Googled foil metallic business cards. Zazzle came up on the search. I selected foil business cards from the drop down and selected a design. Edited to add business information and ordered. They arrived and they are not foil. All the text and embellished parts which I thought were gold foil are beige print. Worse yet they don't even offer foil printing on their business cards. It's so misleading and frustrating! Why have a catalog of foil business cards if they are NOT FOIL! Hundreds of disappointing business cards now! NEVER AGAIN

6-8 working days for delivery after manufacture is a lie, it's been 16 working days since the told me my order was shipped and I still haven't received the product, the event I needed the product for has been and gone. My money is wasted and the shipping fees are expensive!

This was my first order experience and it was great. The order itself was easy to complete and the delivery was about 4 days sooner than I expected! The invitations look exactly as expected and the quality is excellent. Very pleased and will be back for more when the need arises in the future. Thank you to the designer.

Zazzle doesn't commit to personalization. I ordered an item 3 times and days later the order was canceled each time. Two of the designs were not copyright issues but still did not get processed. Why institute personalization and not allow and there should be a section for copyright agreements to upload at the time of purchase if it is an issue. I would not support this site for any purchases!

Zazzle is generally good. Their prints have - across 3 orders - been awesome, and their products are almost without exception almost. Zazzle gives good value for money, but not exceptional, and their prices aren't as cheap as you could find elsewhere. I'd recommend Zazzle for good value for money for effort in buying; they're a lot easier to buy from than other companies, and aren't very expensive.

Not only did they take my payment and failed to send the item I ordered, they won't refund my money or even attempt to send the item. They claimed that they issued a refund but they didn't and then they changed their minds and are just going to keep my money.

Signed on today (day before Thanksgiving) to purchase a pillow with a customized quote. Found one that I liked - it was 50% off ($40- $20) filled out all the information and when I went to pay the price had changed from $20 to $32 plus shipping. It was now about 25% off not 50% off. Had to search for a number - They only work West Coast time. Tried to write a review - Zazzle Customer reviews take you back to their home page. No legit business works this way. They are CONS, SCAMMERS, CHEATS. Calling State Attorney

I think what I find the most frustrating when reading less than 4-star reviews is that most customers don't reach out to customer service before writing a review, and in the case of Zazzle's customer support they do a phenomenal job helping the customer to the best of their abilities. Truly incredible!
The staff, especially Kathy, are incredibly amazing! Always polite and always going beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping with design suggestions to promotions!
They are the best of the best when it comes to customer service, and anyone who says differently is just having a bad day and needs to take a nap - just sayin'. Mic drop.

Quick navigation through website. Information provided on website regarding product was clearly explained. All of this made for a quick selection of the product as well as a secured and quick checkout process. When I received the product, the quality was superior, going beyond my expectations. I had a great experiance ordering through Zazzle. I did have to expidite my order and I felt the shipping charges were very high, but it was my fault waiting till last minute. If I can suggest one thing is offer a less expensive shipping option for last minute orders, especially to loyal customers.

Ordered 25 invitations for my mother. The order was very slow to arrive and the only thing in the box was 19 envelopes! She spent a good part of the day on the phone with Zazzle. She was told they would take several days to print and then several days to get to her. She wanted them to be overnighted to her and offered to pay for this, but was told that can't be done. The party is quickly approaching and no invitations. Customer service can't give us a definite arrival date. I can't recommend Zazzle after this experience.

Order months in advance. Don't expect Zazzle to jump to correct a problem with their order.

Paid about 25$ for some (about a dozen)round erasers with an image printed on one side-. Turkeys- for my 3rd grade students. Within about 30 minutes of use, almost all of the image had rubbed off. Waste of money.

The poster is adorable and was exactly as it appears on the website however, the shipping was extremely expensive for an 11x14 poster. $15.00+ change. The poster cost $9.00. This certainly would make me reconsider ordering from Zazzle again.
