Ordered the (Large) Orange/Teal clock was very dissapointed in the size, cause if that's a large I would hate to see what the small & medium look like. No where on the back is there a way to hang it. Just not happy with the size for the price.

I ordered my wedding invitations from Zazzle and was very disappointed. First off, they don't look like wedding invitations, they look more like post card. For the price of the invitations, I was expecting something that actually looked decent. If I wanted my invitations to look like post cards, I could have went to Staples and printed them for less than half the cost of what I paid. To be honest, the quality looks extremely cheap, but the invitations were not cheap, they were quite costly.
Secondly, the invitations were sent through Canada post, so on top of paying the original delivery fee, I had to pay the cost of picking it up through Canada post.
Thirdly, when I open up the invitations to fold them, there was a gross looking stain on one of the invitations, so I couldn't even send it off.
Will not be ordering off of Zazzle ever again

I ordered products, paid extra for expedited shipping, NO PRODUCT! Customer service is nice but cannot accomplish a thing for me and refuse to get me in touch with their corporate headquarters. My kids will not have their items for Christmas thanks to this company all because the manufacturer of my products are not contacting customer service back. THIS is when their headquarters NEEDS to be involved. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I am contacting the Federal Trade commission. Do not be fooled by some of the good reviews. They make it difficult to complain and even are trying to take down people's rights on Wikipedia... all because they don't like what is being said. Well get your act together and deliver our products!

I ordered a wedding welcome sign 30"x20" and it came out beautiful! Very satisfied. Clean, crisp contrast and font. Sturdy material and a great price for the size compared to other things I was seeing on Etsy and other competitors.
Great price (it was on sale too) and a good fit with design/color scheme I was looking for.

I bought a 100 of my business cards from them with an awesome logo. I was very happy at first then relized it was missing a didget in my phone number. Not sure why no one noticed it but ive sent several emails to them but can not get a responce. Only reason ive giving them 3 stars other then that over all good product.

I had to write my review 3 times before the website would take it. I used my iPhone when writing the review and it was really difficult. I finally figured out that I couldn't review using the mobile site, I had to have my phone pull up the main site because I couldn't access the five-star rating portion of the review form and kept getting error messages off of the mobile site. Then, when on the main website I had to redo it all over again. After redoing it I then had to sign in and pick a username before my review was accepted. Very inconvenient process rewarded by a very long code (20 letters of gibberish)for $5 off my next Zazzle purchase that I will never remember and, thus, cannot use. Too bad because I am pleased with the product I ordered and hoped to use zazzle again.

A postcard, a mug, a 2.25 inch key chain and a water bottle. I wanted the items by 18 December, today is 9 December ie delivery in 9 days time.
Items cost $48.33
Cost to deliver $55.22!
Needless to say I cancelled the order

The website is super easy to use, the order was quick to print and ship.
I gave three stars bc the print quality was not very good. I used very good quality pictures, and my order came out a bit fuzzy. It might be bc the postcard was not photo paper, but for what I paid the quality should have been better. If the printer thought the postcards were blurry (as I did) they could have followed up before letting the order go out.

I paid and signed up for one year of free shipping. Since I did not uncheck the box that said to automatically do this every year, they charged me $10. On December 29,2017, I immediately called and was told it was impossible to get it back. After a ten minute phone call they agreed to do it just this once. Five emails, two phone calls, and two months later, I still have not received my refund.
It has been 73 days now, and two more emails, and I still have not received my $10 refund.

I was able to customize the invitations just the way I wanted to. Placed the order and before i knew it they were already delivered. The invitations turned out better than expected. Very happy with the entire process.

I placed order for t shirts for my daughters school fair. I was told it would arrive by 524-5/30. It never arrived when I called customer service I waited close to an hour for a representative who was unable to help me. Stating item still in production. I was never contacted by zazzle that item wasn't shipped. I will never order again and I advise you to call their customer service line and see how long it takes to get a representative before placing an order

I found this website quite by accident as my 30 plus son and his friend was telling me about the "honey badger". This subject became quite a funny conversation that we all had fun with! I started looking for a gift about the honey badger and found an incredible array of Tshirts. I purchased one as a surprised, it came and my son was DELIGHTED! Terrible! I used a coupon code that automatically enrolled me in their Zazzle Black Membership. My confirmation email said I would have an opportunity to cancel my membership before I was billed for a full year, but by that they meant I had to dig through the site on my own and figure out how to cancel. I contacted them for a refund the same day I was billed for the renewal but received a canned response about how my membership is nonrefundable.
