I didn't receive my order when I should have so I signed in to check the status. I saw it has been canceled. Of course no one had notified me. When I called Customer service to find out what the problem was they said they wouldnt print an image of the car because of copyright. I explain to them that I bought the car and it is registered to me and I need the business cards for a show that I am in in two days. They didn't seem to care at all and really screwed me over. I will never use this site again.

I lost my boy due to old age and diabetes complications, and I wanted to get a nice memorial picture of him. Zazzle delivered a wonderful product quicker than I expected. I will miss my boy, but he will be remembered forever.
I couldn’t find what I was looking for on other websites, but Zazzle had the perfect product.

So many fun options - I am glad I had a specific product line in mind.
"Adopt-a-Poody" gave me a starting point.
I am mildly disappointed the postage is so darn expensive for one sheet though.
I will be back, since zazzle also belongs to the iGive and GoodSearch networks!

My wedding invitations arrived much faster than expected and the design is beautiful. My only complaint is that the ink was smeared in the upper left corner of all the invitations. We decided to send the invitations anyway out to our guests.
The site was recommended by a family member.

I spent several hours on Zazzle creating a lovely brochure to pass out at my Mother's memorial service. I ordered them 2 weeks prior to the funeral and opted for next day shipping to make sure they would be there at least 3 days prior to the service. When the order sat in "in progress" status the day I should have received them I reached out to Zazzle. I worked with the online chat customer service (which was my only option) and they tried to help me - but they must outsource their printing because they did not have any luck. I ended up having to recreate the brochure myself on PowerPoint and had Kinko's print them. It wasn't close to the quality I had hoped for - but at least we had something to pass out. I had a thousand other things to do to prepare for my Mom's service - other than having to recreate the darn brochures. I have used Zazzle many times before - but not sure I will be able to get over this huge disappointment at such a difficult time in my life. Sigh.

Zazzle offers plenty of wonderful templates to customize easily by adding personal text and images. Zazzle made it very easy to create unique bags for company volunteer. The bags turned out to be wonderful, unique company gifts.

Website and availability of designs is excellent. Design features were very user-friendly, and I liked the ability to preview the design up close before ordering.
Only thing I would like to see is the addition of complementary products. Now that I love my networking card, I need to order thank you cards. I prefer to include a networking card that matches the thank you card. It would be great if these complementary product suggestions appeared on the same page as the networking card.

I ordered invitations. They are adorable and accurate.
I forgot to enter the promo code before I submitted the order. Even though I contacted them immediately, the company refused to apply the code. They told me I would have to cancel the order and recreate the invitation.
Also in my haste, I spent an extra $17.50 on envelopes I don't need. As I was placing the order it suggested I buy envelopes. It made it seem like they were not included. I ordered 10 invitations and the smallest amount of envelopes I could buy was 25. But my fault for not taking the time to check or call.

I ordered three different Get Well cards. I received three cards, but one was a duplicate, and the third was not in the package. The result is close enough for me, since I like the duplicate and can use it, so I choose not to complain. I have enough on my plate already.

Photos on the card came out great. However, the inside of the card had a Zazzle stock photo (not one of mine) rather than the plain background I had requested. I ended up printing out some of my photos and covering the stock photo since it was too late to request a refund-do.

My daughter and I finally agreed on a delightful wedding invitation that we found on Zazzle. After thinking about the exact wording and getting approval from the groom, we went back to the website and couldn't find our design. I called the Customer Support at Zazzle, and Joe helped me find the right card. So thankful!

Received wonderful customer service from both Damian and Robert. I tried to create a rush order that unfortunately was too large to be made and shipped by the needed date so I canceled the order and received full refund with no isssues. Communication is very clear and emails are sent to confirm what was discussed on phone calls. Service is polite and knowledgeable.

Ordered two mugs for my parents birthdays. Each one was a different color to coordinate with the picture of each of my kids that I put on them. Site was easy to use and mugs were great. Picture quality was sharp and they were shipped quickly. They were packaged well and nothing was broken. A great site. I will definitely use again! :)

The board is great We love what it does. One thing that we didn't like as much is that it's easily scratched. Once it scratched it removes portions of the QR code and the QR code becomes useless. It needs a protective plastic over the front or something. If you buy this you must make sure you protect it

I wouldn't even give Zazzle a 1 star but zero stars wasn't available. When I printed the invites for my baby shower they had no issue printing them even though it was a purchased template. When I went to print the thank you cards for the baby shower they cancelled my order with a horrible excuse. They printed my baby shower invites which were also Pooh and not offered by them but when I went to print my purchased template of Pooh for the thank you card they denied it. They had already taken the money from my bank account and are not willing to accommodate me in any way to make things right. I wouldn't recommend Zazzle to my worst enemy. Avoid using at all costs because this company is a complete disappointment.
