I bought an item in the store and it didn't fit me well. I tried to exchange for something else because i lost my receipt, and the staff at the store, even the manager were rude and disrespectful, they didn't accept the exchange neither giving the money back, I tried to get a receipt trough customer service and even after I provided all the information they were unable to locate my purchase. I'm very disappointed with the store policy and staff and management manners. Not counting with an overcharge for an item that I didn't bought. They lost me as a customer and I'm spreading the word of how terrible the store management is.
I have an online order from July this year and I was too busy in bringing back for return until
Now. It was never worn with all the tags on
and online receipt.
Yet they refused to accept the return by saying it has been more than 30 days. I said I won't mimd having an in store credit to make things easier but they still refused.
What a non sense company and I will never purchase anything from them anyone. It does not deserve our support!

Bad customer service and respect. They don't solve the delivery problem that the service provider had, it was totally damaged.
Feedback for YOU, Zara: No customer service, no resolution. No one to speak to at ZARA other than on-line chat and bots. Refusal to provide a number to speak to a real person. After looking it up on-line, live person can't help either, but will "escalate". Order cancellation for no legit reason, need to redo all order all over again, few things out of stock and price doubles.The best I can get for 5 days is we will escalate and come back in indefinite time with a response (not a resolution). Letting them know I'll post on social media didn't mean much to the rep. So much for buying ZARA ever, for me

The zip completely broke as soon as I put the trousers on the first time!
I returned them and was stupid enough to buy another model to replace the ones I had just returned. Got home, tried them on, they do fit the seam in the outer side of the legs is extremely bad done!
Very poor quality, and I am surprised how they still have so many customers. The prices they charge for the rubbish quality they sell feels like a rip off!

What ever happened to customer service like being greeted when you walk into a store or the sales person is willing to be helpful. My first experience at Zara was in Paris before they opened stores in the US now it's my last resort to buy a simple outfit because their customer service is the worst. I can't say that about every store but the worst store is Century City Mall. The store manager speaks to customers as if she is angry with a nasty attitude. You can barely find a person to help you and if you do most of the time you can't determine who is a sales associate versus the customer because no one wears a name badge and if you ask their name or if they work their they refuse to give you any information. WOW what happened to Zara's philosophy of serving the customer now they have become so big the customer is just a number because they hire unprofessional people to represent their stores. Zara has a great concept with clothing knocking off designer styles and manufacturing clothing for those who cannot afford to buy Gucci. Versace etc but once a retail chain starts to treat customer with disrespect they will eventually become unpopular and pretty soon their numbers will shrink and people will move onto the next best thing.
I ordered my parcel from Zara twice, in the all it was delivered to my address. But I never got it. I called and spoke to the customer service. They refused to help.

You can't try on the clothes which is annoying but whatever. My daughter came into town and purchased some clothes. Two items did not fit, I went to the local store at Stoneridge Mall, Pleasanton CA to return. My daughter has a credit card on my account. It is on my apple pay but she paid with the physical card. They said they could not return the items since it was not the physical card, I showed them it was the same account number. Nope. Fine, I will take a store credit. We do not do store credit. So BEWARE if you buy clothes here they are yours for life regardless if they fit or not. Customer service SUCKS
I bought blue cargo pants from Zara and the first time I wore them the split. They split on the seam of the butt and all I did was bend over to grab something. Additionally they we loose fitting, so this should have never happened. I strong do not recommend!
I have literally never experienced this many problems simply returning very poor quality clothing. I sent 10 items back in a box, and was told by a person that could not communicate clearly, that I had NOT returned all of the items. I have absolutely NO recourse now because it is my word again somebody in a warehouse. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE RISK ADVERSE, BECAUSE YOU WILL GET CHEATED OUT OF WHAT IS DUE BACK ON A RETURN. ADDITIONALLY, THEY CHARGE FOR RETURNS NOW—MANGO DOESNT, and AND THEIR CLOTHES ARE FANTASTIC QUALITY!
I was super excited to receive my Zara order, all the clothes were super cute! But that's not the problem all but one of my items came stained, the box was heavily damaged when it arrived, yet it did manage to arrive on time (luckily) I was going to return my items because of those stains but I had cut out the tags on the inside (yes definitely my fault) but the tags were super long and super annoying which I don't know why they would make them so long for a tight crop top and sadly I hadn't found the stains until all the tags were removed, overall I had super high expectations because their clothes are a little pricey and I give them 2 because yes there clothes were cute but they arrived super crappy
I ordered a heels online and I wanted to return it before completing month, and no one came to take it I asked them many times to return it but they didn't show me any cares. Now I completed more than 2 months.
Stood in line for 30 minutes to make a return with only three people ahead of me. The two ladies that were running the return registers talked to each other the entire time never once speaking to the customers, except to tell them that their receipt would be in their email. Not a hello, not a question as to why items are being returned, zero dialogue with customers. They just carried on a conversation between the two of them the entire time which also slowed the return process tremendously. Used to be one of my favorite stores. I can spend thousands elsewhere.
Customer Service of zara is terrible they don't care customer's problem and not even trying to fix their fault. I didn't get my order but customer service says we delivered it and your case just rejected!
Zara's customer service agents are very curt. However in my experience, they will eventually get things done if you hassle them for long enough. Their products are good quality - which is an expectation of mine, given the price. If you're hesitant about purchasing, don't. They make returns and replacements arduous.

Answer: That's right I am also returning accepting since Dec 28, we are now Jan 15 and I don't have my money back. Each time I call them they tell me today u will receive it
