Since it was my first time ordering from Zazzle, I had questions on how to create my cards on line. I called customer service and quickly answered my questions and I was on my way to complete my cards.

I received them a few days earlier than projected. They were very nice. Color was great, folded just right. I received them in a stiff envelope that kept them neat.

The representative answered my question and I was able to complete my project.

I chose Zazzle because I like to design my own items, cards, cups, etc. With Zazzle don't have a minimum to order. Also the pricing is great. They are also available to answer any questions.

I have been waiting to order business cards for a while but never did because either I couldnt find one I liked or I couldn't upload what I wanted exactly. I've ordered from Zazzle before and tried again and I was able to do it exactly how I wanted it. I am going to reorder and change small things but they were details I messed up on ie the wrong color and type of font...too loud and hard to read for some older folks but I absolutely love them. They are totally me and makes me feel awesome that I have them

Pricing and being able to make the cards exactly how I want.plus it was easy to do because there were so many prompts on how to do it and how to change it.

I was most anxious about designing signs for my wedding because I unsure how to make the designs and get them printed. Zazzle made it super easy with hundreds of customizable templates and themes to choose from. I also really appreciated the feature to transfer a design onto a different item. My suggestion for future is to have the ability to print the same design on the front and back of an item. I found myself having to make the designs twice to get it to work. Also, having a workplace to save your designs and edit them before you put it into your card would be useful.

This is the second year in a row I have used Zazzle to customize a mug for the holidays as a gift. Both years I received the mug sooner than expected. Additionally, the photos I selected for the mugs were clear and the color rich. I have been more than satisfied with the products ordered from Zazzle.

I Ordered a Blanket for my son's Graduation Gift and they sent me some stupid blanket with a guy on it! This is not what I ordered and their customer service sucks! Cant get ahold of no one. I need this by June 6,2020! So very mad right now!
I just want what I ordered!

Zazzle is a really good website to order cute things... but the shipping was really expensive... I used the free 30-day trial, but now I can't use it again. I also got the wrong size of the binder I order... which was really cute by the way. I am very excited about my orders and I will buy from them again.

I have always been pleased with all of my Zazzle products, and now I am also happy to say that the support team came through and corrected the problem with my Zazzle Black membership to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company, their support as well as their products. I have changed my rating to 5 stars. Thank you, Zazzle. You have earned my customer loyalty.

I have not received any follow-up e-mail. I have checked my "junk" folder, but there is no e-mail. On another review reply, Zazzle said that they see I was able to contact customer support. Yes, that was part of my review--support was useless, as stated above. They responded with a generic e-mail, welcoming me to Zazzle, telling me my fictitious "savings" and saying that no refunds are ever given. So much for support. And the e-mail that was "sent" to me in response to my review has not arrived.

Beware of Zazzle Black membership

My complaint is NOT with my order or with any products. I have enjoyed the products. My complaint is with the Zazzle Black membership. I was a member for several years and decided to cancel it this year since I didn't order often enough to make it worth the money. I was losing money (that part is not their fault). When I signed up, they sent a welcome e-mail with a renewal date. They sent no reminders after that. That's okay--I still have the welcome e-mail and knew the renewal date. So the day before the renewal, I go to cancel the membership and find that my account has already been charged for the renewal. No prior notice of an impending charge. But after being charged (BEFORE the renewal date), I get another welcome e-mail, as if I'd never been a member, telling me of my renewal date for next year. Poor policy. Note: I had to give an order number for this review, but my t-shirt order is NOT the problem. The problem is only with Zazzle Black. Interestingly, their e-mail telling me my account was charged treats me like a new member, yet support tells me how much I saved due to my membership. They say I saved about $19 in shipping over the past few years, but they don't include how much I spent in the Zazzle Black membership to get those savings. I spent over $19 on the membership. The problem is that they charge your renewal BEFORE your renewal date and without warning, so if you want to cancel, take note of that and be sure to cancel EARLY.

The font on-line is much different than print. When I received the invitations, the font was hardly legible. It was small and the color was terrible. I went with what was recommended as I thought it looked nice on-line so I would recommend that you don't use colors / font sizes that people can't read when they actually get the invite.

I have been treated horrible, my design looks rediculous considering it took 2 MONTHS! I am uploading what I got vs what I was supposed to get. They promised on top of all this that I would be compensated after one month if I didnt get my order but then ignored my emails, my calls, everything and got my masks to me past 2 months finally still no compensation. Then they cut my name off the top of my mask which added insult to injury. I mean I didnt even get my entire symbol which is rediculous. 2MONTHS is my wait time and being ignored the whole time. I'm ordering again along with other mask sights and will review each time frame for those who are looking for better sites as well. We will see.

I've read that the only way to get Zazzle to respond is to give a poor review. So, here I am.
After reading everyone else's reviews regarding shipping, I'm afraid I'm being ghosted and just got scammed out of a large chunk of money for a gift I ordered.
I have kindly emailed twice without a response, and their phones are apparently forever experiencing technical difficulties since I've tried calling for a month now.
I would like to know where my order is please.
I am EXTREMELY concerned that I just gave my money to a scam website.

I ordered business cards and was unhappy with the outcome. I called Zazzle and Robert was very helpful in attending to what I was looking for, taking the time to make sure that I would be happy if they they tried to re-print them for me. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know that a re-print would likely not produce the outcome I was looking for and offered to issue a refund. Even though I didn't end up with a product that I loved, their customer service was superb.

This website has a number of fake reviews and the products are terrible. Then, if you try to call someone- there is an announcement of a 30min wait time. If you try to follow instructions to cancel an order, the instructions don't work. FAKE reviews. My wedding invitations turned out to be cheap postcards, nothing like what was online.

I have tried to contact Zazzle for 3 days for a RMA number. No one has responded to my emails and when you call, there is a recording stating they are out of the office and will be in whenever to make up for the time that they are out. I do not like my iphone cover and I want to return it. But, I don't have the RMA number! This is very upsetting because they give you a 30 day limit on returns from the day you purchase it. Come on, Zazzle... get in touch with me for the RMA number!

I was looking for an inexpensive and quick way to have some stickers made for advertising/marketing. I did a google search for custom stickers and I am glad I found Zazzle.com. Zazzle had just what I needed at the price I was looking for. I would recommend Zazzle to all of my family, friends, and business partners.

I have been using Zazzle.com for several years. It is great for that personalized gift that you can't find any where else. I was surprised that I did not receive any promotional offers or reminders this past holiday season, since that is when I am really shopping for that perfect gift. I hope that I can continue to receive those handy gift giving reminders this holiday season.

Ordered ornaments as a gift and it said they would arrive between Dec 16-19th. I paid an outrageous amount to have the shipment expedited. I received 6 of the 12 ornaments. Tried to call customer service and their voicemail message basically tells you we are too busy screwing up our orders to handle your call. I emailed and haven't received a response. So if you are looking for customer service - don't expect any!

I recently ordered some personalized napkins for my son's engagement. Although the idea was great the printing wasn't so clear. As soon as I showed them to the Zazzle Customer Service Representative Ivan he helped me to fix the font and get them redone so we could use them for the party! I would definitely use this company again!

My son has a big Leonardo da Vinci project. I looked everywhere for a small picture of the painting of The Last Supper. All the other sites had way to big of a picture. By a miracle I came across this site where I could custom size it to the size I wanted. The picture came quick in the mail and it looks perfect. Zazzle saved my son's project.

Ordered an 11x14 poster with frame, and poster arrived in a triangular box with many creases. It is now sitting under two books to flatten while I wait for the frame to arrive. I hope it's at least decent after I put it in the frame. At this point it's not worth even dealing with costumer service, given all the reviews of dissatisfaction; if only I would have read them to begin with. Don't make the same mistake I did by utilizing this company.

As far as ordering goes, the product was shipped and arrived on time and was what I ordered. For customer service, they are horrible. Somehow a membership got added to my account and I was billed for this. I did not know I was billed until the day of. I did not sign up for this membership and when I emailed to cancel and ask for a refund they did not do so. They stated that I manually had to agree to it and it is non refundable. This is ridiculous as I emailed not but 20 minutes after I saw the charge. There was no email warning me a charge was coming or anything. That being said, I will never order from them again. I cannot stand companies that hide things and do every little thing to try and make a few dollars.

Tip for consumers:
MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERY LITTLE FINE PRINT YOU CAN SO YOU DONT NEED TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
