I shop at Zara quite often, whether these are offline visit or just enter this website and put stuff into cart. What to say... convenient, what else. It doesn't take a lot of time for me to buy clothes, whether this is home wear, linen sweaters from Massimo Dutti or casual jeans. I have no troubles with finding the right size as I know it perfectly and clothes always fits me good. So, thank you guys, I would say... navigation on the site isn't flawless, but these are trifles to me.
This is the second time I have returned items and they never make it back to Zara. It has been a month since I sent clothes back and it shows them still sitting at the post office. This is what happened last time. Also, the clothes are made for people who weigh 95 pounds.
My 15-year-old daughter ordered some clothes and they will not let me return them until they speak with her about her account even though my credit card was used to purchase these. I wish someone would sue them for this seems illegal.

One of the worst customer service and quality. Sent wrong items and then when I return it they do not account it as a refund DESPITE it being their screwing up so I have to continuously reach out. Two pairs of shoes have also broken in the span of wearing them for a month about 3-4 times max. Horrible horrible. End up disputing the charge on my cc who are more sympathetic to $#*!ty service an quality as Zara could care less.

I bought shoes at Zara, wore them a couple of times and they got broken where the stitches are. I didn't get no refund for it or exchange. They don't care about their costumes. I will not recommend Zara to anyone

There is no way that these positive reviews are coming from customers. Quality of clothing is declining and prices are increasing. At non sale times, the store is empty. Who is stupid enough to pay $129 for an unlined vest. Come on people. Don't be stupid.

Zara used to be good, but it's becoming worse by the day.
The zip completely broke as soon as I put the trousers on the first time!
I returned them and was stupid enough to buy another model to replace the ones I had just returned. Got home, tried them on, they do fit the seam in the outer side of the legs is extremely bad done!
Very poor quality, and I am surprised how they still have so many customers. The prices they charge for the rubbish quality they sell feels like a rip off!
They should be ashamed of their rating! I'm appalled..
Tip for consumers:
Very poor quality, the Q is usually 30 mins over waiting, you might be disappointed if you order online ...

Went to store on Newbury Street in Boston. It looked like it had been hit by a hurricane. Clothes everywhere including the floor. Line was 20 customers deep. There were closed registers and staff made no effort to expedite the process. This store is VERY poorly run and maintained. Disappointing because there were some cute clothes. I'm sure many left because of the wait and poor customer service!

Shopped at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta. Picked out $400 worth of clothing to buy.! Cashier and a little latin guy working who the cashier said is the manager. 1 lady in line took over 30 min to return several items. 9 people in line waiting behind her. 2 more left after leaving clothes on the floor. We asked why the manager doesn't help and the rude cashier said he isn't allowed to work behind the counter, that's company policy. We will never be back.

When you purchase any clothes In store or online. You have to be prepared that you are not able to return the clothes even it doesn't fit you. It is hard to try on when you go to Zara store because there is no enough fitting room, the managers in Zara store are rude when you want to return the clothes back to store when the clothes don''t fit you. They would throw back unfit clothes back to you as if their clothes are trash. They don't respect their own product. Be careful when you decide to buy their clothes, read the review before you make decision to spend money in that store, you will not be able to get money back anymore.
Tip for consumers:
The store managers need to be trained to be able to provide good custom service. The managers don’t care about custom service

Every thing I have brought from Zara have been amazing. From Coats, jeans, jumpers, bags and tops. They feel more superior quality and more stylish than other high street shops. The prices are fair too.
Bad reviews on this site are mostly about customer service, which I have never had a problem with. Most of the unfortunate events are down to individuals working for Zara, not the Company, and people with a bad experience quite rightly vent their frustrations on here but more good reviews are needed. Overall its a great company.
(Also Zara sales are Fantastic!)

Just got off the phone with two obnoxious Zara reps who huffed and puffed through my attempts to have them exchange a lovely brand new jacket that is still being sold online? What a load of bollocks... I remember when Zara used to be all about customer service and being able to be objective and use discretion but oh no... they are a bunch of robots who are inflexible! As much as I love Zara this will be my last purchase... you might win some but you just lost one!

I don't even want to get into details, it makes me sick... Horrible customer service. When you ask some legit questions, even if they are different questions they sent you the same copy-paste message which doesn't resolve your problem whatsoever

3 out of 5 items I purchased fell apart within several wears. I followed care instructions. Customer service is the worst.
When in doubt, go straight to corporate in NYC for returns. Their web support is abysmal. I wasted years of my life on the phone with an incompetent reps who lost items in the store house, lost receipts, totally bungled my order and then refused to compensate when I returned a brand new item.

Really don't understand what everyone on here is talking about. I have been shopping Zara online for over a year now (probably at least once a month) and it's wonderful. Shipping is free (over 50 - very reasonable) and fast! I always receive my orders within about 3 days. Customer service is also very great. I have never ever had a problem. Ive had to contact them a few times via phone and they solve the problem super quick, within minutes! Just my last order I used my prepaid return label and decided I then wanted to return another item so I asked if I could have another one or would I have to pay for the second return myself (which would have made sense) and they sent me another one immediately! Zara is definitely my favourite go-to online store.

Zara's clothes are not great. They're often poor quality, but hey...you get what you pay for. I've bought things from their store in the past, but have always tried things on in the store. This last time, I placed an online order. Not only did the order arrive almost a week late, but then I didn't have time to return it. Zara states that you get 30 days from the 'shipping date'. That's the WORST company policy. When you call, you speak to someone in a foreign country and you can't speak to a manager. They do not allow for store credit. Now, I'm stuck with clothing that I won't wear. Needless to say, I will NEVER shop at Zara again.

Disappointed... had remained loyal to this company for years until I found out today what a strict refund policy it holds... no credit note/ gift voucher or any form of discretion no matter the circumstances... thought it may be useful for potential customers to be aware of this... I only wish I had known. Easy way to lose decent custom sadly... I will definitely take my custom elsewhere!
Only bonus, if there is one... it was a polite 'no we won't reconsider'.

My friend bought a top at zara and lost the receipt but it was charged on their visa and the tags were still on the top. Zara would not reimburse her or give her a store credit. Terrible customer service and for 40 dollars they have lost the business of all our HO staff as i am going to make sure everyone knows. Best advertisement is word of mouth.

I bought blue cargo pants from Zara and the first time I wore them the split. They split on the seam of the butt and all I did was bend over to grab something. Additionally they we loose fitting, so this should have never happened. I strong do not recommend!
Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy the pants, the quality is awful!!!

I have an online order from July this year and I was too busy in bringing back for return until
Now. It was never worn with all the tags on
and online receipt.
Yet they refused to accept the return by saying it has been more than 30 days. I said I won't mimd having an in store credit to make things easier but they still refused.
What a non sense company and I will never purchase anything from them anyone. It does not deserve our support!

I quite enjoy Zara because they have on trend kids clothing for my son. I do have to say, I think the kids clothing (quality wise) is better than the adults. The jeans generally last unless my son grows or plays exceptionally rough (generally wears in the knee area if it does).
I have not had a bad experience with Zara thus far and can order last minute items for trips that will arrive on time to take with. I purchase some swim trunks (for son) for our trip to LA and they have become his favorites. Will continue to buy with them!
Most of their kids clothing last the perfect length for a tall growing boy of 7.

I Bought these black office pants at Zara at $49.9 & after wearing them twice, the zip got stuck & broke off, i was at work & had to tie my blazer around like stupid clown!. Canada Store have over compromised on quality of these so called brand names!. Will never ever shop at Zara again!

I'm not even a fan of the store but a friend gifted me a dress that was too small on me. No exchanges online. Refunds can be issued but will go to original c/card used, which means my friend is getting her money back. And if there's no store close to you, you're stuck with it!

Worst customer service, horrible staff in stores, return/exchange policy is ridiculous. I was one of Zara's most loyal customers. Spent thousands over the years, until I wanted an item exchanged after 30 days of purchase. I did not know about their 30 day exchange policy and that part of the receipt was rubbed off! I went to the store and they treated me like I stole something. The staff, the manager, it was ridiculous. They said I should talk to head office which cared even less! They refused to do anything and lost a customer over a $40 top that I was going to exchange for $100 purchase! Terrible company!

My daughter is regular customer and three times she had a chance to buy their trouser and jeans and they ripped from different places. Recently again when she bought Jeans $69.90 they ripped from sean next to zipper. She went to exchange and they refused saying we don't know how many times you have worn it etc so she had to buy another jeans from American Eagle. It was ridiculous therefore, I called and spoke to the manager but she plainly refused to help in exchanging. I am surprised that how cheap material they use to make clothes for people that can be easily torn while wearing etc. I told my daughter next time no more shopping from Zara their customer service is very poor and they are looting money only from people.

I really wish I could leave a worse rating as you aren't even deserving of one star. In light of their new campaign that features body bags, a map of Gaza and rubble strewn about I think this company needs to reexamine its humanity. It's an obvious, blatant and disgusting display of racism, bigotry and Anti-Muslim sentiment. NEVER will I buy from this company.
I really couldn't care less about your company, in fact, there are many alternatives to your overpriced and mid quality products. Alternatives that don't have to use child labour in China to produce its clothing, alternatives and don't have to support genocide of innocent babies. You should be ashamed of yourselves and fully disgusted. You have embarrassed yourselves and lost millions of customers in one day because of your incompetence, ignorance and racist decision making. Will never recommend you and will certainly never purchase from this terrible company again.
