The products/gufts ordered were ones that had different versions of that ain't right as my friend always says that! Tshirt was poor quality- cheap and shrunk. Asked Zazzle to replace because it was a gift and they said no.

Today, I received a charge from Zazzle to my bank account for $ 19.95 which I did not recognize. When I contacted the company I was informed that the charge was for a renewal of a membership which I, supposedly, agreed to when I made the one and only purchase from this company one year ago. As a frequent buyer of items on line, what I have experience before is that the company has notified me in advance that a membership was due to renew, before charging a credit card. Also normally when I have not used the service, they have offered to reverse the charge. In this case I encountered a representative unwilling to work with me and informed me that because I (supposedly) agreed to the membership, even tough I have not used it at all, I had to pay for it.

Bad, bad, bad
Don't waste your time and money, they sent me the wrong product twice and missed my deadline for weeding invitation. Website look good but service and product horrible. Not recommended at all, be carful

This was a T-shirt that I was able to create using the keep calm logo. It came out beautifully. I've gotten a lot of compliments on my T-shirt. I wore it this week because it is national massage therapy awareness week.

I ordered two shirts on 1/12. I checked the status and was told they would arrive between 1/22 and 1/23. After not receiving them by this date, I emailed customer service and was told nothing except that my shipping had been upgraded for free. A week later, I was notified by customer service that my items werent in stock, asking what Id like to do about it. I should have been notified that my items werent in stock, if not when it was originally ordered, then certainly when I emailed wondering where my order was. This is the first time I tried to order from them and was so excited to have the shirts for my sons first birthday. However, after the ridiculous delay, lack of communication, and horrible customer service, I can guarantee I will never do so again.

Very content with the quality of the products and the manufacturing.
The high quality really surprised me and was higher than anticipated, so I really can recommend Zazzle.
The whole product range, the ability to customize products and the whole shopping experience is very comfortable and handled with the highest rate of available security. So very comfortable online shop.
The transportation costs at my location unfortunately are quite high, but that is nothing Zazzle can change.

I placed an order for a coffee mug that was $11 and paid for priority shipping that was $16 to ensure that I would receive the order timely. Unfortunately when the order was not received, I called to find out the status. The customer service representative was unprofessional and repeatedly spoke over me with "uh huh". He informed me that the order has not yet been processed. I asked why I did not receive an email to inform me of the delay and he had no answer. I will make a note not to order from them again. He did offer a refund for the $16 shipping, however I still do not have the item.

Zazzle makes it so simple to customize your invitation on your own, complete your order and then receive it within days. The price is right and the work of their artists is creative. I will definitely use them again and again.

We ordered postage stamps for our wedding invitations and RSVP cards.
They ask you to choose a shipping time line... days later... nothing.
We called and they told us they moved to Nevada and were backed up, but couldn't tell us when or if our stamps were even printed. We waited 62 mins on hold to find this out. Then they said they will call its the following day for an update. Never called, but emailed us they were upgrading our shipping and thanks for being so patient.
Long story short... no stamps still and they now the order has been cancelled.
The email we received says sorry we (us)had to cancel, and they are ready to take our new order.
WTF
This is for my wedding. Its not like I ordered a dumb mug. This is important!

I ordered from Zazzle the same 4 items for 4 different people who all lived at the same address. Saying all that, you'd think that all 4 items would be delivered to those 4 people at that location at the same time, right? Well, Zazzle doesn't apparently think so. One of the people got their item on one day, and so forth. Talk about them sloppily handling those 4 orders. If I want to order something online again, I seriously doubt I'll order anything from Zazzle ever again.

I can't express how upset I am. I placed my order on 5/1 for a product that supposedly takes 1-2 days to produce (based on their website) and then ships after production. I contacted customer service on 5/7 and they told me yes it's still in 'making' status ( yea thanks I can see that on my order page) and they upgraded my shipping to 2 day at no charge. So now it's 5/11 and it still hasn't shipped! I called again today and they apologized and said they would make my order today and ship today via overnight at no additional charge, and I should have it tomorrow. Well, they've now closed for the day and my order never shipped. Not a good partner to have if you're a business owner because they're not reliable. I'm now losing sales thanks to Zazzle dropping the ball. You can't get a hold of anyone during regular business hours (supposed to be 9am-5pm) because they close early and take 3 business days to respond to emails. Buy at your own risk business owners... you've been warned.

I wanted playing cards with an Apache Helicopter because my son is training to be a pilot. I couldn't find any online, and then I found that I could custom make some on Zazzle. I received my order and the box was destroyed. One side of the box was completely torn off and it looked like someone had opened it and taped it back. Thankfully there were only miner issues with the corner of my cards. Besides that I am very pleased.
