Recently I purchased the Klappbarer Transparenter Regenschirm and, unfortunately, after only a few uses (fewer than 10 times), it no longer functions properly. The umbrella struggles to fully open or close, which is very disappointing given its initial quality. I expected better durability from this product.

Today approximately 12 noon a representative from Zara appears to be racially abusive towards my family and I during our time here in the Virginia location. My daughters were treated with disrespect from this representative. I have my receipt that shows her identification number. I would like for corporate customer service with Zara to please reach out to Mrs. Sophia. Please please please

This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.

If i can i will give -10stars, sending a return items with a new order, this is not professional at all, and when complaining, you just offer a replacement that it will be delivered 4-5 days, and i need to go to drop off [point to do the return of the return item that you included in my package! No costumer service, no professional package check, nothing was given from ZARA to satisfy the costumer! So disappointed, wont redemand your services to anyone, you just spoil my day and time, i was planning to gift that package, But Surprise! It is open and used already.Ive never expexted this from a brand Like Zara. FLOP

Zara has the worst customer service. I placed an order worth USD100 and the order was not delivered to me. I made 5 calls, still they refused to resolve the issue with refund or replacement for the order. I was a customer spending average USD150-200 on Zara clothing each month, now I must stop and switch.
Please don't get your money stuck with them.

The worst company ever! The customer service representatives are so rude. The warehouse people are nothing but thieves; when you returned items, they claimed that they only received one.

It is completely impossible to speak with anyone at Zara's, spoke on line 6 times and not one person could resolve a very simple matter - incredulous! Meantime I am without my order ( which apparently does not exist And the money from my account which I checked with my bank has been taken although Zara seem to think it hasn't. It is impossible to speak with anyone ridiculous I will not shop online with Zara ever again.

I purchased a large order of children's clothing online. I live in a state where there is no brick and mortar store. It took a few days for my order to arrive. We tried on the clothing and some of the items did not work. I went today to return them only to have the website. Tell me that I was past the 30 day window. I have come to find out that I am past, the date in which Zara shipped the clothes, but I am still within my 30 days of receiving the clothes. I called the company to see about how I go about this return as I am still within 30 days of receiving the clothes and just one day past the third day mark of the clothes being shipped. I was told by a very unhelpful customer service representative that there was nothing that he could do and that he had no supervisor to contact or way to make an exception. I reached out via the chat and communicated with a different customer service representative who was more And processed a request. I have just received an email saying they will not make an exception and that I am just sorely out of luck. I have never had such a revolting customer service experience. I have been a loyal Zara shopper But they will lose a customer because apparently they do not value customer service in the least. I have never had a more inflexible retail situation. I would strongly caution you not to order Their quality has suffered in the last several years, and there are several items that you may need to return and with such an inflexible return policy that may be now impossible. I am greatly disappointed, and they have lost my money, loyalty, and good opinion of their company.

Worst customer service ever! For a world wide company, worst ive ever experienced.
Questions never get read, repeat myself million times. Responses that dont even make sense! I just have had enough!
Made an order with 2 of the same items in different sizes. Both prices are different.
They keep telling me that the price can change at any time? How does that make any sense! Disgusting customer services.
On top of that. It takes them forever to respond and you are lucky if they do!

I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart.
What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans.
I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good.
So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.

Zara have become a disgusting JOKE and I will NEVER buy anything from them EVER again
I returned a dress one dress to be emailed that some of my items were returned not in a perfect state
Absolute lies. And they refer to more than one item
There is no REAL way of contacting ZARA as they have become totally uncontactable apart from their ridiculous watts app complete waste of time service or social media.
They will not show me how this ONE dress was returned only to say it wasn't perfect
I know it was as all my returns have been. I contacted them vire their ridiculous watts app to be told the same lies. I've asked them show me? And why are you referring to items?

They are an absolute disgrace
I was a very good loyal customer but I will NEVER SET FOOT nor will I EVER purchase anything ever again

I received a dress i order one week ago it is damaged, in a bad condition, and am not able to wear it all it is almost worn and washed several times, the quality of the dress is zero. I dont recommend anyone to buy from this brand anymore. Due to sending bad, damaged and inconvenient dresses.

Zara's customer service agents are very curt. However in my experience, they will eventually get things done if you hassle them for long enough. Their products are good quality - which is an expectation of mine, given the price. If you're hesitant about purchasing, don't. They make returns and replacements arduous.

We purchased some boots for our daughter this Christmas in late November. Christmas day she opened the box, but the boots were too small. Size 6 is what she has always worn. We called Zara right after Christmas to exchange for the next size up. They would not ever consider it since it was over 30 days barely but over 30. We are stuck with poorly sized boots which I now read in reviews is quite common with Zara along with their terrible return policy. Who would ever buy a gift from this miserable establishment. Seems they just don't care. Well, there is one family that will never purchase anything from these rascals again.

Tip for consumers:
If you are buying a gift, please note the 30 max return policy. We went just past that for a Christmas gift. Boots that were under sized. They would not exchange for the next size up. Seems from reading other reviews that the sizes are often off at Zara.

This was my first time, I have ever shopped from Zara,, bad experience,, totally most exceedingly terrible quality,, I purchased shoes of Rs. 2500, a 10 days prior however it got torn from one side the shoes foam get isolated from shoes sole.and simply bear just 4-6 times. What's more, I can't make trade and return now. The name Zara is high however they don't offer such high caliber.

I am in the line for a long time second floor valley fare mall San Jose. Out of three different locations registers only one open and out of three only one person present. Should be nine persons in 3 areas. They gave it close just look good fir show but nit serving customers.

I purchased a pair of pants in late May 2022 and I did not like it, therefore, I returned it immediately, of course with the tag. Zara notified me that they refuse to accept the return and sent it back in early July. This was a very unexpected situation because I have been waiting for a long long time to get the refund! I called Zara 3 times in the last 2 weeks. There have been no updates until now! Also, all three customer service agents I spoke to sound reluctant to care about my problem at all. They sound tired or sleepy which is very unprofessional. I would never buy anything from Zara from now on. I recommend you to find elsewhere to buy fashion products.

If you are going to shop at Zara, do it in person. Every online order I've placed has encountered major issues and delays, resulting in huge headaches. Their customer service is AWFUL and give you the same lines over and over without offering any actual support or helpful information. It's been 16 days and I still don't have my most recent order -- and I don't even know where it is. The tracking on it stopped updating last week. No answers from Zara.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid ordering anything online at Zara. If you absolutely must, expect a 2-3 week deliver time (if the order arrives at all!)

I placed an order for a shirt and a pair of shoes that was stolen off of my front porch. While trying to file a claim, Zara continued to show me how careless and unsupportive they're during this process. All they care about is their money and not the customers satisfaction. I sent them pictures of someone stealing the package and still have not received a refund or a replacement. I will never shop here ever again! Customer service was very displeasing.

No quality found these days with Zara, everything brakes in first day or even hour.

You put your new shoes and until you'll get bus stop they are broken already, you took blouse from zara and you give more samples of disaster.

Thats very shame about Zara as nice clothing, but for to short wear.

Affordable clothes in different styles. I bought two jackets, material isn't all that great but for $40, you can't go wrong. Shipping is fast, returns are easy. Great selection of items. Browsing could be better. Zara's website looks like it was designed to view like a magazine or a photography website, rather than a clothing website.

Yesterday I drove 20 minutes to make a return and because their system wasn't updating, I was unable to return the clothes. I bought the clothes online 4 days ago! I asked the manager if they are going to pay for the interest my credit card is incurring while I wait for their systems to update my order.
Today I called Customer Service and spoke to some lazy rep who couldn't transfer me to Supervisor nor provide me with FREE shipping label. No, I have to pay to return the clothes.
So my time wasn't valuable? The wasted gas to drive to the store? The $600 worth of clothes I just bought is ALL going back. Never will I shop at ZARA.

Bad policies, antiquated systems make this retail giant a FLOP
