I received my invites and was happy with the quality and service. But when I flipped it over I saw that there was a back with the initials H &T. I had no idea that there was a back that I needed to alter to out initials. Now what do I do. Spend more money to reprint, or buy a sticker!?!

I recently purchased 1 gold and black trivet and 4 gold and black coasters personalized for our friends' 50th anniversary. They are well made and the couple loves them. However, they are tan and black instead of gold like the photo online and in my order shows them. I am quite disappointed and won't order them again for 2 other couples celebrating their 50th anniversary next year. I thought it was a great gift idea but not satisfied with the color results.

I ordered my Wedding Innovations and RSVP cards back in 07/17/2019 and then was charged $9.95 in 2019, 2020 and 2021 for a membership when I never signed up for this. I called Zazzle and I have been taken off of Auto renew but when asked for a refund they would only give 1 month back. I explained that I only used them once and the order was over $200 already and that I wanted a full refund since i only used them once and never signed up for the membership. They are not able to do so. I am leaving a review on their website so others can see what type of company they are and how they value customers as well as writing into the BBB.

What you see is NOT what you get. We entered the gift "Registered at..." shop name. It looked good, then on review it looked cut off, then we fixed it and it looked OK on the screen. Well, when the order arrived, most of the shop name was cut off. So now what, we hand write the shop name?

It sucked. I ordered a mass card which took forever to come and paid a ridiculous amt. Of money for shipping. I must have been unconscious when i did that but the best is when i got the card the wrong name was on it. I threw it away, never again.The

Ordered a political sign on 9/18/2020, Didn't get it until October 9.2020. I do accept some responsibility as they are made after the order. Had I realized it would take 23 days to receive the sign I would have gone with someone else. Checking on the order, the sign was not even made until a few day before delivery on October 9,2020. No response on an inquiry. Tracking was via USPS although the sign arrived via UPS. I did get a second sign, even though I ordered only one the following day via USPS. No wire included to install the sign though. At least I wasn't charged for it.

I ordered on 12/9/15. It said it shipped 12/12 and updated the tracking on 12/14 saying it was going to the destination. It is now 12/20 and it says it was delayed. I need it by Christmas still no word from the company after I contacted them. Had to buy cards from another company to make sure I had them for Christmas. Thanks a lot

I wanted an image of my car on a round keychain and they refused it. I had 2 previous orders and they did them with no issues, both cars on round keychains. There was nothing different with this order, yet they refused it due to content and refused to answer when I asked why. Why would they be? The image was of a mustang convertible. I tried to get an answer to my question and all they did was send me a free shipping coupon on a future order. No explanation Won't ever do business with them again. Sorry Zazzle, YOU lost a great customer!

Customer service was great. My customer service operator, (Carey) was very helpful and reassuring that my order was corrected and that I would receive it in a timely fashion. I will definitely continue to do business with Zazzle and tell my friends and family to do the same.

Loved the product I purchased but using the personalization/customization tools was a little tricky. I kept at it and with the help of the designer the end product I received was exactly what I was looking for.

Tracking showed my item got to Bedford Park, IL and no further. I contacted Zazzle and they said they would ship a replacement. My party was Sunday May 12th and I Never received anything! I want a refund. I will send item back IF it ever gets here.

Like Whitney, I ordered stamps on 7/25 and still have not received them. After being lied to (just delays) to now, "the equiptment was broken"... I am beyond furious.
Interestingly, also like Whitney, I was told they shipped yesterday (and a shipping label was made) but UPS doesn't have them and Zazzle customer service can't find them. Sounds to me like they are just lying about the orders being shipped and lost.
Complete fraud and I'll be putting Zazzle on blast on every possible site for this HORRIBLE experience. DO NOT buy custom stamps from them. And do not trust them with your time sensitive items.

Same issues here with ordering and not receiving a product. Although I will not chalk it up to $$ lost. This company needs to be shut down- contact the BBB and let them know your complaint so they can properly handle. There are avenues you can go down to get your money back and if enough people complain they will be shut down. You can also contact your credit card company. Zazzle is stealing from people and word needs to get out..
