The cards are lovely. Some cards came with damaged edges, which I assume happened in shipment. I would recommend more protection when shipping items. :)

I placed my order on Dec 14th... I paid extra for express shipping with a delivery date of Dec 23rd. Well, my sweatshirt is still "Making" and hasn't shipped... today is Dec 28th. I received the blanket reply email claiming that someone will contact me. No one has, oh, but they promptly charged my credit card on the day I ordered. I want my order delivered and a partial refund on shipping. First and last time I will EVER order from Zazzle. Ridiculous.

I bought a groupon for holiday cards. I spent 3 days trying to create these cards on their website. Uploaded pictures disappeared, cards were not saved, constantly had to log out and log back in to refresh the website. This experience was UNACCEPTABLE! Save your sanity and go with a different company for Christmas Cards.

Currently trying to help my mom design some stickers for my sisters wedding. I work in tech support I am NOT A MORON. This site is the LEAST intuitive thing I have EVER come across. I've tried signing up to login twice. Changed my password 3 times and I still cant get in. The only reason why I created an account was because when went to add an item to my cart then create an account the sticker that my mom had worked on for an hour disappeared. WTF?

Replacement ******* Received one wrong item, was promised expedited replacement. Eight days later - still not a word about the replacement. Called customer service - 28 minutes on hold, then disconnected. Emailed customer service - no acknowledgement of my email so far. Do not deal with Zazzle, you'll be disappointed, as I have been. I'm stuck, waiting for a housewarming gift that was ordered well in advance of the party and I still have no idea when I'll get what I ordered. UPDATE: Fradulent charge of $9.95 to my credit card for their "Zazzle Black" mailing service - which I did NOT authorize. FRAUD ALERT.
Tip for consumers:
Allow a LOT more time than you think you'll need. The product quality is excellent, but production time and shipping let this company down. Customer service (when you finally are able to reach them) says the right things, but follow through is lacking. Don't believe "expedited replacement."

This the worst online company I have ever encountered. I placed an order on Feb. 26 supplied my own logo all they had to do was print. It is now March 23 and it is saying my order is still in process. I have trying emailing, no response, called everyday on hold after an hour, I hung up.; Please don't be fool by these positive reponses because after what I have experienced, they could not true, these disgard your emails and well as phone call. They need to be out of business. DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY.

Talked to Rob for costumer service on the phone and he saved my butt! Accidentally messed up my sisters bridal shower invitations and I fixed them but I ordered the ones that I hadnt yet fixed and he was able to cancel the order and now go back and order the correct one. Saved me from getting in trouble with my mom and sister for messing up the one thing I was in charge of. Thank you so so much!

The product they advertised was not what I got. Then they wanted me to spend money on shipping it back to them. ANd then it took over a month to get partial credit and the other part of the credit I STILL haven't gotten

Zazzle is SUPER FAST and makes it really easy to make custom shirts. Of course these aren't going to be the most luxury t-shirts, but if you need to make shirts for a party or group gathering or whatever, it's literally perfect for that.
Fast, there's always some kind of sale, and it's easy to use.

Ordered my save the dates and wedding invites from there and they are so expensive. They have lots of sales but it's such a hastle. They shorted us one invite but I didn't realize until months later. Went to go buy a few more and shipping cost $14? Why would it cost that much to ship a few pieces of paper? They try to get you to sign up for a yearly subscription so you can get $10 shipping but who in the world needs to buy invites that often? I really need the invites but I'm not paying $14 for shipping. I live in the same country as the company. It's not like I live in China or something. Also, the quality isn't that great. It's just meh.

This was my first time purchasing from Zazzle. I placed an order on Monday Dec 1 for a wallet for my grandson. Their website read that it would take 1-2 business days. It is now Friday Dec 5 and my order status remains as "processing". I've sent 2 emails with NO RESPONSE from them. I've called several times this morning, only to be placed on hold or received a recording that they were having phone trouble and then got disconnected. BUT they charged my credit card on Dec 2. I didn't think a business was supposed to charge you prior to shipping the item. So, BUYER BEWARE. Apparently, this company is NOT REPUTABLE!

You better look elsewhere because you probably won't get what you order.

I purchased bridal shower invitations and thought the green backing would be a nice touch as it matched the color of the bridesmaids' dresses. Unfortunately, the green coloring bled onto the white front of the invitation beneath it.

I ordered 100 save the dates. I got very nervous when I read the reviews but ordered anyway and hoped for the best. The product was great! The front of them werected clear with the design and the back we put an engagement picture on the back. The picture turned out great, it isn't pixeled or anything! The actual postcard is thick, a tad bit smaller than I thought but overall still great!

I used zazzle for my wedding shower and my wedding invites! They were both amazing quality and gorgeous invites! They shipped within a few days and got to my house in less than a week. Also after I ordered my wedding invites I didn't put the time of my reception on the reception cards. I immediately contacted customer service and even though my order already shipped they credited my account the amount I needed to reorder the cards and I didn't even have to send back the others! Customer service was quick to reply and very accommodating! Couldn't be happier with this company :)

I was disappointed in a product that I ordered----the custom message had only been printed on one side, and a totally different message was on the reverse. Additionally, the printing was blurry and unattractive, so I did not wish to re-order. Customer service refunded the price of the ornament, but not the shipping, since they said I should have REMOVED the message on the reverse instead of assuming my customized message would be on both sides.

I am trying to purchase one tshirt and the promotion says free shipping. The code gives a successful message but doesn't remove the shipping fee. I reread all the fine print and should still qualify so... I look for contact info which wasn't easy to find. The 800 number is always busy and the local number puts me on hold... So I try to send an email which it kicks back to a generic help menu that gives me outdated information. I try again and can't get into the email area at all. Finally I do, and it says that they take a day to get back to you. It's a one day only promo. Not satisfied and I've spent a long time trying to get this to work.

My THIRD time calling this company because of a cancelled order. Keep in mind, your minimum wait time is 25-30 minutes each time and once you speak with the representative, they are less than helpful. My original order was cancelled because of a licensing issue due to a quote I had on an item, so they cancelled THE ENTIRE ORDER. Thanks to that, the other items will not be delivered on time. I was expected to reorder my items and pay for it again without receiving my original refund yet. Obliging, I sent a new order, corrected the order and taking the quotation marks off, which I was told would replenish this order and there wouldn't be any issues. Receiving an email this morning, my second order was cancelled AGAIN. Merry Christmas, folks! With this company your loved ones will never receive a personalized momentum.

The invitations I ordered arrived quickly, but the package was pretty beat-up, and the cards inside weren't wrapped in bubblewrap or anything, and so the corners were bent and scratched a bit. Not bad enough to return, but still a little disappointing.

I was having trouble contacting the designer of the invitation and I called Zazzle to tell them I had not heard from the designer after several attempts and Kathy was able to modify the invitation I was working on and then helped me complete my order. She was awesome.
