to misrepresent colors. For instance, I recently ordered a pair of "red" shoes. The only problem is... the shoes are not red. They may look sort of red in the photo, but they are not red in real life... And... they are not returnable. Oh well. Buyer beware.
Spent $250+ on a pair of 8 by Yoox leather boots and the rubber fell off the bottom of the heel…. One heel broke in half… then the OTHER heel broke in half two weeks after…. All within the first 3 months of wearing. Told customer service and they said "oh well". Didn't help at all. Then I took it to a shoe repair shop and they said the heel was made without any structural integrity — no metal, no reenforcement, just plastic covered in leather. For $250+ that is ridiculous.
I know what you are thinking - you found a good deal and you want your cheap item so much. Maybe your experience won't be the same as the others. Well, you're wrong. Yoox will deceive you. Your items will be the wrong size, DAMAGED and filthy. It's trift shop quality, despite how the images look like on their website. Stay away!
I have been a devoted customer of YOOX for almost 10 years. They were often charging returns of wrong or damaged items, which they should not have been doing. But it was a minor nuisance comparing to the deals and general reliability of returns. But what they started doing lately is outrageous!
When you purchase an item, which can be returned, after the purchase they change the status to "non-returnable" as they will! I suspect that it may be another bug of their website which often lists unavailable items, and prevents buying items in fact available (purchasable the other day). It may be just a bug of their database cache. But their reaction and unwillingness to solve the problem and hold a responsibility puts them directly in the category "FRAUD".
