I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.

“You never get your money back”

This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.

I m Zara's regular customer and do shopping a lot at Zara for myself and my family.i was in London today so I thought why not go and have a look in Zara,so I went Zara (Oxford street) and it was Very disappointed and insulted visit for me.i picked some shirts and mean while I noticed that security guy is keeping eye on me first i thought it just my assumption,so ignored him and keep looking the stuffs.i picked some nice shirts but unfortunately when i saw long que for the try room I dropped the idea to try and went to the nearest mirror and tried one of the shirt on my top to get an idea of the style n size but unfortunately it was look too big on me so i hanged back the shirts and walk to the exist.by the time i noticed that same security guy was still following me and when i was just to exist the store the other security guy who was standing near the door asked that security guy in sign language by pointing toward the customer in front of him so I turned back and I saw that he was pointing finger towards me it was so insulting that I can't imagine it.i was very upset and angry that I straight away pointed him that you are following me and now you are pointing finger towards me like I m a thief or something and he was like it's my job and you can't say this to me I was very angry and I left the store.Zara is a big name brand and if there security treat the customer like that it's very disrespectful.he don't even apologised.I m so shocked and upset that it ruined not only my mood even it upset my whole day I went back to my husband office and I told him.he asked me to go back store with him and we will talk to the store manager but I was so disturbed with all that I said no as I don't want to see that guy again who had no respect for customers.

Bestel hier NOOIT meer.
Mijn dochter koopt online een t-shirt en deze komt kapot aan. Na contact op de chat zouden ze een nieuwe opsturen, per direct. Ik kreeg een retourlabel en heb het kapotte shirtje direct retour gestuurd. Na een week vraagt mijn dochter, waar blijft mijn shirtje? Dus ik neem weer contact op met de klantenservice, daar wordt mij dood leuk verteld dat ik een refund krijg en dat ik het shirtje maar opnieuw moet bestellen en dus €4 verzendkosten moet gaan betalen. Sorry hoor maar voor mij is dit de omgekeerde wereld... nooit meer!

Reps that are nasty. A truly horrible experience overall. Purchased a couple things. They refused to issue a refund after delivering to the wrong address. Horrible, rude attitude over the phone. Refused to return my calls for days.

My order wasn't delivered. I contacted store and the department that facilitates missing packages and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I have proof of it not being delivered. My property is surrounded by security cameras and the footage shows no delivery. This is theft and going against my consumers rights. I will pressing charges.the package held a 280$ value

Do not shop here. Items are cheaply made with rough seams and no lining. Tried on an item and then returned it when I didn't like the quality of the material. Tag still on. Never worn. Sent back for return and they sent back to me saying it was an unsuitable condition and cannot be returned. This is the way I received it. It was poor quality. Just very sad return policy. Horrible customer service. Only order if you are willing to take a chance on getting a subpar product, cheaply made, with uneven and rough seams, and if you don't like it, you cannot return it.
I'm never been treated so poorly by Customer Service. Will never order from here again. Save your money or spend it somewhere else. They just lost a lifetime customer over a $50 return.
Now I am stuck with a cheaply made dress that I will never wear.

Very difficult to talk to a person. I have items ordered and said delivered but not to my address. Need help to locate where they drop my package no help. When the company so big customer services is not important to them.

I love Zara but not anymore. I normally buy in store, but this time I decided to do an online order. I returned two items for the 3.95 shipping fee. The items were only tried on once. They were returned with all the tags. Zara indicated that one of the items was previously worn which it was not. I reached out to customer service, and they stood by not allowing the return and shipped it back to me. So now I'm out an extra $3.95 for the return shipping and an ugly ill fitting shirt. I will never purchase anything from Zara online again. If you are going to purchase anything from Zara I only recommend doing so in person so you can try on the items there. Then you won't get stuck with an item you don't want. Hop on over to check out the reviews on Zara's Facebook page. 99% of the customer reviews are a 1 star.

Tip for consumers:
Do not order anything online. You have to pay a 395 fee to return the item and most likely they will reject it has worn since you tried it on.

I ordered a dress from Zara that arrived without a belt that should have been part of it. The dress did not fit so I returned it immediately with a note saying it was too large and arrived without the belt. They say I have worn the dress, which I have NOT, and that I should have contacted customer service to let them know there was no belt. Nowhere does it give instructions as to what to do when item arrives missing parts! Returning it promptly with a note of explanation should be enough! Called three times, one of which I was hung up on. Others say they will pass it along…then get the email saying no refund. This is ridiculous and I will never order from Zara again! Buyer beware!

Worst retail customer service I have ever experienced. Don't shop here, and don't trust them. I returned something by mail to there warehouse and they never refunded me even though the return tracking number showed successfully delivered.

The man who answers the phone is really great, very polite. He tries to help you, and is very professional. The women on website's chat are cold, and rude. I was also ignored for over 15 minutes by "Gema". She lied about my item return options, and was insanely rude. Stephanie, was equally cold, and unpleasant but less dismissive then Gema. I don't understand people who are paid to do a job, and feel they can be so unpleasant to paying clients.

Tip for consumers:
The people on the website's chat are seeing rude, I suggest calling the main number the guy is really nice.

Quality is not that great. I ordered a bunch of cotton t shirts that showed up so paper thin. 2 were decent quality. The other 4 were not worth half the price I paid... I returned 4 out of 6. Returns are not free. I'm out 20$ in ship,return ship, and tax not refunded just for placing an order. However, I do applaud the fact they ship in paper without plastic bags. Probably won't order from them again.

Tip for consumers:
Not the best quality and everything is over price in general. I do Love the fact they send in paper with no plastic.

How can a company think what they did was a misunderstanding. I hope this company gets the back lash they deserve to the point that all stores close. Kids are dieing in Gaza and they want to make money off of it. My family is never allowed to go back into this store EVER.

Do not go to any of theor stores ever. They are the Evil corporation that doesn't care about you or anything you do

A month ago, i ordered 3 pairs of jeans. All size 4, but one fit like it was a 0. I returned them two weeks later, but i realized that i had to cancel my card eventually because i was moving out of the country. I talked to a customer representative and she was helpful! She began the refund process before i had to cancel my card. Even though the sizes were inconsistent, customer service made up for it. Would've been 2-3 stars.

What has happened to Zara?!
I literally check everyday to see if there's a new editorial for Zara's online page…. So today there was and ……Ugh! Looks like "Gap" has taken over Zara. What the heck is going on?! I used to love the edginess and creativity of this brand, now I'm just so disappointed. My wardrobe is literally 90% Zara but looking at what's available online, I might as well just go to J. Jill or Banana Republic to get the same thing, and I'm NOT going to do that. I'm not sure where I'll shop from now on. Zara used to never disappoint… as far as modernness and really edgy design, now it's a complete yawnfest. No personality in any of the design. Just really playing it safe and blah.
And that's at least for the last three or more years. Is there a different creative director or what?!
I'm so disappointed.

I have order some item from zara at 16 of Jan which is showing delivered at 18th and since the day I've been trying to reach zara customer care and since the day they told me wait for 24/48 hours but I've got nothing respond back from them and trying to reach them everyday and asked to return my money cause I have t received my items but this is so ridiculous that they have no manner and taking responsibility at all. All they do is pick the call and say give us 24 hours

Since Zara started allowing multiple items from orders to be returned in one shipment there have been major problems. The labels that were printable at home are coming back with invalid numbers forcing the customer to call customer service to get a useable label. Whenever Zara issues a label to your email, items from the shipment magically go missing so you don't get credited the money back.

I have been a customer for years and returned a leather jacket. The jacket was described in their ads as distressed. I returned as it was too large and heavy to wear. They sent it back to me weeks later stating it was worn. I will never shop there again

Their website was glitching and wouldn't allow me to return my item before the deadline. When I finally called them, it was one day past the deadline to return. I explained their site wasn't working and they didn't care. Now I'm stuck with the item.

I love Zara children's clothing and I buy a lot of my grandchildren's wardrobe one line from Zara. Because there is no children's section in the Pointe Claire Fairview store, I order on line and sometimes have to return clothing that is maybe the wrong size.
For a return, arriving at the line up to be served, there are two rows; one for those buying clothing and another for the second class clients who are returning clothing. Those buying are given priority to be served while those returning clothing are made to wait while the buying clients are served ahead of them. This is very insulting because the message is clear that we who are returning clothing are not valued as customers.
Today I returned a few items (and kept a number of others) and got into the second class return line. Two buying clients went ahead of me. When the lone cashier called me up, a buying client complained loud and clear that she was not taken ahead of me.
This is what Zara has created; conflict and intimidation at the cash.
P.S. Btw to make matters worse I am a 75 year old woman with a bad back. Standing for 10 minutes is painful especially when I have to wait while others who came after me are served ahead of me.

They are sending 3 out 6 dresses faulty and broken. 2 pieces are being ripped off and another smells like it has been properly worn, sweat and perfume. Online CHAT absolutely NOT working. App hangs up and even on laptop it doesnt work properly. Money gets deducted from some weird Kaswa Trading LLC. Really shocking ZARA about this mess

I bought a sneakers from Zara to wear it on my vacation, it was good size, but it wasn't good quality it hurt my feet all around, and a lot of infection and blood came out from my feet. I swear I would rather walk with no shoes better than I wear it, it made my vacation with too much pain. I spoke with the customer service they said they can't do anything what quality we are buying this is last time I buy shoes from Zara. I am not finding my money on the street.

Yes, when we want to refund they took too long processing, and they return it frequently not all together, that they makes us confused and keep calculating our money

I purchased a jumpsuit as a gift on November 27,2023. The item was not shipped until December 1,2023. The gift was presented during Christmas, December 25,2023. I learned that the person that I purchased it for needed me to return the jumpsuit because they already had it on December 29,2023. By this time it was over 30 days. Most retail stores extend the return period during the Christmas holiday. However, I was told that there was nothing that could be done for me because it was past the 30 day return policy. I was told that no exceptions would be made for the holidays. I am stuck with a jumpsuit that I paid over $70.00 for and I will NEVER shop at this store again for anything. I would not recommend Zara to anyone.

Zara is definitely NOT the place for holiday gift shopping!

I truly wish there was a negative star because this experience deserved a minus 10! I purchased a perfume as a gift and within a week retuned it due to the fact that it was the wrong scent. Not only they would won't accept the return but the manager on duty was rude unprofessional would not let me finish my sentence! To whom it may concern, YOU HAVE 2 STARS FOR YOUR REVIEW IS IT WORTH IT TO LOSE A CUSTOMER OVER A $38 RETURN? YOU SORND THOUSANDS IN ADVERTISING TO BRING CUSTOMERS IN YET YOU ARE WILLING TO LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER OVER $38 THINK ABOUT IT ….

The customer service reps from Zara are the most unhelpful along with their policies. They don't care about customer loyalty and keeping good customer relations. Every store has the ability to make exceptions when the situation is right and especially if you want to keep a customer happy but nope according to their reps "this is our policy and no exceptions at all" and "other stores might do this but we do not" hmm sounds like an issue to me if all stores seems to be doing something good and keeping their customers happy but Zara chooses not to.

Worst customer service, ever.

I recently ordered jeans from Zara, but to my surprise they were shipped to my billing address not my shipping address. I tried to talk to customer service, but customer service was rude and denied any fault, saying that I received the jeans and was lying, when the picture has my billing address's digits on the mailbox in the photo. Never shop here.
