If I could give it no stars, I would. They are AWFUL with customer service. And EXTREMELY over-priced. Something I could make for 10 bucks, they're charging $65! I will NOT be back and will probably make everything instead. I'm not paying $55 for convenience and "free" shipping. That's just stupid.

Ordered 50 invitations and 100 raffle tickets for my daughters baby shower, so far
I have received 300 invitations and 600 raffle tickets all of which I have been charged for. After speaking with a customer service rep, I was told you placed 5 orders, which I know I didn't, I have an email from them confirming my original order, After speaking to a manager the rep said they will refund me as there was a gliche in the system. I received confirmation of my refund which will take several weeks. I just received another new email that my order is being shipped again, next time I will go to my local print rat for the rest of the items I need for the shower. What a waste of money and products for a company and my time trying to straighten out this mess,

I had called up because I was waiting for 48 hours for a credit to be put into my account and I was not going to be late with sending out my baby shower invitations. Igor was amazing and put the credit right into my account as soon as I called him and said of the first representative who told me to wait 48 hours and nothing happened, and he checked on one last package that I was waiting to receive as well as re-ordering my new invitations and he helped me out with amazing customer service and I am awaiting everything to come on time as planned now with no worries!

This was super easy to make and looked great online but online it looked like the word Lemon and the lemon graphic were different shades. In person, they are the same shade and the N in the lemon is cut off.

I ordered buttons in plenty of time for them to arrive in time for a party I was having then also paid extra for expeditied shipping. The bittons were stock, not customized. I also requested notification if they would not be delivered on time. I received no notice yet the buttons arrived AFTER my party. This site makes promises it cannot deliver.

All I wanted was a simple clock for my garage. I'm a retired police office and totally support my brothers and sisters in Law Enforcement. I requested the clock face have "Blue Lives Matter" on it with a American Flag and the letters USA in red white and blue. This company refused to make it on the basis that it was racist. They are obviously Anti-Law Enforcement, Anti-American Flag and and Anti-American. They also support an organization BLM that supports the overthrow of the American Government (Look at the BLM website) and our way of life. Because this is American and we our free (at least for now) I support their right to deny my order but I also have the right to complain and boycott such a disgusting, anti-American company. Please do not purchase anything from this company. Attached is the ridiculous reason I was given for not making my clock. So much for Zazzle's "We promise 100% satisfaction" promise.

They stapled the feet of the people in the picture on to the backside of my canvas print.
I had used their guidelines and the feet were on the bottom of the half inch frame... which was fine because the picture was going to be hanging high on the wall.

Ordered a customized coffee cup that was excellent quality and the custom printing was and good as the original pattern printing. Was very please that it was delivered so quickly with the custom printing.

I have tried to order two small items but the website and customer service couldn't solve my problems. I was told to try a different browser by the chat person and when I called Customer Service they said they couldn't take an order over the phone. I tried to email but nothing happened when I clicked on that link. This is the only website I've had trouble with ordering from, so I think the issues is with Zazzle.

I ordered business cards on the 3rd of August and to date haven't received them. All they can say is production is behind and they will expedite shipping its now the 21st of August. Really all you can do is expedite my shipping?

Literally the worst company to order from and deal with. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Ordered a ton of invitations and envelopes. The only thing that arrived was the envelopes. Tried talking with customer service to tell them about the problem (three different people I talked with) and they thought I was lying about not recieving the invitations. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What a terrible business, who ever runs this website should be ashamed. DON'T let these people take your money.

The pricing was great, the shipping was great, but the end product did not end up, looking like the preview that was provided. The color was off, and the images were slightly distorted and overblown with highlights. Also, the background color did not extend to the edges of the card, they were white edges which were not present in the preview. Overall, however, they were good enough, and I will be keeping them.

I ordered a personalized mug for my boyfriend for Father's Day, I ordered it second day air on a Monday, I received it today on Friday and was so happy it made it on time so I could give it to him on Sunday, Father's Day! Opened the package, and the photo I submitted and text (Mr. Wonderful) were upside down! I was initially shocked and disappointed, then I grew more angry at the fact that this company sent this to me in the first place, it was so obviously wrong! The carelessness to not even check the product before shipment is unbelievable. Don't order anything from this site!

Zazzle is my go-to place for special cards -- whether a nephew's 10th birthday, or a colleagues 80th! I always find creative designs that are easy to personalize, and the quality of the paper and vibrancy of the printing have always exceeded expectations.
I found it on a Google search for personalized greeting cards. I have been extremely happy with each of the cards I have ordered, so I cannot imaging looking elsewhere.

I liked the variety of invitations I could choose from, and also liked that I could play with the fonts, spacing and texts of the invite. The invitations were delivered very quickly and the standard envelopes were of great quality!
The ease of use and variety. Other sites like Etsy have more custom options, but they don’t offer printed services which was a pain point for me. Zazzle had the biggest variety of options and customization. I was also able to quickly receive my order which was a plus.

We order employee badges for 4 of my businesses. Zazzle canceled my order and wanted documented proof that we owned our businesses. Like a black man can't own a few different businesses. Anyway I was insulted and wouldn't recommend using them for anything.

Wrong order came to my house. Called the same day the order came in and emailed. Received a generic email reply, saying they will send it to production to be sent out again. I then called the next day. Spoke w customer service, which again I was told it was in production to be sent out. I wanted to be transferred to a supervisor. She said she would expedite the order and "Hopfeully" get the order out that night or by latest the next morning. Onto the next day. My order is STILL in production and was told they dont have a date on when it will be sent out. I wanted to be transferred to yet another supervisor. After being on hold for over 40 min, I got disconnected. Now on day 4 and still no order or a status update. I email every day and no response. Worst experience and I do online shopping a lot. I will never use this site again and I will make sure to let people know how awful of an experience it was and still is!

In principle it is quite good, but delivery too long... hier poster.us.com 7-21 working days and quality excellent, and is cheaper, if wish that on a site isn't present it is possible to write on e-mail and they will make and will send
