I was so excited and happy to receive my 3 business cards but two of them were not punched with earring holes. One has the holes marked but not punched and the other has nothing. The quality is good overall but the follow through is not where it should be.
It look easy to customize and the price was nice.

I placed
An order on May 5, with an expected delivery date of May 23. On June 9, I sent a message to customer service about the late delivery. After four days inrecieved a response that they would let the production line know, but no information to n regarding my expected deliver date. About six weeks after the expected delivery date my INCORRECT order arrived- missing one of the five items. I have again reached out to customer service but since the policy is 3-4 days reaction time, I don't expect prompt attention to the matter. I do NOT recommend this company!

I ordered Christmas Cards and Envelopes from this company but only received the Cards. When I sent them an email questions this they replied and stated the following:
" As we have recently changed our available paper offerings on the marketplace, some Invitations and Cards now allow you to select Envelopes to be included with your order, rather than all Invitations and Cards include Envelopes as standard."
I know for a fact I clicked that yes I wanted envelopes. They also gave me a link where I could purchase 25 Envelope for $15. I told them no thank you and ordered 110 envelopes off Amazon for $17. I love the cards but the deviousness of this company with the envelopes will prevent me from making another purchase with this company for any of my stationary needs in the future.

Perfect! Everything about the ordering was easy. I typically have a difficult time with computers. When I first placed the order I forgot to put the time guests should arrive. I was able to cancel the order and fix my mistake with no issues.

I ordered invitations that were lost in the mail. They promised to send out a replacement with expedited shipping and told me it would arrive within 2-3 days. Called back after receiving nothing and was told they couldn't tell me when the invites would be sent out due to moving manufacturing sites. When I requested a refund they told me it would take 21 BUSINESS days to refund me money. That is insane.

I love the invitations! Great quality. The only recommendation is that I would have liked to have added my return address pre-printed on the envelopes. Another company offers that feature (with no added expense).

I ordered invitations for a rehearsal dinner for my son and baby shower invitations for my daughter. They turned out beautifully and I am extremely pleased with both. I expedited the order and it was costly but they arrived just when I was told they would. I highly recommend them.

I order a Throw Blanket for a Birthday present for my friend. Paid extra for express shipping. Made sure to order it in plenty or time and it was still late to arrive. I spoke to Customer Service and they insured me they would get it there in time. But again it did not. This was my first order from Dazzle and I will not order from them again! Do not use this company if you want something sent on time!

I placed an order on Dec 8. I received an E-mail with Tracking information. However, for the last 2 days I have attempted to log into my account in order to obtain tracking status on my purchase but have been unable to do so. I have requested to reset my password (more than once) in the last 2 days but have not received E-mail with instructions to reset (yes, I have checked spam folder). I have tried to use the company's web site to contact them via E-mail but it loops me right back around to log into my account to contact them! I can't get into my account, that is the problem. Right now I am very frustrated and if I could cancel my order I would.

I ordered 8 stickers from zazzle tht said "will you be my bridesmaid?" To stick onto wine bottles to give my girlfriends. I ordered them at 2am on Friday morning and received it by 9am Tuesday morning! I live in Canada so I expected the shipping to take a few weeks. But I was so surprised with how quickly I received my personalized items. I'm so impressed with the quality of the stickers I ordered - they look amazing. 5 stars I will definitely be ordering again!

I had difficulty creating a custom designed invitation on my iPad. I called customer service, and a very knowledgeable and helpful representative walked me through the process, Aoife offered constructive suggestions to improve the look of the invitation. It was based on a rehearsal dinner invitation.
Aoife was just wonderful and patient. She helped me design the perfect invitation for a celebration to honor my son and daughter- in- laws marriage.

I ordered invitations etc. The belly bands never came and you simply cannot get ahold of anyone. No one answers the email inquiries and if you try to call the "hold" time is > 20 minutes. Ridiculous. I wouldn't both with them. There are too many other places that have much better service to help you if something goes amiss.
Now I have to stay on hold for 20+ minutes to try to get a refund for something I never got. Horrible

If I had known how long it would take to process an order I never would have placed an order with Zazzle. I still haven't recieved a tracking number and it has been almost three weeks. Other than that developing the label and ordering was easy, too bad the processing takes so long. Maybe if you know in advance that it will take up to a month to recieve, you'll wait patiently. I did not know and needed them a bit sooner.

I was scared to order on line. I have always been scared of not knowing what you may get. I asked my sisters law and she said people normally post reviews when they have had a problem, they seldom write are view when they are happy with the product. She said for every bad review there are dozens of happy customers. So now I must say I am one of the happy customers. I order invitation for a baby shower and I love them. They look just like the picture. The price was great, and I got them in 8 days. I reordered 2 days later since I needed more and got them in 5 days. Everyone that got them loved them as well.
