Omg! They are sooo beautiful in person! I am the Maid of Honor for my friend's wedding and decided to do a Parisian theme. Came across these save the dates and they were a hit. I turned them into magnet keepsakes and EVERYONE can't stop talking about them! 10/10 Definitely Reccomend;-)

I ordered business cards. I was not aware they were going to be plastic, but I love them. Kinda threw me, but they look so modern and since I was able to design them myself, they turned out wonderful and I am so very happy with them. This is the first time I ordered, I will order again.

I have ordered from Zazzle many times. Each time I order, the items come on time. In fact, since I have bought so much from them, the items come early and I get coupons from them in the mail.
It is one of the few websites outside of Starwars.com that actually has decent Star Wars clothing.
Have not been disappointed with them thus far. Keep it up Zazzle!

The plaque i ordered came and it was beautiful, i lost my fur baby and i am devasated but seeing her beautiful face on the wonderful plaque has brought me so much comfort, and it it was honestly affordable especially since vet bills tend not to be, i am so happy with the product even thought not the reason for needing and wanting it. Ps the plaque came a week earlier then expected an that was great.

Such an easy website to create invitations for what I felt was last minute on my end! I was able to have my invitations made and in the mail to guest within 7 days! My guests have received their graduation invites and are so impressed when I've told them I made them myself online and have given them the referral to the website. I'll definitely use the services again in the future. I would have loved to play more with designs but I had to get them out quick. So happy with the end results!

Biggest mistake ordering from zazzle, I order two shirts from there. Paid the 15$ for express shipping. Which was suppose to be be 2-3 from manufacturing. I received the order 6 days from ordering. I emailed the company and told them this, they offered me a credit for a future order. I told them I will never be ordering from this company again, and I want the shipping cost refunded to my card. (Still have no received that) upon receiving the shirts I have found that one of the decals is worn away so much that the words are barely legible, and the one shirt has multiple stains! This is unacceptable and I have emailed them for a full refund. The printing is horrible and not worth the cost. I will tell everyone I know to never order from this company. Very dissatisfied.

I have emailed support at zazzle twice about a code that gave a success response but no discount. I have received no response. The code was from a NEW email from them. This constitutes false advertising and is a waste of my time. Zazzle has great products but awful costumer service if there is a problem. I didn't even place the order because the discount did not work.

The Zazzle web site has wonderful
Items. The tools to crest were great, but it took me a while to realize how to use them and how to use the template. Once I fit, it was easy. The price explanation was also a bit difficult. I kept getting a discount code to use, but it was not valid.
However, I am very pleased with the finished project.
Lots of products and options. Also, it looked easy - and will be next time I use it. I just had to get use to how to use the design tools.

My first experience with the site was POOR. I had an awful time with the spacing of my message. I gave up. Disappointing. Note: I was given a code for a 60% discount.
A day or two later, I wanted that card bad enough, I tried again. I muddled my way through and obtained my layout. Good. When I used the discount code, I found it had expired. Disappointing. I was given a code for 20% discount. Not as good. Disappointing.
Delivery, time and service was very good.

Placed my order way passed time for a Christmas gift. I had no expectation that it could possibly make it in time for Christmas. Not only did it arrive in time, it's was a few days early! Quality was excellent. I highly recommend this vendor.

When I ordered from them the order came out ok. Nothing more spectacular than you can get from CVS or WALMART. However, they make it hard to cancel your subscription and when you call they try to make you agree to going another year in an email. I told them I would just be disputing the charge with PayPal and my bank as I did not agree to continue. They did offer store credit in the amount to continue another year- I declined and then they told me they would not refund me and I'd have to go through more steps to attempt a refund. Currently doing so.

Despite Zazzle providing great business card designs and custom design options I am very disappointed in their service. I ordered my custom bushiness cards on 6/6/14... it is now the 26/6/14 and I am still waiting for them to arrive. In addition to this I have tried calling both contact lines both of which seem incorrect or unavailable! My emails and service resquest have not been responded too. VERY unhappy and disappointed in this service. I strongly discourage using Zazzle for anyone who is considering ordering from this sight and ordering to Australia. Considering their moto says "We promise 100% satisfaction.
If you don't absolutely love it, we'll take it back!"... I am 100% not satisfied!

I really loved all of the products I was looking at. But the way you personalize the iPad cases was really hard. I had to choose a case that I could just use the personalized example on the website because I could never figure out how to put my name on anything.

I was very pleased with the varied selections available through Zazzle. The nautical design I chose was perfect with the venue where the rehearsal dinner was held (on a river in a boathouse). I placed an order mid July for 50 engagement party invitations including envelopes with return address--well ahead of the date I would need to address the invitations. I received the order July 30 but didn't realize the envelopes they sent did not include the return address. I have been trying since then to get the correct size envelope with the return address but all I have received is two different deliveries of printed envelopes in the wrong size. Called customer service and they assured me they would rush me the correct envelopes. It's September 10 and I still don't have them and customer service says they are backed up and can't tell me when I will get them. They suggested I cancel my order since I have to get out the invitations now. Thanks alot! I am so disappointed with their service I would NEVER consider using them again. They should have at least offer to comp my whole order but of course did not.

I can not believe the reviews I'm reading here. I ordered a custom made fanny pack on 12/10/16. It had sadi that it was delivered, nothing. I called, waited 54 minutes to talk to someone and they said "oh we will send a new one that requires a signature with express shipping" that was suppose to be here on the 23rd an i still haven't received anything. I will be calling my bank and and reporting FRAUD! What a piece of sh*t company. You guys should be ASHAMED

I ordered a personalized apron for my wife since she loves to bake. I was able to easily customize the item and order it. The item took a few days in production but actually arrived faster than was projected to me when I ordered it. Great item and good quality.

I paid a lot of money for posters to decorate our home gym (from Zazzle). I was willing to incur the cost for the images and quality I thought would come from this company and from a product that cost so much. Well, I did NOT get what I paid for. Disappointed is an understatement! The quality was horrific- fuzzy and grainy. I had to pay to ship them back (in addition to the shipping I paid to receive them). 100% satisfaction is not guaranteed.

I ordered a binder with my nephew's name on it for Christmas. It finally arrived with a mark on the front. It never should have shipped. I paid a fortune for shipping and now I'm not going to have it for Christmas.

Zazzle is a wonderful website that has just about any item you ever would want to personalize. I have purchased tee-shirts, key chains, and hard-to-find, fun political items as well. Their software for editing and personalizing is simple to use, no one has to be any kind of "techy" or "expert" to achieve great results. One only needs an idea and a smidge of creativity... then the rest is easy. Zazzle is the shizzle.

I ordered several masks over a month ago. I paid a premium fee for express service. Every time I check, they are still being made. I was told they should be delivered between May 22-29. They are not even done making them, let alone shipping them. When I contacted customer service, they did not have an expected day of shipping. It has been a week past when they should have been delivered and they are not even close to shipping them. I really wish I had not wasted my money!
