Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!
1. Ordered plain black shirt, got poker dot one instead.
2. Only got confirmed shipment 3 days after i clicked pay online all the while silent.
3. Customer care said it takes 3 weeks to figure out what went wrong to get correct plain black shirt, so i will go for return and refund because it still takes one week less.
Like some other comment, i would give a zero star if i could. Seriously YOOX, you should just close down and not be in business. You have no place in the online shopping world. RIP.
After ten years of shopping at Yoox.com I was banned without any advance notice for "unusual use of return and refund policy". Customer service explained that I ran afoul of some undisclosed internal business metric applied by Yoox. Alas, Good bye Yoox, Hello Farfetch

I am very much satisfied with my purchases from YOOX. I worked most of my life in the fashion industry and I find great buys there. I don't always purchase the most popular big names in the US.
I love low key unknown designer fashion and Italian quality. My favorite site to shop. Ordered my 3 month old grandson a nice made in Italy suit.
My daughter loved it and asked where's is he going with that suit on. I said on a date with his nonnina.
My 18 yr olds closet is full of clothing from YOOX. He's ready for school. I'm a real person if I were not satisfied I would let them have it. My experiences were all good. I returned some items back in 2019 and had no problem getting a refund.

Products received were not as described and overall poor. They deduct shipping fee plus 85% tax on an item when I returned using my own money? Do not purchase from these people. They also own net a porter.
Hated doing business with them. Never again. Make sure before you buy something, because if you have to return it they'll keep a considerable amount of money from the total purchase amount. I paid $128.63 for an item and got refunded for just 110.66. That's ridiculous!
It seems like they don't give the... because the site's review rate is just 2 stars and they continue to piss off customers. "Great" customer service.:-(
I've purchased unlimited number of clothing from yoox, and always go back to purchase perfect flat sandals for summer, which are all of superb quality! I am very happy with this site for their designer selection & every day sales. There was one time whee I had to return leather pumps cause they were defective & had scratches on both. I returned without problems! I love the variety they have unlike American site, it's unique, affordable and the site always has great sales! Thank u!
After making my purchase, I discovered several websites with reviews that were very concerning. I had no need to worry.
My purchase (nike trainers) turned up as expected, a day early actually, in perfect condition etc.
I'm buying from the UK and I think the company is mostly based in Italy so delivery took a few days but I was happy.
I haven't needed to return anything or contact customer services since my order was correct.

I felt compelled to write a review after I saw all the negative reviews on this site. Yoox is hands down my favorite retail company. I have been with them since 2004 and had nothing but excellent experience. All their items are authentic, amazing quality, made in Italy. You can get unique designer clothes and accessories for a fraction of a price. Everything arrives quickly, nicely packaged. If something doesn't fit, I just pop it in the box it arrived in, fix the attached return label, and off it goes. I get a refund in a few days.
I truly think that the majority of the negative reviews are fake!
They sell defective, worn items on under all sales final policy in order not to issue a refund. I have found censors, receipts, tissues inside of pockets.
I am going to file a recall report.

I've only placed one order with Yoox and the whole experience has been so distressing.
I'm disabled with limited mobility issues, I work from home and can't easily just pop out without assistance. I was disappointed to discover that I had paid for home delivery and the parcel was without warning delivered to a collection point.
I don't live anywhere near this collection point and it's on a hill which means there's no way I can physically collect it. I also paid for home delivery for exactly this reason.
Their answer? "Sorry to hear this, your parcel is ready to collect from XXX" in EVERY email. The parcel has been there for weeks, so the shop isn't rushing to return it, meaning I've just lost my money.
How patronising and discriminatory towards disabled customers, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
Bought items, some of them were not in the box, was told that it will be resolved within 8 days with UPS. 3 months later still nothing. Like broken record - we are investigating and come back to you asap. Give my money back and you can investigate as long as you like

I've read through most of the comments on here and I call BULL$#*!! Clearly fake reviews by rival companies, is Yoox perfect... no it's not, but it comes pretty close. I've had one bad experience with them (ordered a dress that had deodorant marks on it, complained and got sorted... job done) other than that my experience with them has been excellent! You order and within a few days you have your garment... done deal! The idea that their stuff is fake is Nonsense! Please use common sense when reading some of these reviews, some of them are just flights of fantasy.
I had 3 different incidents with returns where Yoox does not process some of the returns in the order and since it has happened to me 3 times now, I am sure that at this point there's either people at the warehouse who steal your returns and don't process it, or the company intentionally does this hoping that you won't notice. The last item that they did not refund me for is the most expensive dress in the order for $297. All the dresses I returned had tags attached and I only kept one dress, so I got 5/7 refunds instead of 6/7. Please document by video at the post office when you have to return your stuff back for a refund. They are unbelievable. I won't risk buying anything from them again.
I have been a customer of Yoox for several years but since I moved to Italy I started buying more from them. At first they were very prompt and when I returned a couple of items (some were damaged, some sizes were too big or to small, etc.) the reimbursed my money in two weeks tops. Now, I am starting to think that I should make formal complaints to the police, or any other public authority that deals in consumer right protection. There are more than 7 orders they should reimburse me for, dating from two months ago! I have wrote them 8 massages so far, and I spoke with them on the phone (after trying several times to catch an open line) and they assured me they will take care of the problem. It has been weeks since then with no result!

Every time I buy something from them, the item is either too small or the fabric feels so cheap. There are brands I have never heard off. If you Google those brands, it looks like only yoox carries them which makes me nervous about buying them.
Took money from my account and said that the transaction had failed. Emailed over 10 times with no reply, even then after calling to have this chased up, no reply. I'm now out of pocket due to them taking payment and not shipping my product.
A substantial amount of money from a refund has failed to arrive in my account and after a week of complaining I am getting absolutely nowhere. All I get is "someone will get back to you" but no idea when. I have asked repeatedly for the transaction ID so it can be investigated from the other side but no response to that either. I'll never trust them again.
Something has happened to this company they always used to have good stock from big brands on there site at very good prices. Over the last 2 years I have noticed stock is not so good anymore, the quality is shabby and the brands are really standard now. The pricing is very high on most items even sometimes more higher than retail from other shops. YOOX has gone wrong somewhere and it's a shame as YOOX use to be a good, interesting and fun place to shop where you could grab yourself a stunning big branded bargain. Now it's a dive with rubbish and shabby stock how sad!
I bought Balmain boots from this company and I believe that they are fake. First of all the box looked damaged with paint coming off. Shoes were just stacked with some paper and the insole off one shoe came off completely before me even trying them in ( after I removed a paper inside the boot). It was ugly glue marks on that insole and a pen mark. I have high doubts that It's authentic Balmain. Don't want to bother returning them but next time I won't believe that they sell authentic items.

First order with YOOX. Charged on 9 July - currently 20 Aug. Failed to deliver. Was supposed to go to collection point, twice advised it would arrive that day, twice failed to do so. YOOX did nothing to resolve. Kept waiting on phone ages by UPS having failed to get response through other routes, having to pay for call; could not resolve either. UPS & YOOX advise collection point refused delivery. Asked for refund several times - no response. Appalling - avoid YOOX like plague.

Not sure how people are getting bad service from this site! You need to read notes about product. I never had problem with return, but one of my friend loose her membership because her returns ratio was too high. It is reasonable since shipping and returns are free. I use this site for over 7 years and, yes, customer service got worse since that time, but I use crevice on very rare occasions since all my purchases and returns are moving very smooth.
I placed my order on September 2. It's been 23 days and my order is still in preparation. I've been contacting customer service no one seems to know what's happening with my order. I even called but operator doesn't know anything either. Despite all my emails and inquiries no one is helping me. It's almost a month! Yoox that is very unprofessional.
My credit card details were stolen and someone made an expensive purchase on this website. I emailed the company asking for help and they replied asking me to send some more details about the purchase. After doing so and sending more emails requesting a response, I never heard from them again.
Thankfully, the bank took care of it.
