I ordered a custom tee shirt-- price was exorbitant, and quality was abysmal. I paid for a pocket on the shirt, no pocket on the one they delivered, and the quality of the front patch they printed was so blurry as to be unreadable-- for this I paid over 40 dollars. Complaints to their so called customer service went unanswered. Lesson learned--never ever do business with these lowlifes.

The product quality surpassed my expectations! I ordered cards for a baby shower and a few days later ordered a customized baby onesie and bib with a photo I took on it. I was amazed at how the photo turned out on the cloth! It looked no different than being printed on paper! Will definitely use this site again!

Tip for consumers:
I prefer the website over the mobile app. Was able to view more products with easier navigation on the desktop website.

I really wish that you guys would have done right by me. I was so looking forward to my Wedding invites, RSVP cards, and dinner rehearsal cards being done with you. I loved my save the dates, and I really wanted everything else to match. But with Edanapoor customer skills and ridiculousness, I was forced to move everything to a different company. And I got to say, I love them much more! Their fonts, their quality, the fantastic pearl gloss they offer! It was great! They didn't have an issue with any of my pictures like Edana did, and their prices were just as good if not better when using a coupon that they have to offer on a daily basis! I loved MIXBOOK! And anyone unhappy with Zazzle should try them! I would gladly go back to this company for everything! And I will NEVER use Zazzle again!

I ordered flyers and business cards for my business. After I received my order I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product and how fast it was shipped. I love my cards and my flyers! The colors are very bright, the design is catchy, and the quality is great. MY recommendations

Have zazzle black subscription but production was delayed 2 weeks on one order. Took 2 weeks nearly for other order of business cards and they didn't even look at them before sending. They still have margin markers on them and everything. Called and closed over weekend. Emailed them and they just emailed back that they checked on them (but didn't give me status) and offered to upgrade to express shipping when I ALREADY had zazzle black express shipping. Didn't even address other order printing issue. Don't open till 11am Texas time and waited an hour on hold just to talk them into canceling my order, but I still have to email them a pic of the messed up order for them to believe they were bad so I can get that money back. Just not worth messing with.

Really wonderful and diverse site. There are so many things to chose from, and a lot of them can be personalized. I had ordered some wedding invitations, and I ordered them with rounded edges, but they came with straight ones. I emailed them just to let them know and they refunded my entire purchase! I couldn't send them back because I needed to send them out so I got a credit to the website, which was great because I 100% used it - really really great customer service. They also frequently have deals, and a certain percent off certain products. Really great!
I have since ordered customized golf balls and a zippo and am extremely happy with everything.

One of the most disappointing purchases of my life. I ordered two items for a baby shower: stickers and bingo cards. The stickers arrived about a week after I ordered them, but not the bingo cards. They never contacted me to tell me what was going on, so I emailed them and they responded telling me that there was a production delay, but that they would upgrade my shipping to overnight. I said great, I need them by x date. Well, 3 days before x date, they still hadn't shipped.
So I contacted them again and they didn't respond. Contacted them 2 days before I needed them, and they just said oh, sorry, production delay, we can give you your money back. I said I didn't want my money back, I wanted the bingo cards I had ordered. No response from them. And the day before the shower, my bingo cards still show "in production" even though I ordered them 3 weeks ago. So I guess I'll be designing and printing my own. Avoid this company at all costs. I certainly will.

I ordered an item 3 times and each time the item was canceled days later. The first issue that was told to me after I called the company was a copyright issue, which I could have provided a letter at the time of purchase if that was an option. However, I changed my order twice with no copyright issues and still was canceled. Why offer personalization and not allow the item to be processed. I will not consider them for your purchasing needs and I have already informed my friends and family.

I loved that I was able to customize my order. Delivery was very fast. My only complaint is that I wish you could order the quantity that you actually need rather than having to over order to get the quantity you need.

I have used Zazzle several times in the past with zero issues. I will come back everytime I need invitations.

Had technical difficulties during checkout and changes weren't applied... called customer service and they not only fixed the errors on the invite but expedited the shipment so it arrived the same day as the original. Great customer service from Fiona

Good experience, but for the fact that I keep ordering! Hint for others: When you receive your order with a $10.00 off coupon, don't wrap it along with the Xmas present item. You may need it for another order. Duh...

I placed an order on 07/21/17 for stickers and business cards. I received the stickers but the business cards are still showing that they are in production on 08/06/17. I tried calling customer support but was on hold for 15 minutes so I hung up and emailed. I have gotten promt replies from customer service but they STILL can't give me a date when I can expect my business cards. They have upgraded the shipping, and even gave me a shipping credit on a future order but all I want to know is when my business cards will be printed! Zazzle stated that they have had a high volume of orders and some production delays. I understand things like that happen but I was never informed of the issue, or delay of my order. Communication with the customer is key to any good shopping experience. The fact that they still can't give me a date when to expect my cards to be printed is troubling. After I get my business cards I will be using a local print shop for my future business needs.

I ordered business cards for myself and my employees over a month ago and they have yet to arrive for finish "production." This is my second order from them. The first one took 2 weeks without any problems. THIS IS RIDICULOUS especially since my plan was to make Zazzle our main production company! We have called customer service 3 times and each time, we have been told that our cards will be sent out the next day! NOT TRUE! I am hoping the company will stand by their customer care and rectify this ASAP

I never do this but I'm putting a company on blast. Never shop on Zazzel ever again! I just had the WORST customer service from there. Coming from a family of business owners where "the customer is always right" they should be ASHAMED of themselves! They're thieves.

I was supposed to receive our holiday cards (my son's first Christmas) between Dec 16-19th. It is now Dec 22nd and nothing. My last day at work before the break is tomorrow and I won't be able to give any out and the ones I have to mail will definitely be late... That's if I get them. Especially since this is his first Christmas I am so sad.

I ordered monogrammed golf balls, which came loose is a box, the golf balls were rolling around dinging other golf balls. There was no wrapping, no protective measures were put in place. THis is the second Zazzle order that was substandard. I will not be ordering from the site again.

My first order with Zazzle left me completely satisfied with both the mousepad and personalized notepad. The quality far exceeded my expectations and the items arrived in a timely fashion to meet my deadline. I highly recommend Zazzle and look forward to placing an order with them again very soon.

I see everyone bashing Zazzle for low res prints and terrible quality, and I wish I could join in! Except one problem. I can't even get my designs approved to be sent out! What is the deal, mate? Terrible Customer service, even if I could buy from you now, I WOULDN'T!

Unless you have money to throw away, I would advise you not to order from Zazzle. There is ABSOLUTELY NO customer service whatsoever. Delivery is horrible if you get it at all. They offer a canned delivery date prompt that changes everyday. If indeed I ever get my order it will most certainly be my last order from them.

I am sympathetic to there being delays due to the pandemic, however it has been over a month since I placed my order for 4 face masks. I waited for 55 minutes on customer service line to be told they don't have a manufacturing date, which I find absurd. I don't want updated shipping as a response, I just want the product I payed for and I want to know when I am going to get it. I work in a manufacturing industry and I know, they have timelines for production.

So I ordered 2 different styles of business card (100 each)

The 2nd style came out perfect and the quality of the card was great!

The 1st style came out bad with the black colors being off,
I simple contacted Zazzle customer service (online through website) and uploaded a picture showing the issue and they gladly sent me a refund without any issues!

Great and fair service - would certainly recommend!

I recently ordered a keychain from Zazzle and I loved the quality of the product. However, when the keychain arrived, the picture in it was so dark it could barely be made out. I have been communicating with Zazzle to try to resolve this and they could not have been more helpful. I just got off the phone with Joe who assured me that he would do everything possible to oversee getting the picture redone (hopefully) to a lighter print so that I don't have to change my choice of photo. He couldn't have been more helpful, and I love that I received a follow-up email of his assurance that he would do all he could because he knew how much I loved the picture. Great customer service is just as important as a great product. Thank you Joe, and that you Zazzle - can't wait to get the new one!
