I bought two of the same sweaters- different colors- $40 each. I wore them once and they were ruined. Tried to reuturn these items and they would not let it happen... POOR QUALITY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Absolute worst customer service and return policy. Why are they not embarrassed of all these poor reviews.
Never shopping here again. I ordered a balck bag and never got it, they still charged me. I WAS a good customer, spent quite a bit of money a year. Going elsewhere now. Horrible customer service!
Rude agent informed me Zara warehouse had not received all items that I sent back via post. Items in the same box had been credited so someone has opened the box. Hundreds of pounds worth of goods 'lost'.

Zara has such a huge reputation and sales. But it is the worst in customer service I have experienced till now. I made a recent purchase in zara and I wanted to return it. The card I used was lost so I took a replacement for it. It was a debit card. When I went to make the return they told me they want the same card that I lost because they want the last digits to match which is ridiculous. No other store I made returns told me this. I even had a letter from bank about this. Since I made a debit payment I should be eligible for return through cash. But since the zara system took my payment as credit they told me it's not considered credit. I never saw such stupid reasoning to stop return. The customer service is the worst. They never answer to any of my questions properl. All they say is just one word we need the same card. I'm never shopping or suggesting such stupid service shops to anyone. Wen I mailed zara about this they never replied. I guess They don't value customers at all
Ordered a package said deliever never gotten the package been calling for a wk & they keep saying it under review but nothing more is Beening said and or done keep saying we will call yu but never do was told it takes 3 days but of course it's been longer. Asked to speak wit a manager & they stated it isn't any there. They was good at first but I won't continue to waste or lose my hard earned money. Bc clearly they dnt care

We called the store few times, but they didn't have an answer and did not contact their warehouse. Customer service took note about it and said they would call back, but never happened. When I called back second time the customer service rep was like a robot, couldn't have a real dialogue or understanding. I called for a supervisor, but was not available.
I requested a refund. I was promised 24 to 48 hours. I am curious if this will be processed in time.
Anyways, second time customer service rep didn't even apologize... I will not shop again at Zara.
The government need to close Zara down this company theif they do not care if your it stuff you order is delivered
Worst customer service ever, got a $70 dress wore it twice and washed it as instructed and it tore Called them, and they told me it was not a manufacturer problem.
I bought a T-shirt from Zara in Pheonix Market City on 31st July 2017. I just weared T-shirt once & washed it. After 1st wash itself I saw some holes on T-shirt at under arm area. I reported same to store, but they refused to replace it & told to contact customer service. I mailed customer service didn't received reply. I again visited store, then store manager internally raised the issue & then I received a reply from Customer service saying your issue will be resolved within two working days. So I waited. But it's almost 2 months neither the issue is solved nor I'm getting any response. I followed up the mail but didn't got any response. When I reported the issue to store manager he was saying that it's world 2nd largest brand & what not. I got too worst experience of customer service. It's one of the worst brands that I have ever used. Worstest worst brand & the name is obviously one & the only one ZARA.
Never go to such worst brand & waste your valuable time & money. They don't care about customers at all. I would never ever recommended ZARA to any one in my whole life. I bought two basic Zara jeans in Granollers, Catalunya, just before summer 2017. Every time I wore them they caused me allergies in my legs. I washed them several times because I thought this might be the issue but even after several wash cycles, they still cause me allergies.
I decided to take them back (with the purchase ticket) to the store. They told me they would have to check with the product division since apparently they have not have too many complaints about allergies. I got a phone call back saying they sell "millions" of these Zara jeans and no one has complained before about allergies. And they tell me they cannot refund me.
I am stuck with two pairs of Zara jeans I cannot wear.
Very poor customer service. Will not buy again in Zara.

I ordered two shirts off of Zara in preparation for an upcoming job. I needed blouses that could be used in a professional and casual setting. The site was very user friendly and extremely easy to navigate. Once I found the blouses I wanted, checkout was easy as well (credit and PayPal accepted).
The blouses arrived in 4 business days, which is in agreement with what they offer as standard shipping on the website (3-5 business days). The clothing size chart offered on the site was very accurate as well. Both blouses fit me perfectly I would recommend measuring your bust, and shoulder width to ensure an accurate size, as that is what is used on Zaras sizing chart.
The blouses were delivered in nice packaging (cardboard box, with the use of tissue paper as wrapping) and there was no damage done to the product during the shipping process. Throughout the shipping process, I was also notified by email when my products were packaged, shipped, en route, and delivered.
I was recommended to this site/outfitter by several people and let me tell you, they do not disappoint. I was able to shop conveniently for the product I desired and breeze through the payment and shipping process. The clothing on this site is very affordable as well. I would recommend Zara to women of all ages looking for casual and professional attire.
I returned both items, indicating I would be doing so when I filled out the return info online. Both were in the box, and I was impressed that they issued the refund so quickly after I put the box in the mail! Oops--they gave me credit only for one item (the cheaper one, as it would happen.)
I called the customer service line and was happy I got to a real human quickly, but she was not at all apologetic or sympathetic. I did not have access to the tracking number, and the order #s were not sufficient. She made it seem like I was totally irresponsible for not having the tracking number ready.
When I finally found the tracking number, I called back, and he explained it would take about 14 days to process. I have NEVER returned items and had them not locate what was in the exact boss. I understand mistakes happen, but for a simple one like this, there should be an easy fix. A better company would have immediately issued a refund to guarantee a happy customer. Instead, I will wait on pins and needles to see if the refund goes through.
Another issue is that the site doesn't usually post dimensions of its products. I ordered earrings on a whim, thinking they'd be a certain size. The earrings were GIGANTIC upon arrival, though. There was no description indicating how big they'd seem. Adding product descriptions would be a simple enough fix for the web producers.
Won't be shopping with them again.
Although I like their clothes, I decided to not buy from them anymore. I ve been loyal customer for years.
They basically DO NOT care about keeping their customers.
They misplaced my orders few time, other times they sent me wrong items ( not once, not twice,... 5 or 6 times)
I called just yesterday to let them know that I have received a wrong item ( shirt while i ordered pants), of course they dont have the item ordered and I asked if I can exchange size of a shirt that was in a separate order, the agent was not helpful and I asked to talk to a manager, they promised to call me back within the same day. Guess what I receive an email, the manager doesnt even have time to address the customers issues or call them back.
I had few incidents with Zara's staff and online customer service. I think i got enough
I had returned two bike jackets in the same box. Zara gave credit only for one jacket and they said they got only one Jacket...
I packed Black bike jacket on the bottom and khaki one was on the top of the box
And Zara said they received only black jacket. I think Zara changed the return policy. "Do not give a full credit on return items and insult the customer with stupid lie."
TWO times now I have sent back items in the SAME box and they only credit part of items that were returned. When I called them on it they said they investigated and that all items were credited. I told them exactly what was in there and not credited (a pair of shoes for my son) and I personally put them in there tags attached and sealed the box and took it to ups... then said nope sorry they aren't in there. I asked how they investigate these things they said via inventory and weighing the box, well either the people processing returns steal the items or the company isn't even investigating this... one time same on you zara... two times shame on me, Zara lost a very loyal customer with a family of four that shops there. Hope it was worth a $30 pair of shoes you refused to credit!
Package never arrived but says delivered on lasership tracking page, called zara took 3 days investigate and responded exactly as what lasership page says (good job on the investigation). Resolution is no apologize, no refund, no re-send. I questioned them why trust the shipping company with bad reputation and not the customer, and I refused the resolution and said I will escalate to the credit card company(which I am sure I will get the refund right away), they responded they will do another investigation and get back to me within 24 hours. At this point, I don't care what the resolution is, they already loose customer. Zara did not try to help a customer who paid for the order and never received what he ordered.
I have stop shopping there as they make return policy so difficult. I am not even returning, I am just trying to exchange for a big size.
I'm not even trying to return an item! Just trying to EXCHANGE it for a different size that would fit me. I have the receipt, all tags are attached, item is unworn, unwashed... But nope. All just because I'm over by one day! And that item was expensive and it'll just be sitting around since it doesn't fit. You would think a store with high end and high pricing would offer better policies. I will not be shopping here again
