Boots that I have ordered were too big so I tried to make a return/exchange ever since than. It passed three months already and they keep saying exact same thing. "Please wait, department is working on your case". Nothing is happening, and nothing will happen. Not answering on emails, given phone numbers are incorrect etc. I have never ever had problems with online shopping. At least till I met with Yoox. Disaster!

After long negotiations to return the defective product, the company just disappeared and no longer answers my e-mail.

I understand many items sold on the site are from all over the world. That being said I don't expect American speed shipping. Most importantly the clothing and prices are pretty good. Returns are easy. I don't shop on other sites as much anymore.

I am shocked, i wrote them several time they even don't want to answer me. At last when they answered they even didn't say sorry it's our mistake, they only wrote me that i must pay money send back, they can't change. They are standard robbers.
I was a Yoox.com customer since 2009.
Their policy is buy stuff, if you don't like it, return it. After several years, they said sorry you can not shop with us anymore because you return too much.
Few times they sent me wrong items and few times I received damaged and defected items which anyhow should be returned.
The last email I received from Yoox.com was "YOOX reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise or any future orders when a customer has carried out an excessive number of returns beginning from the date of the first return"
This is not normal! This is not fair! This is a violation!
I received damaged dress and they just ignored my emails where I was asking to offer the solution to the problem. The dress was bought on final sale, but it doesn't not mean that customers have to accept items that are not in wearable condition! I paid $99.00 for that garbage.
I bought a Fendi dress from this place which looked like a fake. I compared it to my authentic Fendi clothes and scratched my head, wondering why Fendi would have such poor workmanship. Only then I realized that it may not be authentic. I'll stay clear from this website in future. They ship from Hong Kong and packaging was horrendous.
I almost didn't order from this company after reading the reviews but I had 3 pairs of shoes picked out that I really wanted and only totalled $100 so I figured I'd take the risk. First off the deals are amazing, I thought it was a scam at 1st. I figured the shipping time would be long based on other reviews but was in no rush so it didn't really matter. Well my order was shipped within a few days so I was pleasantly surprised! I received it a few days after it was shipped and everything was 100% accurate. Again I was pleasantly surprised and so happy I decided to order. I can't speak for others but my personal experience with ordering from yoox was great in every way! No complaints! And I got 3 pairs of hard to find vans for dirt cheap! LOVE IT!

Placed several orders in the past with no issue. However, placed an order yesterday and the address defaulted to an old address in another state which I had previously deleted. When I called customer service, they were extremely rude, unhelpful and told me it was my fault. They were unwilling to update the address for me, despite the order not even being processed yet, and refused to cancel it and place a new order to the correct address. Their only advice was cancel the order then you can keep looking at the website to see if the item comes back into stock'. Left such a bad taste in my mouth, the manager I spoke to was patronizing and unkind. I will never be shopping here again.
I returned an item after organising DHL and all that goes with it only to find that the item came back to me again and I was waiting and chasing up a refund numerous times. Then I was asked to return the item again before they even considered a refund back into my account. I will never buy from this Company again...can barely understand their operators...do not admit their mistakes and do not care about Customer service...a big waste of my time for ordinary products.

BEWARE - This internet retailer has been practicing a fraudulent sales tax application and proven to be an extremely unresponsive when confronted with this issue. We've tried contacting them via Customer Service website, Twitter, phone, etc...
They've been avoiding completely all questions directed toward their practices of applying sales taxes to sales outside of their home state, where the actual warehouses are located. It's stupid to ignore those questions in the era of Twitter.
Wanted a cross body bag... Got shipped a backpack. Wanted to return it but was told... No return. Customer service said they never had such an item even though I had the invoice and item #. Great service... Surprised that they are associated with Net A Porter... Which is a class act... I guess
I love the items on this site, pricing could be better at times, and the refund process is slow as a sloth. Yoox.com could be the best reseller discount site but these issue rated a MeH!, but the selections got them to the four star mark. Those shopping with Yoox needs to write to them with every order, and demand better service for the prices charged. Automate the return process and give me my refund faster (as I have more shopping to do). Other than that I like what yoox.com offers and I use the web site as a reference point when shopping.
I have purchased from Yoox 5 times and I had 1 return. 3 of the 5 were Giuseppe Zanotti shoes which i kept. The other 2 were made in Italy. All were amazing quality. The customer service I experienced recently for my 1 return was stellar. I called and they logged my return of which I received my email confirmation immediately. I sent it back and my money was returned 2 days after my return was accepted. I will say that their contact us feature seems inconsistent. Thus call them instead.
These people are scammers & just rip you off by sending out complete garbage items & then when you send them back, they just say that you haven't returned them correctly, that the documentation is incorrect. Avoid like the plague.

I bought a leather jacket for my partner for Christmas with holiday delivery guarantee 2 weeks before Christmas. The jacket never arrived and now is 27/01/22 and when l contacted them to complain the only thing l heard was that my item don't have the holiday guarantee which is bull$#*! as it was all over the website that any item purchased before 15/12/21 have the deliver guarantee. I had a stressful time as the item never got delivered and had absolutely nothing to give to my partner on Christmas day.

I ordered three items in the last few weeks. The first was a polo shirt that didn't fit correctly, returned for a refund. The second item was a cardigan and they sent the entirely wrong item, returned for a refund. I haven't received the third item yet, black ankle boots, and I'm hoping they send the right item and right size. Even if they do, I won't be spending any more money here. Shipping takes too long and they charge you to ship your returns back despite the return being their fault. I have written and called with no response. Not sure if I'll even receive my money back. I may have dispute the charges with my bank. All this trouble for nothing.

Love this Italian made site! I mainly purchase my coats/jackets camisole tops & leggings from Yoox.com because of their uniqueness. Their cuts and fabrics are nothing like you would find anywhere else and they all arrive and appear untouched and in mint condition. Plus there are no dilemmas when returning (sizing are at times an issue) so all these negative reviews comes at a surprise. Judging by the craftsmanship and the feel of the fabrics, they're definately not counterfeit. Doing a little reading into YOOX, an order is placed with them every 11 secs and they've even had to employ robotic means to deal with the sheer amount of distribution. -This speaks volumes! So I wouldnt be put off by the negativity on here until you try yourself!
Three years purchasing great designer items at this amazing website. No issues with refunds or returns, always very easy! While I believe some customers may have had some bad experiences with customer service (happens in every large company!) don't believe their products are fake, if you do a simple google search, you will find news stories about this reputable company and if it wasn't, why do you think Net A Porter just bought! Do some research before falling to the hype of a few unhappy customers!
Few years ago they started charging for "local charges and duties" which is nonrefundable. It's about 30% of the purchase amount.
So, I recently paid $54 "local charges and duties" on $177 order to Canada.
When I contacted local customs, they advised that customs duties for my order would be like $12
Also we have 5% local taxes on goods, but it's refundable if you return the merchandise
So, YOOX simply put my $40 in their pocket. Their customer services could not reasonably explain why they do it.
This seems like a scam to me, therefore I do not recommend buying from this company and will close my own account with them.
I'm a regular shopper (wish I weren't so regular) and had no problems with them whatsoever. I've had quite a bit of returns lately and they all went smoothly. Good bargains, quick delivery most of the time, easy and free returns. The site is enormous though so you have to develop a system to search plus it's worth waiting for extra offers and a discount on discounts :) I even ordered some fragile household items and everything was OK. As far as fakes are concerned, you can always contact manufacturers and ask them if they sell their stuff on yoox as well. I compared Dr. Martens' shoes I ordered from yoox to those in an actual shop and they were the same. This is the European site, maybe there are more problems elsewhere.
I been a client for 14 years now...made countless purchases for myslef and my family. Quality of clothes is always super and top brands. Of course it all depend how you take care of the clothes they last long time. Occasionally, I received some items by error but not a big deal I returned them. I always leave exchanges are money yoox and buy something else I need. I never had any single issue with company. It seems like people do not get that it takes a while for clothes to arrive since they shipped from Europe. So 2-3 weeks is normal. They always come - very happy with the site and service.

I've been order from yoox used multiple account to get the 1st order promo code that they gave. But as soon as I placed the orders, it keep cancelled, and need to verify my credit card, and soon after that, my order still got cancelled, by contacting yoox, I've been told that they will not accept my order and showing somehow my email related to somebody else profile. This is totally crazy. Im believe that I got banned from mistake of someone else, so I hope yoox can lift this. Thank you
I've shopped Yoox for years to get my designer goods outside of the January/July sale seasons. Is there customer service great? No. Is the $6.95 restocking fee unreasonable? Probably, and I HATE using it. But, they offer high end pieces for good prices. The trick is to know how the designers you like fit you, and the original price point so you can make a good comparison. Honestly, they don't do the best job at determining their original 1/2 off price. I just purchased a pair of Givenchy jeans at their ~50% for $350, except that those jeans would have started actually at $1.2k. On the reverse end, I saw a Raf Simons t-shirt listed at almost double retail. So, know your stuff. As far as sizing, am I concerned that a 33 might be a little tight (I wear a 34 from them, but only a 33 was available) and I'll have to absorb the $6.95 restocking? Yeah... but it's worth the gamble. And taking the train to Barneys will be almost $6 round trip anyhow... and I can only shop there during sale...
The boots I ordered from Yoox are clearly fake. First off, they were listed as the complete wrong size by Yoox - two sizes too small. They retail for $350 and are a well known brand, yet they are covered in blemishes, wrinkles, and the rubber sole has huge bubbles and pock marks. They have strings where tags would be attached, but no tags. I wanted to resell them but would not be comfortable selling something that looks so bad. Customer service was not good either, I will never buy from them again and am telling everyone this is a scam! They even have the nerve to charge me for the return.
My goods failed to arrive over 3 weeks ago and for which no signature was secured. I was told it would require an investigation taking up to 8 days despite UPS calling me quickly, recognising the error and saying they were surprised I hadn't been refunded already. Every email gets variations of an ongoing 'investigation' by a different department. I can only assume they think I will eventually go away and they can keep my money.
