I ordered shower invites for a bridal shower, they came out exactly as I wanted, the quality was good and the price was way less than everywhere else. I also ordered custom mugs which also came exactly as ordered. Both my shipments came promptly and in good condition. Their website is easy to navigate and you can save your own designs which is a great feature.

I love the invitations, but when I made some adjustments, the quantity went from 50 to 1. Since I needed to rush the order, I ended up paying 2 rush fees vs one. There was no way to fix the original order even when it was caught minutes after submitting it. I was unable to cancel and re-order either.
They were unable to help me.

I have used Zazzle before and been pleased with the results. This project, however, was quite complex and more expensive, so I was uncertain about how it might work out. It looked pretty good on the computer screen, so I thought I would give it a trial run with a very small order. I was amazed and very pleased with how it came out -- it looks much better than I had thought possible!

I ordered my personalized picture frame about 2-3 weeks ago and although it says it already shipped more than a week ago, I have not received it yet. I guess it's not just my problem, because many customers have trouble getting what they paid for. Like many of the other customers, I have not gotten what I paid for. I also emailed customer support and no response yet. I tried calling today and there is no help whatsoever. I have been on hold for the past hour and there is no wait time or indication of whether there will even be someone to help me. There are just a bunch of their own advertisements and loud music the entire time. NO RESPONSE. DID NOT RECEIVE. So very disappointed.

I ordered these invitations after a mishap with a professional place. I was on a time crunch and Zazzle helped me out. These invitations are better than what I expected they look great! The invitations are better than any of the proof prints a professional company was giving me. I'm so grateful, you guys have a customer for life!
I chose Zazzle because there where so many wonderful designs to choose from, it was also very fast and convenient.

A wide choice of selections available. Very clever designs it was difficult to decide. The invite came out great! However, the insert for "Books for Baby" was a much smaller than I expected and the size of the font makes it very difficult to read. Paid for a quick ship and as promised the order was delivered on time!

Zazzle's return policy is awesome. My mom purchased me a standard size ipad cover as a gift and I needed a smaller ipad mini cover. When I contacted Zazzle, they waived the return and credited her Zazzle account (minus the original shipping) so that the correct size could be purchased. I was very surprised that they did no want me to return the original purchase; instead their customer service representative Michele told me to "use it, discard it or donate it". I couldn't believe it! I am now looking for a way to donate the original purchase because their covers are beautiful - they look like a book and are extremely durable. Thank you Zazzle! I will be sure to pass on your great service to all my friends.

My second time ordering from this company and both times they forgot to put my unit number. It's been almost a month now from ordering and still no product. They refunded my money, but I'm still annoyed that I keep getting notices that my order is on its way. Still have not seen, they were supposed to be holiday items. Thank goodness I also order from Photo Affections as well. WILL NEVER WVER USE ZAZZLE AGAIN. Please save your time and money. You will never see your product. When I called customer services, they made no effort to contact the delivery company. Big waste of time.

Really like the site, and upload my images on a regular basis. However, when uploading to products, the process is somewhat time consuming, due to the fact that Zazzle asks for so much information. Also, (with multiple uploads), will make sure that I am not a robot. I understand the need for security. Other than that, those are the only two complaints that I have about being an artist on Zazzle. Sites like this give artists the chance to publish their work on multiple products, and, allow for makers, (who may, otherwise have a small market), to create the product being printed.

Well my first order said it was going to ship the next day, but alas, it didn't. So i ended up waiting nearly a week and half before receiving my much needed business cards for a convention.
The Second order was a repeat order but the cards came and to my dismay nearly all of the bottom and top of the cards were cut off!
I'll be using a different business card supplier now.

I ordered three shirts for my family members for Christmas, i had a plan for Christmas morning in honor of my daughter who has severe diabetes, well the shirts are wrong and i paid $80.00 for 3 shirts that are wrong! Heres the kicker... They NEVER answer the phone or respond to emails! I have sent 6 emails now, called numerous times and placed on hold for 45minutes to over an hour! I can't buy holiday cards that look as good as the ones I get from Zazzle. The posters and photo wall hangings have all been top notch. The clothing is bright colored and holds up well in the wash. No one has business cards that look as good as the ones I've gotten from Zazzle. I've contacted them several times when my account got split into two accounts and they went out of their way to resolve the issues.
My only complaint is when they have informed me that something could not be printed because of copywrite violation. The email is always vague and late. I have modified cards without knowing what was wrong only to have the modified card rejected. I was told that a card with a photo of my daughter holding a soda can was rejected because they did not promote alcohol use with a child.

Every birthday I go above and beyond for my Littles. I always shop around for invitations, knowing I will end up at Zazzle. I ALWAYS find the best designs at the most reasonable prices. Their shipping dates are conservative, and I have never waited longer than a week for an order under 30 invites.

Ordered some business cards and was completely lied to for a month before they said the cards couldn't be printed with white. They wanted me to create a new order. Yeah, that's going to happen. As I'm looking to leave my reviews of their pitiful site, I notice I'm not alone. NEVER USE ZAZZLE. Vistaprint is cheaper and will actually deliver your order.

The people at Zazzle have more patience then Job himself. I ordered the wrong item and they gave me a credit without argument. I went to reorder and could not find my way through the steps - mainly because I am not into graphics and am computer illiterate. Two emalls later I was talking with an agent who guided me through the steps and my order was complete. I would definitely order - in fact I am going to order, again. Thanks to all the special people at Zazzle who helped.

I talked to 4 customer service representatives and they were helpful and very respectful, but I had the pleasure of talking to Kathy today and she was amazing! She not only help me figure out why the hat I created was not compatible, but she took the time to help me create the design I wanted on a more compatible hat! I hardly ever write reviews for companies, but Kathy was just so nice and so helpful I just had to take the time to write this review and thank zazzle for having awesome customer service reps!

My experience went quite well. Even though my original discount had expired they took the time to help me still get the same discount. Customer service was great. When I couldn't remember the email address I had placed the order under they did the search and found it. My experience was A++++++++++. My item turned out beautifully:-). Plus I got free shipping!

This company completely dropped the ball on an order of funeral cards, they were printed, customer called to upgrade the shipping.Zazzle subsequently canceled the order on their own with no regard whatsoever for the customer. Cards were ready to ship on 10/ 2/ 23 the deceased was buried today 10/4 23. Good job people. I would not recommend these people for anything.

Still have not received my package, and my wedding is less than two months away. I ordered 100 wedding programs, payed 70$. Received confirmation that my payment went through and my package was shipped. That was march 20th, it is now april 7th, still no sign of package. Also sat on the phone to customer service for over an hour and heard no response! Absolutely useless, in my opinion. I'd like someone please give me my money back!
