The selection of fabrics was ample. The fabric colors as shown on the Internet were true. The quality was excellent. And the pillows arrived in a short period of time and on schedule. Thank you Zazzle!

I ordered round Christmas stickers for cookie bags. When they came I kid you not our names were so small they were not even legible. I can't use them and there is no time for a do over. The sticker was the size of a quarter. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

Zazzle offered a 20% discount for the end of daylight savings time. I bought a larger quantity and I received their quantity discount (10% off). Zazzle refused to honor their 20% off promotion! They claimed that since I ordered a large quantity and received 10% off, they did not have to honor their advertised 20% off promotion.
Dishonest! Stay away!

I ordered a set of buttons to use as party giveaways. I was pleased with the ease of the webiste, the communication upon receiving my order, processing my order and shipping notification. The buttons arrived on time, they were just as I expected them to be and they were a huge hit! Also, I found similar items at other websites but Zazzle had the lowest price.

Zazzle sells high quality products you design yourself. You can sell your products or buy them for yourself. These are great gift ideas because you customize the products with your own designs or sayings.

My order came with the colors not matching - they provided a credit which did not cover my reorder. When the second order came on the wrong paper they indicated they would refund the order. They only refunded the difference I paid from the credit. I spent close to $460 to have my invitations had to go out mix matched, wrong colors, not matching paper. I could have simply done that with the first bad order. You are better off printing them on yourown.

We ordered custom stamps for our wedding invites last week. They were gaurenteed to be here by "Wednesday to Friday" of the following week. The company "moved production facilities" and didn't communicate that with their customers. When we didn't receive our stamps, we called the customer service line. After waiting 55 minutes to talk to a representative, he hung up on us without answering any questions. He literally listened to out story and hung up, offering no explanation other than the moving of facilities and saying that we should have ordered earlier. After he hung up and we tried to call back and the office was closed. Convient. Benefit of the doubt: this company is going through a hard time. Reality: we are judged most under pressure and this company failed to deliver. I would never trust this company to deliver anything on time for an important event.

Ridiculous how no one is reachable by phone. NEVER. You can send emails back and forth and if you need to talk to someone, fahgetabout it... not even chat... If you need help with your design, you're on your own. If you have a problem with a shipment, again, you're on your own.
I made an order on April 7 and it's just getting shipped. Today is April 15. How long it will take to get here is anybody's guess. I leave on a trip overseas soon and I'm just hoping to have the cards by then.
Bottom line - FRUSTRATING...

So I read a lot of bad reviews and that it takes forever to ship. The complete opposite happened for me the shipping was on time and my product was exactly what I expected. I got so paranoid about the bad reviews that my order was going to take forever and was going to suck. I'm actually really happy with zazzle! Reviews aren't always right. The fit and everything was perfect on my shirt.

We ordered first birthday invites and the invitations were beautiful. Editing was a breeze and we were able to customize everything we wanted. We needed expedited shipping and the invites arrived exactly when we needed them to! We'd definitely use Zazzle again!

I ordered a personalized Valentines Day card for my wife on 3.7.17 with priority postage service. Pkg arrived on 3.3.17 the card, quality, & service...GARBAGE!!! It gets even better. I called customer service, the wait time was standard 25-35 minutes wait time...Horrible QUALITY & SERVICE all around.

After 43 days I still have NOT received my order. I received several shipping notifications but no product. After patiently working with Customer Service to resolve the problem, my order has just been Canceled due to no stock. Horrible Experience! I will not be ordering ever again.

On April 10th I placed an order for puzzles. I thought they would be great gifts because of the stay at home mandate. It's now May 25th and when I go to the site it reads "Still Making". I wasn't aware it would take so long, I think that they need to put that in somewhere. Explain that the personalization process takes some time and that would give us the option as to whether to order or not. The shipping says 4 to 7 business days after manufacturing. It doesn't explain how long manufacturing takes

I ordered 250 Christmas card and the envelopes, the cards is looks good, but Missing 50 envelopes on my order for my Christmas card, when I call customer service, no one is answer the phone, only automatic voicemail and hang up. That's really sucks. Try on the website, but you can't do anything either. Christmas right around the corner I don't have enough envelopes to mail out my cards. That's not good, I think I don't mind to pay a little more to get what I want, cause what's the point you pay for it and not having it.

My business cards ordered ended up lost in transit. Upon enquiring, I was told to wait the 5-12 business day delivery period and if they do not arrive Zazzle were happy to replace free of charge. They did so once I informed them that the cards did not arrive. They organised express post, with no charge to me and all was arranged on the same day! I could not be happier with their prompt service and all was above expectation. I whave used them in the past and been very happy with their products and service and this will definitely keep me coming back and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good quality products and great service.

Ordered a framed print from this site. It was very poorly packed and arrived damaged. I called the so-called service number and got no answer. I emailed and after a delay got a form response saying that they were not themselves responsible but would "file a claim on my behalf" with the shipping company they used. They further asked that I send them jpegs of the damage. I sent them the pictures as requested but said their reply was unacceptable, that they needed to stand behind their own order, and I said they needed to pick up the product for a full refund or let me keep it with a credit for the damaged frame. This has gone on for weeks and I don't have time for this bull$#*!. Next I will file a claim through my credit card and report these clowns to the BBB
