I placed an order on 11/11 and received the item on the 16th, but when I opened the contents were someone's cards and not mine. Even the packing slip were address to someone else. I'm upset that now my pictures are floating around in someone else's possession. When I called the company, they only offered to resend my original order and not try to get back the cards that are floating out there. All they could say is that it never happened before. What an excuse and they made no efforts to make up for what happened. Just be aware before ordering from them. Very disappointed and I will never use them again!

The invitations arrived on time, with beautiful coloring and design. All information on the invitations is correct. However, several of the envelopes (close to 1/3) would not open. The adhesive was already activated, making the envelopes useless.

This is the 2nd xmas I used Zazzle. Only one mistake, and not only did they fix the error, they let me keep the mistake. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful. They have products that no one else has. I love em'.

The t-shirt I ordered was amazing. High quality and the pictures came out very clear. It did not take long to be shipped to a U.S. address. The tie I ordered was more than I expected. The graphic did not look cheap and the tie was also high quality. It took about 2 weeks to be shipped to a Canadian adress. I love this site!

I uploaded my own logo design to a ladies baseball tee and was extremely impressed with both the quality of the item, and the speed of delivery. The shirt itself was very soft and felt like quality merchandise. Having a custom logo printed, I was super impressed with the delivery time. Super happy happy customer. I realized that I had made a mistake on my invitation order that I had made the day before. I contacted Zazzle through the chat, and Jon answered. He said they could not change my order as it had already been processed, but would be happy to cancel it at no charge, and I could then proceed to make my changes, and re-order at my convenience. I'm a ND and created business cards on zazzle. I would not receive my doctor business cards but instead business cards of a makup artists... this is the second time I did not receive the correct business cards within a short time. It takes way too long to get the right order each single time. Very disappointed.

Husband used incorrect shipping address and had to have the post office return the item so I called to ask Zazzle how to have this reshipped to the correct address. Instead of doing that Zazzle is going to resend without having the other in their possession. Not a lot of companies will take a customers word for a lost or sent to a wrong address. I am impressed with the customer service and will use them again. I don't generally share this type of information but I will share this companies customer service.

A friend recommended this site to me. It was very easy to navigate around and find the product I wanted. Designing my own personalized product was so easy. I had a problem with the shipping, they only sent one product when I had ordered two and the one that was sent wasn't printed very well. Customer service was great, they reissued the order and priority sent me the two products. The quality was so much better, I was impressed with the way they handled the problem. I definitely recommend this site.

Got my invites delivered 6 days earlier than expected (woohoo!) and they look exactly how it appeared online. I didn't pay for any upgrades of paper or print quality and am perfectly happy with the thickness of the paper and the print quality.

I love the iPhone case I purchased. My only criticism would be that it was a little more expensive then I would generally go with, but I had a specific design in mind when I went shipping, and Zazzle nailed it.

I ordered a shirt from Zazzle in XXL. I usually wear 1X but wanted to be sure it would fit so went to a size larger. It was a cute shirt, actually my husband was ordering it for my birthday. When it arrived and I tried it on, it was ridiculously small. I would guess it would fit about a size 12 woman. So, pardon me for having curves (and loving them). Happy birthday to me.

I ordered a refill on my business cards. Several days later the business cards were swiftly delivered to my residence. I was very happy with the prompt customer service and rapid merchandise delivery. The colorful business cards design was eye-catching and visually stunning, vibrant, and appealing. Great design!

I have been a customer of Zazzle for several years and never had an issue. For Christmas, 2016, I ordered a customized T-Shirt for my husband. When it finally came, it was wrong. They eventually corrected it but I was not able to give it to my husband at Christmas. Because I had been pleased with them in the past, I chose to give them another try for Father's Day. I ordered in mid May and was advised by email I would get the product by May 26th. By June 1st, when the product was not here, I contacted them via email and I was told the product would be sent expedited at no additional charge. Father's Day came and no gift. So, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. I will not use them again.

After 20 and 16 years respectively for our two daughters, it is wonderful to have a vendor with so many options and creative ideas for Christmas ornaments. This is the 3rd Christmas we have ordered from Zazzle and the ornaments have been huge hits. The web site is fairly easy to use and the shipping has been very easy.

I created and ordered a custom sweatshirt on Black Friday. I received it yesterday. I was SO disappointed. The photo, taken with my new iPhone, was pixilated and so light it was hard to even see it on the light grey color. Since it was a custom order, I cannot return it. I re-ordered from another company today. The cost was $27.57 plus tax and shipping for a total cost of $39.03

Ultimately, while the quality of the paper was great, the custom design I uploaded turned out very blurry, leaving the photos too blurry to send out for Save the Dates. I uploaded the design as per Zazzle's instructions, so it might be helpful to offer more tips / tricks for users to have a high-quality custom design.
