Mario was very gracious and helpful to check on my pending order. He was kind enough to upgrade the shipment since it was delayed for a correction I was asked to make and the weekend further delayed it. Also it had to be shipped all the way to Connecticut. So thank you Zazzle and Mario.

Very happy with the personalized invitations I ordered for my daughter's 30th birthday. The quality is very good. I paid extra to expedite shipping- my fault because I procrastinated. They actually arrived a day earlier than expected.
I previously ordered items for a bridal shower also. Zazzle is my go to for invitations and personalized party merchandise.

I found a print that I'd been looking for on the internet for several weeks. It was a great price and the quality of the print and media was excellent. There was some damage in shipping that I wasn't excited about, but it's not worth the hassle of trying to get a replacement.

My cards arrived on time and are exactly what I ordered. However, there are big streaks of ink on the front and back of the cards, probably from a printer error on Zazzle's end. It has ruined the timeline of sending these cards out and I will be going with a different company next time.

On Nov 25th I ordered a shirt to wear during the Christmas season. The original delivery date was Dec 6th. After several emails and and a lot of waiting it finally arrived on Dec 27th. Their policy is that if the order isn't damaged, the customer must pay to return it. So at this point they say my choices are to keep they shirt and wait until next year or I can take it to a shipping company and pay to return it. Looks like I loose either way. Be very careful buying anything from this company. They aren't print on demand, they're print, and ship, when they're ready.

Purchased 2 bags on December 10th for my kids teachers... before ordering it stated "Ships Tomorrow"... yeh right... shipped 3 days after I paid and STILL have NOT received the bags! It is the 19th... VERY DISAPPOINTED... oh... and I paid $6.99 for shipping... will not be ordering from here again

"SHIPS TOMORROW" does not mean it actually ships tomorrow :(

You want a basic sized print, then you are able to use this site, as well as getting custom items like, T-Shirts, Phone case etc...

I ordered a larger than normal print, and was disappointed to receive a print of an artist I love dearly, and see that the Digital image they print from was blown out (pixelated). Having been educated in Digital photography, I was disappointed that they would have a smaller resolution image on stock of a well known artist/ print.

Item was not worth the $50+ price tag.

Return is a joke. Need RMA number from Zazzle in order to return and pay for return MYSELF. No response by phone or email and 30 day return limit. I bet it will take 31 days to get the RMA number to return. A joke.

I ordered (well thought I ordered) a personalised tshirt for my son's 1st birthday. Clicked on the options, name on tshirt Luke. Size 12-18 months. Paid for the tshirt.

When the tshirt came, it said Jackson size 6 months. I contacted Zazzle and they said they checked the order and I definitely put in Jackson not Jake! I emailed again saying I hope I said Luke in the emails as that would be a lot of times I got my son's name wrong.

They offered me store credit.

Later I was on my PayPal account and I noticed that under the Zazzle payment information there was an ongoing transactions setup. Which means they can keep taking money out my account. Very strange!

I ordered something weeks ago. Supposedly it was now returned and the company can't really explain what went wrong. UPS claims that the address was updated to an address that I did not type in my order. Now I have to wait ANOTHER 10 days for production. Not happy with this order at ALL. I missed a birthday deadline and even more upset that I couldn't get it before Father's Day. I should have cancelled it altogether. Just annoyed that it's taken so long. I should have just gone out and purchased a present, atleast I would have had it by now and I probably would have gotten a Memorial Day discount even further.

I ordered a Burgundy Floral backdrop for my future DIL shower on Sept. 8th. Today I received a Happy 1st Birthday Sonte' backdrop! Thank goodness I ordered so far in advance because I won't get the replacement until the end of next week which will be Oct 8th. I just hope Sonte's family ordered in advance as well! I am not going to post a photo because the backdrop has many photos of the child.

We ordered picture ornaments to give to family for Christmas. We placed our order weeks before Christmas and paid extra for 2 day delivery. However, after wondering 7 days before Christmas what happened to the order we looked up our order number and it was canceled. No notification of our order being canceled. Never use this company for services.

I've been with Zazzle as Country Mouse Studio for 7 years and although they've made some changes now and then that weren't popular they are still the best Print on Demand site with the largest variety and the best customization options. They have an excellent return policy too.

I ordered return address labels. The font was so small you couldn't even make out the house number. And it took forever to arrive. I went to return the item. I had originally checked out as a guest so I had to register to even send an email to request the return. So, I registered, only so the site could tell me I had no orders. Impossible to return items. Typical ‘made in China' vendor. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!

I had to call customer service because I was unhappy with my customized stamp for my wedding invitations. The & symbol was way to close to our names, which I was unhappy with because it did not look like that on the computer. They credited my zazzle account so I was able to get the exact customized stamp I was looking for, and she also included the 25% coupon code I had used for my first order. But wait there is more, she also included the shipping costs in the zazzle credit. I will order a new stamp by tomorrow. Thanks Marta from Zazzle for making this process easier for me and providing the perfect stamp for my wedding inviatations.

So I didn't even get far enough to order because it said I needed to download the iphone ap in order to create business cards. We don't own apple products so I guess I can never order from this company because I decided to buy something different.

Horrible customer service. They trap you into a 'trial' membership and when I tried to cancel it I couldn't. Next thing I know I'm charged for an annual membership and when I tried to explain (through email because they don't have any phone customer service) they refused to make it right. Worst customer service. Do not support this site.

Thought I'd splurge and treat myself to some cards at a price of three times the cost of my usual full colour, 2 sided cards.
The cards I received from Zazzle were extremely thin, the colours weren't rich and the overall quality was poor. They took longer to deliver than was stated on the order and initially, when I contacted them to return I received no apology or acknowledgement of wrong-doing at all from Zazzle.
Since I published this review, Zazzle immediately reached out to me and gave me a prompt, full refund and waived the obligation of me to return the cards. They also checked on the shipping info and informed me that it had been Canada Post that had held up the delivery, which I don't doubt.
All in all, I was extremely underwhelmed with the product and the initial service. In the end, I feel that the customer service was pretty good but there are many, many print companies and I don't think I will take the chance and try again with Zazzle.

I placed an order for 4 matching shirts (Christmas presents) on December 5th. My credit card was charged the next day. The "estimated delivery" was (and still is on my account) Dec. 12-14. It is December 23rd and the status is still "making." When I called to check on my order they offered to cancel it or expedite it. I chose expedite but received an email (about 5 minutes after hanging up from the 45 minute phone call) stating my order did not make it to shipping that day (it was noon on the east coast so it was only 9 a.m. on the west coast. I am extremely disappointed!

I ordered two prescription coffee mugs for my daughter and her boyfriend on December 15, they arrived on December 24th, just in time for Christmas. They looked like this http://goo.gl/BLCi2h. I also ordered a small button with a picture for my friend,... sorry, cannot find a link for that. The button was pretty small and I wish I had gotten the larger size. I also ordered some mailing labels. The labels were pretty good quality. Last I ordered a shirt for my son with a wrestling design. The printing quality was good. I've ordered from Zazzle before and never have any complaints.
