Use of the site was easy and convenient.
The product was disappointing due to some of the pictures were not positioned to include the heads of the subject. Both foam boards had creases. The easels included with the order were a disappointment as well.

I went to Zazzle to create a couple of bumper stickers for my car. The program to create the stickers was easy to use. The stickers arrived in good time, and were exactly what I hoped for. I would definitely do business with Zazzle again.

I happened upon the website when searching for party invitations. Nice selection to choose from. Easy to personalize with required party info. Shipped when promised. I've even gotten complimentary comments on the invitation design along with the RSVPs!

Beautiful customized cards delivered on time. Short turn around time from Oder to delivery. One mistake on printing. A little tricky to edit customized cards The main cost was standard postal delivery cost. Great price on cards
I enjoy the great selection and opportunity to customize cards. It is easier than going to store(s) to find perfect cards. Too bad Zazzle does not have postal cost break that Amazon has

Easy to use site for customizing products. Would like to see more font styles & have the ability to place writing in angles, circles, & wiggles or waves. Horizontal & vertical seem to be the only positions available.

My husband loves his dragon bath mat. The ordering process was fairly easy, but when I thought I could customize it, I could not do it. Unfortunately, noone from Zazzle was there on Sunday and could not help me, so I just ordered it as it was in the picture so I did not lose the discount on this last day of the promotion.

I ordered 2 masks with expedited delivery to come by May 27, although the actual order says to be sent out 1 day after printed. Masks ordered April 27. They were quick to charge. I couldn't get customer service by phone, so sent an email. No response to email, so I called the credit card company to dispute the charge. That provoked an email apologizing and saying they would be happy to assist with any part of my order that didn't meet expectations. I responded that the only way they could assist me would be to send me my order. That was on June 2. I said that I would happily pay if they sent the order and as of today, June 8, I haven't gotten a response. I suggest that if you don't get what you ordered on time you contact your credit card company. That at least elicited a response.

I ordered some cards for a family event four years ago. Yesterday I received a notice about auto renewal. I was not aware of this and this was the first notice that I received about auto renewal ($9.95 per year). They would not refund my money. If I did not see the fourth year notice, they could have kept taking my money for decades and I might not have noticed it.

Ordered only a silly card. Read that it was a singing squirrel card. Thought my grandson would enjoy this. Had it shipped to canada. Paid the exhange. Yada yada yada. Then it arrives with a picture of a squirrel singing----no music. Tried to phone them this morning and given no option to speak with someone. Directed to their site instead. I'd say the ad was deceiving and i will never use this company again.
Tip for consumers:
at the very least be very careful in your assessment of the product you order. at best go to a more honest site.

Simple, sleek, personal and professional. I needed a simple business card and I am not computer savvy and appreciated how easy it was to center texts, change sizes, and colors. Great website for laypersons to use. The cost was also reasonable and I would recommend it to any new business trying to get her foot in the door.
Tip for consumers:
I'm all around pleased. I do wish I left more space on the top and bottom of my card before starting text. That was completely on me.

I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas and the font looked terribly faded and ugly. The text way way bigger than I designed. They gave me a refund in store credits and I ordered a baseball shirt and the text was bigger and not in the right place. I designed it to be on the chest but it was printed on the belly. I'm embarrassed to wear either one in public.

We ordered our invitations and decided to also order the table seat assignment and table numbers. The items came early and all looked very nice. I thought the items would come on thicker poster board and not mountable poster. But it was an easy fix to mount and make it as we wanted. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Customer service was extremely there, helpful and there for me every single time for one incident that I was having troubles with.
They gave me back credit to re order my 2 binders that had a misspelling on them, told me to just keep them, and will give u store credit to re order! That saved me so much time and stress! Then I ordered on my phone again. Twice. To try to use that store credit. It wouldnt work. So then customer service deleted my order and I just tried it on a computer this Tim and finally I found the account balance. Now I have money left over to use and they gave me a 50% discount to use to. They were so amazing. You would never find a company to have patience with you for this long and actually care to help you. I will always forever use zazzle! For all my stuff. Thank you

I ordered bridal shower invitations and I was shorted by 3 invited and shorted 4 envelopes which they did resend. So I reordered the 3 and two are a different color and the envelopes do not seal after licking them. I had already ordered the wedding invitations so too late to cancel they arrived the same time they are suppose to be black and white well 8 of them have yellow ink on them. Customer service is good but product is not so good. Make sure you count your order and check all the invitations for color splotches
