We had a problem with receiving an order. It was all the fault of the shipping companies not zazzle. Zazzle actually sent order out day after we ordered. After about 12 days of waiting on shipment, I called zazzle to reorder. They on their own offered to resend the order express with no charges for second order or the express shipping. Plus offered to reimburse the shipping for the order that had not arrived, original order. Even though they did their part in a very timely manner they immediately took the blame for my not getting package. I never had to ask them to do so. That is great customer service.

Zazzle is a great company! I am always pleased with my orders. I like to order personalized cards for every occasion and personalized gifts. I always want my cards and gifts to be unique. I can always find something at Zazzle.

I have previously order from Zazzle before and had not had with my order problem, so I decided to use Zazzle again for my Table Numbers for my wedding, I order them on 8/04/2017 and they still haven't been shipped out and my wedding is on 8/26/2017, I have called several times, about my order, and haven't gotten a good reason why my order hasn't been shipped out. I am very upset, now I have to go at the last minute and try and find table number for my wedding. I costume made the order just for my wedding and now I have to get something that I want like. My wedding is messed up. Very upset. I will not be ordering from Zazzle again.

Zazzle had a comprehensive set of designs to choose from and I was able to find just what I was looking for, ornaments with a dinosaur design and a butterfly design. I was able to personalize them with photos and names.

When I placed my order I was assured I would receive my order between May 2-4. I needed the personalized napkins for a party on May 5. The napkins arrived AFTER the party. A complete waste of money. Furthermore, it's impossible to contact them. I would avoid using this unreliable company.

The product was excellent and the shipping packaging was the best I have seen in a long time. I also ordered the most inexpensive polo shirt which I thought should have been of better quality. The better quality shirt I thought was a bit too much money, especially if you want to re-sell it.

I ordered some stickers thanking clients for referrals and the only customization I did was changing out my name and phone number. Well the text must be 6pt because it is incredibly small and hard to read. If I had known this I would have shrunk the "Thank You" and cute door and tree and made the other text larger or ordered larger stickers. A warning for small print when customizing would be nice or having a template with larger font to begin with. Thanks!

I purchased six (6) printed napkins and I have been trying to return them. They do not answer emails... and they do not answer their phone. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I will not ALLOW this sorry excuse for a company to rip me off. I will pursue...
In the meantime, I will sully their reputation. Although... they appear to be doing a really good job themselves based on the reviews I have been reading on sitejabber.

I'm a seller on Zazzle, I have quite a lot of shirts there, I sold a total of 73 shirts via Zazzle, the first sale I made was on 29.09.2017, I have not received any payment of my commissions from them, it's now been 6 months since I sold my first shirt on Zazzle...... 6 months...... no payment.

I placed an order on zazzle for a custom t-shirt. I used a custom design from a poster I had created for a short film that I wrote/directed/produced. Zazzle refused to create the shirt for me. When I inquired as to why, they said they could not verify ownership of the image and subject/content. I said that I owned the image and the subject/content because it was for a short film that I had made. They claimed they had attempted to validate the image via email. I had not received any inquiry about the origin of the content. When I told them this they just stated that my content was reviewed and it violated their content standards. They gave me a link which implied that they were refusing to make the shirt because my content is not original. I explained that the content was my own because it was for my film. They still refused to make the shirts for me.

Couldn't log-in to my account, password reset didn't work, set up a new account with new name, same issue. Got in contact with customer service to reset account, that didn't work.

They cancelled my order twice with no contact because they couldn't verify my payment details. I used different payment details on each occasion just incase.

Complete waste of my time and now we have no gifts for a wedding we are going to in a week.

Once I got the hang of the function, it was easy to adjust/place the picture and text on the personalized coffee mug. I would have preferred if there were a choice of font instead of just a choice of point size.

I ordered a present before Christmas before the website's well-displayed 'buy now to get delivery before Christmas' counter. Except the counter didn't say you needed express shipping. I ordered by standard shipping and the package arrived after Christmas.
