I went to Birmingham Zara in my lunch hour today, I was exchanging some leggings £19.99 which I had bought on Sunday from the Telford store. I had the bag, the leggings and my receipt when the assistant looked at the legging they had not got a store tag in, so she contacted her manager, who took ages to appear, the problem was returning them without the tag, I was sold them without the tag so why was this my fault? The shop assistant and manager made me feel like they were stolen, didn't smile, was miserable and both looked liked they hated the job and customers! I was in the queue and at the desk over 20 mins just to exchange no apology for the delay, They need to go to Top shop and learn from the guys in there!
Zara is really good, I am an online shopper mostly so i am glued to Zara, look out for their massive discounts, just keep waiting for them, its worth the wait, their delivery speed is amazing, leather out of this world, all in all world-class designers
Not worth my time or money to walk in a store where employees don't bother to say hello or offer any type of assistance. Dressing rooms are hot and dirty, clothes are ok but I will be taking my money else where. Not worth the aggravation.
Order date: 9/14/17 Order number: ******* Shipping method: Pick-up in store.in 3-6 working days The order had not been delivered in two weeks (sadly it was supposed to be a birthday present).
We called the store few times, but they didn't have an answer and did not contact their warehouse. Customer service took note about it and said they would call back, but never happened. When I called back second time the customer service rep was like a robot, couldn't have a real dialogue or understanding. I called for a supervisor, but was not available.
I requested a refund. I was promised 24 to 48 hours. I am curious if this will be processed in time.
Anyways, second time customer service rep didn't even apologize... I will not shop again at Zara.
Zara DOES NOT stand behind their merchandise! They definitely do not care whether or not you shop with them again.
Zaras clothing should be classified as disposable clothing wear. Wear once and toss straight into the garbage!
This was my first time ordering from Zara. Shipping was pretty quick, and I love the way they packaged the clothes. Everything was SO quality and cute. Right after trying everything on I had to find a way of writing a review because I am so excited about the things I got. Also, the sizing is pretty spot on. I wear a size small for most things, and everything I ordered fit perfectly. I definitely plan on shopping here in the future, my only regret is not ordering more :)
I purchased a jumpsuit as a gift on November 27,2023. The item was not shipped until December 1,2023. The gift was presented during Christmas, December 25,2023. I learned that the person that I purchased it for needed me to return the jumpsuit because they already had it on December 29,2023. By this time it was over 30 days. Most retail stores extend the return period during the Christmas holiday. However, I was told that there was nothing that could be done for me because it was past the 30 day return policy. I was told that no exceptions would be made for the holidays. I am stuck with a jumpsuit that I paid over $70.00 for and I will NEVER shop at this store again for anything. I would not recommend Zara to anyone.
Some items are just awful quality. I bought a cardigan and the sleaves shrunk after a couple of hours wearing it (no, I didn't wash it). Even the color changed. Be careful when choosing items - they might seem beautiful in dimmed lights at the store. And they won't give you your money back even though it is clearly a quality issue. However, some items are just wonderful. I got burnt, not sure I will go there too often.
Purchased a ring for a themed bridal shower. Tried it on it broke! They sent me a replacement. Within five minutes of wearing it on the way to the bridal shower it snapped again. They denied my claim and said it was within quality standards. HOW?! Not to mention, was given false information about returns.
Zara despite of being such a reputed brand is on its way to downfall. I always buy perfumes from Zara but since the last 2 times when I bought perfumes. They had defective nozzles and we're leaking despite buying both of them from different locations which throws light that the products in all stores are not upto mark. Very disappointed from the brand. I was a pro Zara Man but now I wouldn't recommend it's products at all.
Zara, the quality of tailoring has changed from bad to worse, we bought t-shirts for $ 40 and there were seams that two parts of the shirt were just on few threads, the pants were sewn on for the child, one leg S size and another one from M, simple t-shirts are simply overlaid, without a seam with holes under the arms. Usually we wash all stuff once we bought it, and unfortunately we couldn't return this crap
Sent me a totally different order. Those are on sale items will be sold out quickly and by the time the return was finished, I will no longer get the items I want, and customer service was no help, refused to offer any kind of compensation for my time and lost.
Terrible experience on two recent orders in Montenegro. After going beyond 1st order scheduled delivery, I saw that delivery was attempted a few times unsuccessfully, but with no email, message, or anything advising or enquiring about additional information. I had to contact customer care first requesting an explanation, to find out that the delivery was potentially late due to inputting a Serbian number (being from Serbia, having SRB number only) instead of a Montenegrin number. I have provided an additional Montenegrin number for the 1st order and asked for a 2nd one to be canceled, due to the entire hassle. As the request was out of cancellation policy, I have underlined then to use an alternative Montenegrin number for 2nd order as well. Outcome: The first order 03/6–4/6 still not delivered; second order was delivered; the courier has not used the provided Montenegrin number, but Serbian number via Viber. When requesting a delivery refund, customer care has advised that no refund is available due to the wrong number input and informed that courier is not obliged to use Viber upon delivery. 1) The Zara ordering system does not disable other country dialing codes. 2) Montenegro and Serbia have an agreement on the same tariffs for mobile providers. 3) With technology development, I would not say that app contact would be a problem for delivery service, neither clear info on this topic is available on the site. 4) Delivery status did not provide clear details of the problem, to be able to act accordingly. 5) The chat option technically very poor - not able to see history, problems with the scroll bar, response waiting time long, and info provided is not brief and complete, but have to contact on a few occasions to clarify the situation.
Item in its original condition with tags and receipt, because the return was 2 days after the 30day period the item could not be returned or exchanged for something else. Purchased a suite, tie & shoes that amounted to nice chunk of cash and when trying to return a $12.00 tie was given this service.
Shipping is not what it says; it comes late which can be very inconvenient some times... clothes can sometimes look one color online and be another when they deliver. I just received a top and there was a stain on it! I mean it is cute, cheap clothes, but there are some bad things that come with it.
I ordered a jacket from Zara online. The jacket that arrived was defective and had obviously been returned before; it was also marked down to $59, but I had been charged $199. I went to their website, filled out a return request, and dropped the package off at UPS. Twenty four hours later, I got an email from Zara saying I should send them pics of the defect do they could decide if it was in fact defective, and if it was, they would then approve the return.
Their return policy on the website only stated "Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt." But now they are saying I can't return the jacket because I did not get their approval first, and they are going to ship it back to me.
So I am out $200 for a messed up and unwearable jacket that they had marked down to $59.
I will be following up with my credit card company to dispute the charge, because this is clearly fraud.
I have been a long-time lover of all things Zara but not anymore!
How can I spend over $200, not get my parcel and they are telling me "it was successfully delivered" but they can't tell me where it was dropped - I have looked all over and I recently got another Zara parcel so why is it that this one is missing?!
This is absolutely ridiculous... just give me back my money!
I will never shop at Zara again! I have called several times trying to get a refund on a order I returned I always get different people they give me the round around and ask me the same questions over and over I feel like I'm on trial for a crime and all I want is money back, all they say is how can I assist you? And I apologize bunch of thief's! I will be taking legal action against this company. People be aware dont shop Zara!
Your WhatsApp customer care is the worst in the world - so inept, incapable and unhelpful.
Your store in Westfield made an error with the sale of a dress and I've been communicating on WhatsApp for a week. I explained my complaint six times and given my address seven times in the same thread. They assured me they'll resolve in 48hrs and closed the thread without resolving three times.
The upshot is that, despite the store making the error, I need to make another two hour journey to Westfield, at my expense, to speak to the manager in person. Never heard anything so ridiculous and rude. They're alright as long as they're taking your money but absolutely useless once there is an issue.
Having bought a pair of black and white 'pony' shoes the studs began falling off. So I returned a pair with receipt found in rubbish bag!... they were replaced with the only other pair in the store[ Melbourne] size 41, the following morning more studs were gone on the second pair. I went back this time with no receipt as it was gone down the rubbish shute... and the person who served me the day before was unable to give me a refund as I had NO RECEIPT! They were obviously faulty. And as I was flying home to NZ that day I did not want to accept the offer of an exchange for other goods to that value. So here I am still counting the studs as they disappear. My very bad luck!. Bad shoes. Bad service!
Answer: Nothing. They won't help you at all. Good luck! Don't ever buy from them again!
Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
