I just wanted to take a moment and thank the woman i talked to today when i called zazzle's customer service line. Her name was Hazel and i had no idea what i was doing and she made everything so easy and painless. I had gotten two groupons for my wedding invitations and had not a clue where to start. She had everything i needed ordered and done in under ten minutes and i cant even explain how happy i am. She deserves a raise!

I have had mixed experiences with customer service in the past, but after receiving my order with an error I had the BEST experience with Aoife! She was knowledgable in what my next steps would be and was able to help me immediately over the phone. My reorder was sent out as soon as we got off the phone even. I will order again off this site, but it is entirely due to the helpfulness of Aoife!

Binge watched Suits. Loved the characters, especially Louis Litt and Harvey Specter. Louis was so proud of his mugs on the show, so I thought it'd be fun to have a mug of my own. Couldn't brlieve Zazzle had already created one!

They debited my account but never sent my hats. After 30 days I wrote to them and was told they couldn't give me an estimated ship date but they would up grade my shipping method to expedited for free. After 60 days I wrote to them again and the still couldn't give me an estimated ship date. I cancelled my order and they did refund my money. Don't waste your time ordering from them.

I ordered our wedding invitations and details card from Zazzles. The description, and the image online showed "Silver glitter ombré". The only part of the description that was accurate was "ombré". No silver. No glitter. It looks like grey, wet, dirty sand.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t choose glitter. I am dubious about foil, if glitter is this bad.

Zazzle makes some nice personalized items; however, they are ALWAYS LATE in shipping. Even if you pay extra, as I did, the shipping takes forever. I ordered personalized ornaments on Dec 7 and Dec 9. Despite being reassured they would be in time for Christmas, and even though I paid extra, they did not arrive until after Christmas. I will not use this company again.

Thelma went above and beyond making sure that a printing issue with my order was credited back to my account and express shipped with a note on my account to prevent the error from occurring a second time. I ordered a poster through zazzle for a Valentine's Day gift. I got it two days before vday and part of one of the words was cut of... And the quality was horrible! It was a half hour phone call mostly on hold to finally get a refund... Which I got almost three weeks later. Look out they only refund the price of the poster not the shipping! So I spent 26 dollars for a piece of garbage got to scramble to find a new present then got my refund today for 19 dollars. Thanks a lot!

I ordered earlier this year and the product wasn't made correctly so they fixed it and sent a new one that looked great! But I ordered for Christmas on 12/10 with an expected delivery date of 12/16 and did not receive it. I called CS on 12/19 and was told that they were sorry for the inconvenience and would make sure my shipment would go out by 6pm that night. When the shipping status hadn't changed by 12/22 I called CS again and complained that nothing had happened. The associate told me that the person that I was talking to earlier was just trying to appease me and that they knew at that point that my order would not ship in time. I'm still waiting for any update and nothing has changed! I would not recommend zazzle at all, especially because I was lied to and basically pushed aside.

I ordered my father's xmas gift which was supposedly shipped 11/16/15, I e-mailed them and still no response. I should have checked the reviews... I feel scammed out of my money, it was supposed to be a sweet gift for my father. I will be arguing for a refund.

The receiptent could not tell that I had it sent to her. When she called zazzle you would not provide her with my name. This put both of us in an awkward position. In the future please provide the option for the buyer to I'd themself to the receiptent.

I've ordered a baseball cap on the 9th of March- it's the 22nd and it's still not here! After a first email in where they indicate that embroiling of the hat takes 2-3 days- they later "revised" this to 5-7 days (without notice). As an "apology" they updated shipping with tracking info- though the tracking info is stuck on last Friday (it is Wednesday today!) the shipping company provided a new tracking number for Canada post which is invalid on their website. Had I known this wonderful service - I would have bought from a competitor with better reviews. Not recommended.

Interestingly enough, when I was asked if I was satisfied with my experience and clicked "no", I was brought to an invalid link. When I clicked "yes" I was brought here. Hmmm. Well, after a bad 2010 experience in which my 10 not customized christmas cards took over a month just to ship, I thought I would give Zazzle another chance. This time I placed another order of about 10 or so Christmas cards. I received the cards. Yay Zazzle... Ohh, but the envelopes. I was mailed fewer envelopes than the cards I purchased. Come on Zazzle. Booo
Its a shame because I think the cards available are quite clever and cute. They just make it near impossible to mail them out to your kith and kin without a hitch.
