I went online to look at invitations not sure what I wanted. They had so many ideas. I found what I wanted, filled things out, played around a little. Finalized things put in my order, and in no time had a message about where we were in the process, then shipping, and then in a few days I had my invitations. I was so happy with the service and results.

When ordering my invitations I missed putting the time on them…I was disappointed that no one from Zazzle contacted me when reviewing my order. Although it was my fault it was missed I was very disappointed that a company that does this work daily would not have reached out to see if the time was left off on purpose.

I was able to order and be confident that it would get here before I left to Ecuador for the communion I needed these for. They fit perfect with the invitation and I can't wait to see everything come together.

I was having trouble making a shower invation. Site kept saying error. I called zazzle customer service line. Explained my problem to Joe who helped me and finished the invation for me. Plus gave me a 40% code! He was so nice and patient with me trying to explain my problem.

I ordered 60 invitations, rsvp and information cards w/envelopes. When I received my order, only the invitations were there. I went to the website and clicked on Chat. I chatted with Thelma, who looked into the situation and arranged to have replacement RSVP and information cards sent out to me to correct the problem. The chat was quick and painless and I am completely satisfied. Great job!

I ordered a Christmas gifts for my family on Dec. 7th with an estimated delivery of Dec. 15-19. It is now December 28th I still have not received them. Zazzle has made it a very stressful, embarrassing and disappointing Christmas for me.
Customer service is closed until the new year.! The kind of retail company closes during its busiest season of the year, is not one I will ever do business with again. I hope I can save others the frustration that I have had!

I purchased four ties at a price that originally seemed to be a bit stiff. BUT, I am so pleased with the final products, and the comments I have received, and the compliments I have earned because I was wearing those ties have nullified any misgivings I may have had initially concerning the purchase price. I will be buying more ties from Zazzle.com.

Did they not only ruined her Save the Dates. Now the wedding invitations!
Why did I order from them again... because I have seen their work in the past. But, they went from the best to the worst!
We ordered glitter invitations. Glitter being the key word. We got photo copy glitter invitations. Not sparkle glitter! Their Sparkly glitter silver metalic address labels were just as bad.
This Mother of the Bride will never refer this company again!

I ordered Baby Shower invites twice. Neither time came to me. The first batch had the wrong date on them so no harm really it just would have been nice to receive what I paid for since... I paid for it. The second time I ordered 25 with the correct date on them and still never received them...
Also they take about 2 days to process your order once you place it and if you do basic shipping it will take about 2 weeks on top of that. DON'T DO BASIC SHIPPING. Will never recommend anyone use Zazzle. They're a scam.

I was TOTALLY impressed with these pillows. The color was vivid, loved the trendy design and the quality of the pillows was amazing. They were not cheap looking at all and there was a hidden zipper so you can wash the cases! Nice inner pillows as well. I got a lot of compliments on them! Exceeded my expectations. I just purchased an iPhone 8 and wanted a new case for it. I purchased from Dazzle a case that was advertised as being for an iPhone 8. NOT TRUE! When it arrived, it was too small. It was in a box marked iPhone 7. The company tells me that all I can get is either a company credit or a refund on my credit card. Their explanation is that the iPhone 7 and the iPhone 8 are the same size. NOT TRUE! I sent photos clearly showing that my iPhone 8 was much bigger than the iPhone 7 case. This is crappy customer service and false advertising! I will never purchase anything from company again and I will let the internet know what a crappy company it is!

My experience with zazzle has kept me amazed and thrilled with their products. I am not a savy shopper online but with zazzle it is easy and hassle free. I needed a photo board in a hurry for a wedding shower and it came the day before the event just as they said it would and it was beautiful! I also ordered the shower invitations and they were gorgeous and came in a timely matter as well! We will definitely order from your company again

The website was flakey and often had to be reloaded. Once the frustration of ordering the product was over, there was the waiting period. This was one of the slowest deliveries I can recall. When the stuff got there (printed material) it looked quite amateur. I would not recommend this site. The quality would be better if you made the same stuff on your ink jet printer.

It was very pleasant using Zazzle to create my Christmas card photo this year. I loved the themes to chose from and, after a bit if maneuvering around, was able to figure out how to change what I wanted, get the features I wanted and create my card. I feel ahead of the game for once, ready to send out my cards the first week of December! And, I scored that sweet 50% discount.
I wanted choice and after being on some other websites, thought I'd look at their Christmas card options.

I found Zazzle because I received a beautiful Christmas greeting from a friend and immediately looked for the site. I love art deco and Zazzle has a great selection of deco greetings. I'm hooked on the website. The Customer Service is outstanding and the product quality is excellent. Just learn to navigate the site and select the desired font. Great website. I highly recommend Zazzle!

Entered into "Zazzle Black" for $10 4 years ago - auto-renewed this year (with no courtesy warning) and the DAY it renewed I requested the subscription be canceled and fee be refunded. They offered me the refund in a store credit. I haven't bought from them in over 4 years. I don't want a credit, thank you. With no warning on renewal and contacting them the day of the renewal/purchase, they should credit the charge.

Customer service is huge with these online companies! If the customer service is bad than the company will go under unfortunately. I bought business cards for my company and customized them, had some questions and needed to talk to a live person. I called 2 times over 2 different days and waited on hold for 45 min and second day an hour. Needless to say I never got to speak to anyone. I ended up customizing the business cards and thank goodness they came out really nice. I customized postcards as well, but I guess the writing was to large for the card or something, because I got some kind of error on it. Guess I will never know because again can't talk to a LIVE PERSON! So they lost my money on buying post cards. Bad Cust service...

I ordered a trinket dish from zazzle and it came broken. They had a system for returning items where I just uploaded the pictures of the broken dish and they immediately (like within 10 mins) sent me an email that they will be issuing a replacement. No calls to customer service, no shipping
Back the broken dish. It was the easiest process ever. I was very impressed!
